• Vera (6/5): Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht so wie zugesagt. Zugesagte Uhrzeiten wurden verschoben. Das ganze Haus wirkt d - Lage, gut gelegen. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Nicht sauber. Bad nicht gewischt. Küchenschränke von innen und außen klebrig und dreckig.

Please fix a couple of things and clean better - The location in the city is perfect no long ways anywhere. 10 min on foot max. the balcony was really nice and also the rooms where well designd. The fridge was very big which was nice. The beds where laid in, the shower was a joke, the oven/kitchen could use some love, the windows don't close, the curtains almost fall off, only 4 chairs for 8 people!? Apple 3 has no real door but only the glass which made it bright as soon as the first one got up. why are there only like 3 glasses to drink water. The sinks in the bathroom have wayyy to much preasure but the shower in contrast is weak. Lot of small things that add up but if the appartement would get a little bit more love it has so much potential

• Dmytro (7/5): - The apartment is very spacious and has a great location. For our group of 6 people there was enough space for everyone. Beautiful view of Prague from the balcony, especially in the evening. A great opportunity to have dinner on the balcony with the whole family. We were not too picky, but still the cleanliness in the apartment leaves much to be desired. There was a lot of dust on the surfaces of some furniture, especially on the surface of the kitchen furniture. On one of the balconies I found cigarette butts right in the plant pot. I had to clean it up myself. Among the kitchen utensils, the only thing we missed was a grater for chopping vegetables or cheese. But there are other shortcomings that previous guests of the apartment have already written their reviews about on this site, so I will not repeat myself and describe everything in detail. For example, the lack of a curtain in the bathroom, or the non-working air conditioners, because of which we had to keep the doors to the balcony constantly open, or a torn curtain in one room. For us, none of this was significant, but in my opinion, from the numerous reviews of previous guests, the owner of the apartment should probably already know about the shortcomings in this apartment. But unfortunately, nothing has been done about it so far. But even despite the minor shortcomings, my family and I had a great time in this apartment. Thank you!

• Jp260671 (6/5): Good - The apartment was very spacious,and in a great location. Curtains missing in the bedroom. No shower screen in the bathroom. Air conditioning units missing parts. After a call to reception it was replaced but the faulty hose on the other one wasn't. The whole place needs a good make over.
• Ute Katharina (9/5): - Wir haben eingekauft und gemütlich auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Einmal auch die Küche zum Kochen benutzt. Die Lage ist super klasse - ein paar Schritte vom Wenzelsplatz entfernt. Super fußläufig alles erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist klassisch Ikea - alles in Ordnung, sehr geräumig und viel Platz. Matratzen und Bettwäsche top. Es fehlte nur ein Nudelsieb, Kochlöffel und mehr als nur ein Abtrockentuch in der Küche. Der Herd und in den Ecken könnte es etwas mehr gesäubert sein, aber wir waren nicht so empfindlich.
• Andrew (3/5): Very dirty and disgusting apartment with a major hassle to pick up the keys. - The location was great and the fact that the apartment had 4 bedrooms was convenient. Before we arrived, I asked that there be enough toilet paper and towels for our 3-person group, and there were. To get the keys, you have to go to a location which is 2.8km away by car from the apartment (winding streets), or a 750-metre walk! As the apartment owners stated, "Only" a 15-minute walk!!! We're lucky we didn't leave a deposit, since we would have been forced to return to get our deposit back!! You get your keys from a little safe, which you open with a code. But why couldn't they just put such a safe or padlock beside the apartment?!?! Why waste people's time and energy to have to walk so far to the key pick-up location and then back to the apartment? If I had known that this was the case, I would NOT have rented this apartment. However, it got worse. We walked into the apartment and saw the first bedroom, which had a massive and disgusting stain on the bed. Another bedroom had a big puddle of water under the bed. The third bedroom had drapes which were ripped with a big whole in them and the balcony outside had bird poop all over the floors, chairs and tables. Disgusting! The kitchen was badly equipped. The water faucets in the bathroom and kitchen sprayed very little but high-pressure water, which splashes you while doing dishes. It took forever to fill the water kettle. The cups and cutlery were not very clean, so I rewashed them. There were tea and coffee cups and glasses for water. No wine glasses. The entire apartment was dirty, but the bathroom was especially disgusting. The drain hole in the bathtub had about 5 years' worth of hair in it, which I shockingly discovered by removing the drain plug because the water was draining badly. I was shocked and disgusted when I saw this! The shelves beside the bathtub had a few years' worth of dust and dirt on them. Also, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, which made taking a shower a real pain.

