• Verified traveler (4/5): No check in instructions and no reply from hotel - Not email instructions on check in and the check in counter is not available. Thanks to the Korean guest help if not we would have to sleep on street. There is no water in the pool.

• Angel (4/5): - It was really hard with the communication. We got there an hour later and there was no one to let us in, we understand that the property has policies, but flights get delayed, canceled, or people get lost. We ended up having to pay for a hotel that night and went back to this property to check in the morning. The room was spacious but it did not feel clean. The walls were dirty, the floor was cracked and put together with tape, the bathroom had mold and the tiles were cracked open. The jacuzzi was filthy, we filled it up and turned on the jets and it was disgusting. In the pictures, it looks nice, but in person, it is just not worth it.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 온돌 바닥과 야외 욕조가 좋아요 - 따뜻한 온돌 바닥과 야외 욕조가 좋았습니다. 욕조에 물 받는 시간이 좀 오래 걸리고 욕실이 춥다는 단점도 있었지만 조용하고 한적한 느낌이 괜찮더군요. 좀 낡고 지저분한 부분도 보였지만 관리가 잘된 편인것 같습니다. 삼십만원대는 비싼 것 같고 좀 저렴하다면 가성비 괜찮은 숙소입니다.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 잘쉬고왔습니다~ - 온수풀운영으로잘못알아 풀장이용못한것이아쉽지만..자쿠지에서 나름 만족했네요~숙소에서 옆집사람들 지나가는게보여서 그건좀 불편했어요~풀장쪽창을 여는순간 지나가시는분들 얼굴이동동 딱 마주쳤는데..옷을 대충입고있었음., 낭패볼뻔했네요~나머지는 깨끗하게 정돈되어있고..일회용비닐이비치되어있어서 좋았구요~아,근처에 매점이나 편의점하나없는건 불편했어요~왠만한건 다 사갔지만..간혹빠진것들중 필요한게있는데..아쉬웠어요~그래도 나름 편하게 잘쉬다왔구요~관리하시는직원분. 키반납하며 처음마주쳤지만..친절하셨어요~^^

• Kim (6/5): 풀사용 가능 시기 확인 하고 가실것 ! 곰팡이 냄새 예민하신분은 비추 ! 나머지는 괜춘 - 후기에 화장실에 곰팡이 냄새가 난다는 말이 있던데 실제로 조금납니다! 깨끗하긴하나 예민하신분들은 참고하세요 풀은 6월부터 쓸수있다고하는데 사전공지를 받지 못해서 ... 풀못썼네요 그리고 풀에 이전 투숙객이 버린 맨주캔이 버려져있었습니다.. 왜안치워주셨는지 ㅠ ㅠ
• Verified traveler (8/5): 청소 꼼꼼히해주세요. - 화장실은 너무 습해서 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 나고, 외부에있는 스파는 월풀 작동시키면 엄청 더러운것들이 많이 나옵니다. 청소 꼼꼼히 하실 필요가 있어보입니다. 2박이상하면 하우스키핑은 수건을 채워주는 이외에는 해주지않아서 별로였어요. 1박정도만 하기에 적당합니다. 침구랑 수건은 먼지가 없었고 아메니티는 좋았습니다.

• JaeGon (10/5): 5설급 호탤수둔 - 5성급 호텔에 풀빌라와 리조트 조리시설 넣어놨다고 보면 되요. 직접보니 사진보다 더 좋더라구요. 협재쪽이 중문이나 제주보다 떨어진 곳이라 저렴하게 구할 수 있었네요. 3박4일 머물렀던 곳중에서 제일 좋았어요.
