- DARJA STARC (5/5): - Dovolj prostorno, udobno za spanje. Pipa je bila pokvarjena. Ni se dala zapreti in smo mogli zapreti kar ventil, da smo lahko spali. Bili smo štirje, a so nam sprva namenili 2 brisači. Prosili smo za 2 dodatni. Pričakovala sem 2 brisači na osebo, kot je običajno. Imeli smo zgodnji odhod, a smo morali zjutraj še pred odhodom s fantom iz recepcije pregledati sobo, prej nam niso odklenili. Zanimalo jih je, če smo jim ukradli brisačo (kaj takega pa še ne). Ni pa jih zanimalo, da imajo pokvarjeno pipo.

- swati (9/5): A comfortable, well-located apartment with a brilliant host. We will definitely be back! - Fantastic location right in the heart of Gueliz. Everything is within easy walking distance. Carré Eden shopping centre and its supermarket and food court are just a short stroll away, along with a great selection of restaurants and malls. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms that gave us plenty of room. Our host Fatima was wonderful, responsive, attentive, and fluent in English, which made communication effortless. We will absolutely be back on our next visit to Marrakech! A couple of small things to flag. The master bedroom A/C wasn't functioning on arrival. Ideally this would be checked beforehand. It was sorted by day three, and having a second bedroom meant it wasn't a dealbreaker. Housekeeping was also minimal: in four nights the apartment was cleaned just once, and only after we asked. Minor niggles overall, nothing that would stop us returning.

Wystarczy przejsc kilka krokow od bramy wejsciowej zeby zjesc dobre sniadanie, obiad. Pokoje byly czyste, przestronne i ladnie przygotowane. W kuchni lodowka, czajnik, zastawa. Nie brakowalo nam niczego. Personel byl bardzo uprzejmy.

One of the ladies working there messaged me on WhatsApp asking if we needed our room cleaned and she even knocked on the door to ask. I think her name was Aziza.....All the staff made our stay feel very welcoming.....The location is good lots of restaurants and cafes around.... Jamma el fennah about 25 minute walk The only thing I didn't like was that there was no plug sockets at the bedside. So charging my phone was abit of a hassle having to get out of bed to charge or remove charger.
- María (8/5): Buena estancia y relación calidad-precio - La localización es muy buena, la Medina está a unos 20-25 minitos dando un paseo y el camino hasta allí es bueno, una gran avenida sin pérdidas. Además hay un centro comercial al lado con un carrefour. Los trabajadores son amables y atentos. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, el apartamento estaba limpio aunque tuvimos que pedir una toalla extra (solo había 1 y éramos 2). En cuanto al ruido excepto un par de noches que sí que se escuchaba barullo no tuvimos problema. El apartamento está bien equipado en general, la cocina tiene menaje para poder cocinar sin mayor problema y también te proporcionan gel y champú. Pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente todos los días también. Posibles mejoras: Para dos personas solo había una toalla y tuvimos que pedir otra (tampoco fue un gran problema). Al llegar solo te encuentras un rollo de papel (entiendo que se pueden pedir más)

- Νικόλας Τόγιας (1/5): - Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and did not meet even basic standards of hospitality. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely rude. She asked for our passports and, without any notice or consent, attempted to photocopy them. When we explained that we did not agree to this and that she could simply record the details (as is done in other hotels), she reacted aggressively, pulling the passports from our hands and threatening that we either comply or cancel our reservation and leave. She even stated that she did not care where we would stay and threatened to call the police. Eventually, after contacting the manager, they agreed to simply record the passport details as we had initially requested. Throughout our stay, her attitude remained cold and unprofessional, without even a basic greeting or willingness to assist. Although the property looked like the photos, the air conditioning units were not functioning properly and were visibly very dirty. We had to clean them ourselves in order to use them. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the room was below expected standards. Upon entering the room, there were not even enough towels provided for two people, which shows a lack of basic preparation. Even worse, during our four-day stay, the room was never cleaned: no housekeeping service, no change of bed linens, and no replenishment of essentials such as toilet paper. Overall, this was a very negative experience, mainly due to the unacceptable behavior of the staff and the lack of cleanliness. We would not recommend this hotel.

El personal hablaba inglés y español, fuimos muy bien atendidas, súper majos. Los cojines eran bastante duros, la puerta del baño iba mal, la televisión no iba, me duché con agua caliente un día.

- Delphine (8/5): Lovely apartment well located within Gueliz. I would stay agin. - The property was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is well located within Gueliz, however Gueliz itself is quite far from the main square and medina. We were able to leave our luggage on check out day which was very useful. The lady who dealt with our check out was helpful and friendly. The double bed is located in the living area, it would be nice to have a little separation to give some privacy. Just a screen would help, and they’re very Moroccan too! The young man at reception when we checked in wasn’t very welcoming, not very interested in helping.

There were no bathroom towels, but we assumed that's it and we bought our own, no problem. In the last night we had to catch a tour bus to Sahara and we wanted to check-out quickly. Then the reception guy saw that there were no towels and started making phone calls and didn't know English so we couldn't explain. We almost lost our bus because of that.

- Carole (8/5): Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et étions satisfait de notre logement confortable et soigné. - L'appartement était très propre, lumineux au dernier étage, avec une terrasse. Le personnel était très aimable et disponible 24h/24 en cas de besoin. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à l'arrivée le matin de bonne heure. Ils ont organisé notre réservation de taxi pour le trajet retour en taxi prévu en milieu de nuit. Une petite épicerie ainsi qu'une grande galerie marchande, avec un Carrefour Market tout proche de l'appartement permettent d'acheter tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Une chambre disposait d'une grande penderie avec étagères mais l'autre n'avait aucun meuble de rangement pour ranger ses affaires personnelles, ses vêtements. La salle de bain ne dispose pas de barre pour faire sécher les serviettes de douche. Il n'y a pas de table ni de chaises sur la terrasse. Les fenêtres ferment mal. Le quartier est assez bruyant jusqu'à minuit près d'une grande avenue.

Плюс замечательный приветливый персонал, даже утюг и гладильная доска!! И всё остальное необходимое тоже было! Расположен удобно, вблизи от главной дороги и недалеко от вокзала. За эти деньги очень хороший вариант! Обязательно рекомендую! Всё понравилось, хотя вид из окна на строительные работы, это не мешало наслаждаться пребыванием!