Lovely view from balcony. We didn’t use the kitchen much. But seemed fully kitted out. Fridge was clean and not smelly. Everything looked good. Of decent quality and standard. I really appreciated that there was a washing machine. It cleaned well and pretty much was dried by end of cycle. The location was fantastic. I travelled with my young son. So it meant we could stay out a little longer in centre of Prague because everything was walking distance. The apartment is a street off the famous Wensaclas square. And walking down that square you get to famous astronomical clock and Charles bridge and it’s a right cultural hub of history, theatre, beautiful scenery, shopping, museums. Entertainment. And of course food! I really appreciated how quickly the staff responded and kept in contact with me. There was a point where there was a delayed response as they don’t work weekends. But as soon as they got my message they responded promptly. And resolved my query speedily. The caretaker who came was respectful of us and decently. Dealt with my query the receptionist allowed me to leave our luggage after checkout with her so that we could spend the rest of the e day in Prague not carrying them before our flight. That helped so much! She even let me charge my phone there. That also was super helpful for us. Really really appreciated all of the above!o -Even though we were provided with a pic of the apartment building which was helpful. It was still unclear how to enter. You can enter either from The left which in the pic has shutters above entrance. Or from the right through the bar heading out of bar from the left or even from behind the building. However, when you enter the corridor there are a set of lifts/staircase after a locked door. The fob touching these double doors unlocks it. I wasn’t sure. Fortunately, I bumped into the neighbour. He was super helpful too and showed me and made sure I had the key to access the apartment. -I found entering the building a bit scary on my first day. Apologies to the neighbour for seeming apprehensive when all he was doing was helping us!We arrived around 10/11pm and it took me awhile figuring out how to get in apartment from the front of the building. Like I said neighbour was super helpful, we were fine after. We just avoided having to go out or return too late and hopefully the guidance in this message should make it easier for others. -Finding the key was a bit funny because the directions given were correct and felt abit like finding a key in an escape room but clues were there such as the cupboard with the wine image and the codes. So we were happy. - finding reception was another funny little ordeal as we knocked on a door and waited ages to get in. Whereas we just needed to walk down the winding stairs. As mentioned in my next note I wasn’t able to contact and had to figure it out myself. If you’re as silly as me. Just go down the stairs! Don’t worry! -Calling the reception from the number given with my UK sim didn’t work. But I was able to message from this app. -I’m not sure if they had signal issues with WiFi. Or if they were not happy with what I was browsing either way wasn’t idea when it stopped working. But did work most of the time and I was glad it was available! -the apartment was actually clean.

Could do with vents in the bathroom / toilet. Loctaion was perfect . City was easy to access. Directions from key collection point were poor , we ended up walking totally the opposit diection We had a very inpatient driver collecting us from the airport who struggled to find us and we him as he was neither in the immediate .arrivals area or carpark We had assumed that he would await for us to collect our keys and drop us off to the apartment as we had all our luggage with us and being day one we were not familiar with the area. Driver could rush us out quick enough

• Egor (10/5): Amazing apartment with an even better location, perfect for a group of friends. - The property exceeded my friends’ expectations and mine. The location of the apartment is exceptional with a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. The apartment was perfect for my friends and I as we were a total of 6 people. The owners also made it really easy to obtain the keys and drop them off. Not a lot of things to dislike, maybe a remark on the front entrance door. It’s a very weird opening mechanism which eventually broke (but was still working). Not sure if it was by us or other tenants.

• Sparrow135 (10/5): Exceptional - Very centrally situated to Wenceslas Square, National Museum/Narodni, and a whole host of shopping outlets/shops, bakeries and cafe's Close to Old Town Square, a 10-15 minute walk. We rented the entire 4 bedroom apartment. Lift accessibility was very much needed and available, with 3 of our group partially disabled. The bedrooms were large, very comfortable beds and well decorated. The living/dining area and kitchen was pleasant enough, with a comfortable sofa and chairs and a huge dining table. Balcony and seating if needed. The water in the shower was a little temperamental on heat, it ran cold often and never really held much heat. That's all we found a little negative.

• Päivi (9/5): Very nice apartment, perfect location. - Perfect location, no noise even though there is bars at the street. Clean, spacious apartment with all necessary facilities. Big plus for airconditioner and big balcony where could enjoy sunset and thirty degree weather :) The biggest plus goes to good service. Reception kept us up to date, answered fast and helped with transfer back and forth to airport. No negative to say. If something to be improve it would maybe be spatula to kitchen for turning the breakfast eggs :) We didn't found any TV channels, but on the other hand we didn't eventually even need TV.

• Andres (2/5): El peor alojamiento en el que he estado - No era lo que esperaba , el alojamiento tiene todas las zonas comunes compartidas , solo tienes la habitación para ti , el internet siempre estuvo malo , llamamos y nunca lo arreglaron, la calefacción funcionaba solo en algunos momentos a lo que también llamamos al anfitrión y no dio ninguna solución, nunca volvería a quedarme en ese alojamiento.

• Micahel (8/5): - Everything was good except checking in. On the hotel app, when you go to directions, Google maps brought me to my final destination, not check in location. With technology today, it would be easier to have the check in address on the website, and then receive your final destination from reception. This would make it impossible to go to the wrong place in the beginning of your stay. Other than that, great place and location.
