- HAMAD (9/5): اقامة استثنائية - النظافة الهدوء والموقع جميل جداً للذي مع سيارة بعدين عن الازعاج والزحمة واشكر القائمين علي ادارة الفندق وبالاخص الاستاذ علي لا يوجد شطاف اكرمكم الله في الحمام فقط حوض فرنسي ارجو من ادارة الفندق الاهتمام بالاملاحظة لان الشطاف بالنسبة لجميع المسلمين في الكرة الارضية هام جداً جداً

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my experience!

- Ali (7/5): Okay - The rooms are nice and spacious. The gym is poorly located in B3, inside the parking lot, with a view of parked cars. While I was already running on the treadmill, they started spraying insect pesticides — truly unacceptable.

- Paula (7/5): Nice place - more four star standard than five in my opinion. - Staff were great and very helpful - especially Hassan who gave me cash for a taxi when I didn't have the right currency! They claim to have a complimentary hotel driver for drop-offs downtown, however I tried to book this on four different occasions and it wasn't available. The driver doesn't work at all between 6pm and 9.30pm (!) OR on Sundays... I was then offered a taxi at triple the price of an Uber.

- Eman (10/5): Great stay at Key Beirut, we loved it! - Everything was great about Key Beirut it is New you can tell from the modern lobby and furniture , Great professional and friendly staff who accomodate and answers all your needs with a big smile and prompt service each time. A special service the hotel driver who’s name is Paul who takes you to nearby locations in Beirut by just calling reception, I found that very convenient as it was our first visit since 3 years so a helpful guide and a friend made it a memorable fun stay for us. Thanks Key Beirut staff we will come again! Nothing, everything was perfect.

- Saif (7/5): Good hotel if you are alone. Not family friendly - The property is located centrally with good enough facilities. It offers a small kitchenette in the room. The room in itself is well designed. The gym at the hotel is good. The staff are nice and helpful For what they claim to be as five star property, much is left wanting. Whilst the staff are courteous and nice, they seem to also lack authority to delight clients. An incident did occur where the room next to us was “noisy” and the tenant seemed to have “outside guests”. It may be ok for some, but definitely not family friendly. Stricter checks on outside guests need to be there. Also, you would expect the staff to know who is coming and going and not me to investigate
