- Richard (10/5): Magical Studio Apartment. - This property is amazing. The grounds are very peaceful and tranquil. The studio had everything that we needed, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, etc. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. It was decorated very tastefully. There is a separate area with a washer and dryer, including detergent. Jerome was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I loved it here!

- Hannah (10/5): - Pelican Point Sanctuary was the perfect getaway. We stayed in the Blue Wren for two nights, and it exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully designed, spacious, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The location was ideal - a short walk or drive to the shops and cafés in St Helens and only 10 minutes drive from the Bay of Fires. The owners were incredibly friendly too, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The unit was well equiped, clean and modern with a comfy bed and is only a short drive from St Helens. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, particularly when the power was out due to a storm. We would definitely stay here again.

Amanda also finds time to care for injured wildlife, which gives real meaning to Sanctuary! An amazing to stay on your tour round Tasmania.

The property itself was so spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped with all the appliances and amenities needed. We had great time in making our dinner in the modern kitchen and enjoying the food with the sunset view through the glass doors on both sides. Moreover, bedrooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully designed. We wish we could stay longer!

The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We were only there for one night but could have stayed longer. I did not notice a washing machine which would have been helpful.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed as an extended family group (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby), in Kookaburra for 2 nights. Lovely, neat, airy, clean and quiet accommodation. Very helpful staff. Easy checking in and out. The kitchen is tiny but has excellent oven, stove etc, even a coffee maker (pods), no dishwasher. One bathroom and toilet (no bath) for 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms downstairs, one upstairs) but we were fine with that.Tranquil location. 5 min drive to Bay of Fires beaches. 20 mins to St Columba falls- easy but wonderful walk in magical rainforrest- and Pub in the Paddock and Pyengana Dairy Cafe. We will definitely stay there again.

- SANJAY (10/5): Wish we could have stayed here longer!!! - We stayed here only for one night on our way to Cradle Mountain. Beautiful detached cottages with enough privacy. It was so peaceful and quiet with no light pollution. We stayed in the 1 bedroom Robin villa which was so tastefully decorated. Nordic grey & whites, simple modern and efficient. The place seems fairly new and looks just like it does in the pics. The deck/patio is gorgeous with cows grazing not too far from the villa. The kitchen is well equipped. Shower pressure is great. Bed slightly softer than we prefer but comfortable. Nice big TV which came in handy to watch Australian Open. No issues with check-in - Amanda left a key for us since we arrived a bit late. 4 min drive from the town of St. Helens. Enjoyed a great meal at Nina. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty which is understandable. About 10 min drive to Bay of Fires which I would highly recommend. Overall serene, calm and beautiful place to spend a few days. Oh and don't pass on the Lease 65 oysters - simply amazing!

If you are unfamiliar with induction cooktops, perhaps arrive whilst reception is open to be shown how to use it by the friendly staff. - SUE (8/5): UPMARKET AND MODERN - We were upgraded to a unit called Heron which was a two bedroom unit with views across the fields to the water. Full length glass windows looked out onto a pond and a couple of fat ducks. The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and really modern. Everything was in new condition. We loved the accommodation and the peace and quite. The only negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower which made it impossible to get properly wet unless you took the hand held shower head and aimed at your bits separately.

Surrounded by gardens and water with nice walks to look at birds. We arrived early and the lovely managed let us in happily. Would love to return.
- AntVDM (10/5): Spacious & Quiet - Our stay was terrific. The owners are very friendly and helpful, with recommendations for walks, attractions, and things to do. We had a little cottage, Blue Wren. It's spacious with a large bed, 2 big comfy chairs, TV, kitchenette, and the bathroom. One of the best things is that it's not connected to any other building. It's quiet and peaceful - Just what we wanted! There is a lot of wildlife with many different birds around, so if you like nature, peace and quiet, I think you'll like this place too! The location is convenient, it's barely 5 minutes from town, and 10 minutes up to Binalong Bay and the rest of the Bay of Fires area. I highly recommend Pelican Point Sanctuary.

- PhillandRuth (10/5): Spacious, well equipped and comfortable - Stayed in the blue wren cottage (name may be wrong-it was the yellow cottage). Has a modern kitchen and bathroom but furniture was a bit dated (not a big deal). Private to some degree although your main outlook is towards the office and other cabins (you can see water though). For more privacy perhaps consider the more modern villas further down the driveway. Mandy the on-site manager was very friendly and obviously cleans fastidiously.
