- Verified traveler (8/5): 済州 ICC に近く、コスパ最高 - 毎年、済州 ICC で行われる国際学会参加する際には、いつもこのホテルで泊まる。会場から近く、徒歩圏内にあり、中文ロータリーに行くと食堂や農協の大型マートがあり、刺身を買ってきて食べた。部屋の広さや設備も良く管理できている。コスパ最高。遅く帰ると駐車場がいっぱいになるので、不便。

- Tam (6/5): - This was a last minute find as the initial hotel we booked was not to standard. The hotel is close to the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. However, many mosquitoes appeared in the room though the window was closed. I caught up to 12 mosquitoes during our 3 day stay. Overall an average stay as the mosquitoes really disrupted our sleep.

- YOONJE (10/5): - 좋았습니다. 처음으로 아이들과 아내를 두고 혼자 온 여행이었어요. 천제연폭포가 가까워서 걸어 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았고, 호텔에서 가까운 중문우체국 앞에 다니는 버스는 웬만한 곳은 다 데려다 줘서 뚜벅이 여행도 즐거웠습니다. 차를 렌트해놓고 거의 쓰질 않았어요. 윗세오름, 치유의숲, 산방산, 용머리해안, 천제연폭포...모두 대만족이었습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 좋고 바다가 보이는 뷰는 최고였습니다. 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 快適でした。 - コンベンションセンターに空港からのリムジンバスが着きます。バス停からは上り坂を徒歩15分くらい。近くには飲食店やコンビニもあり便利です。朝ごはんは普通。悪くはない。部屋は広く快適。トイレがウォシュレット。レイトチェックアウトは1時間10,000ウォンで14時まで延長可でした。

The room initially given to us was filthy there was food or something that I didn't want to identify splattered all over the ceiling. the smoke detector in the room was also covered with a band-aid. I suppose to allow people to smoke in the room which on entry stunk. The second room given once we complained about the hygiene and the smell of the room was not much better. With all the cabinets within the bathroom water damaged with doors falling of the cupboards.

- Amanda (9/5): Great location close to the sea - The location is just a few blocks from the ICC Jeju where we had a party to attend for work. It is also next to a little orange grove which was very peaceful. Parking was a bit tight and when I stayed during a weekend in December I got the last spot, but it is counted as a plus because we still had free parking available to us. The breakfast was also awesome with both American and Korean options. The pillows were super comfortable too. The parking garage was tight and could easily get full if more than 20 cars were parked. The roads nearby are tight and could be hard to navigate in the dark. My biggest complaint is that I could not control the heat and they had many signs around not to open the windows. My son and I were sweating!

- nycSafariNjema (8/5): A clean and comfortable stay. - You Us has so few reviews on TripAdvisor I almost didn’t book it, but I’m glad I did. The hotel is very clean, quiet, comfortable and well located. The AC, wifi, shower and mini ‘frig worked well, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was fine with good coffee. The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the main bus line, beautiful Cheonjeyeon Falls is a short walk away, and a nearby scenic walkway takes only about a ½ hr down to Woljeongri Beach. There were a few small problems but none bad enough to keep us from recommending the hotel. A couple of our towels had large holes, but they were still very clean. We have feather allergies but unfortunately there are no alternative pillows. During Aug heat we wish the hotel would be more eco and have a sheet option instead of only a heavy duvet. We also wish they would use large dispensers instead of more individual plastic waste. The ocean view we paid for was mostly of the next door hotel, but the restaurant view was lovely. The hotel advertises a 30% discount for massages at a nearby spa, but the spa said no, and would only give 10% off. The massage was so great though that it was still worth it. Overall, we were happy with our stay and definitely recommend the hotel as a comfortable place to base a vacation.

I enjoyed learning about the Korean culture The hotel is beautiful but the location is very hidden. It is hard to find a local shop, and there is no information about what we have near the hotel. Also, there are lots of hills to walk, especially in humidity. Sometimes I feel unsafe walking alone at night because the location is desolate and quiet The breakfast is very unusual. I am glad that they provide European food because I couldn't eat Korean dinner-type food for breakfast. However, I tried them on the first night, and the food was delicious. However, it is not suitable for breakfast. Despite this, I understand and respect Korean culture with the food - I respected that, and I appreciated that they provided eggs and toast, yoghurt, and nuts - it suits me better Normally, the hotel does have a pub or restaurant for the residents, but this one doesn't have one. It forced us to stay out of the hotel to find entertainment. I wish there were a vending machine with plenty of soft drinks or chocolate bar options. Also, I wanted to book a spa day that was advertised in the hotel. However, I realised it is not in the hotel but is a 10-minute walk away. It is hard to find the place due to poor directions. I would prefer to use the spa within the hotel rather than outside. There is a lack of information about the place - I did not realise there is a beach near the hotel. I would have gone for a swim if I knew about it, but I found out on the last night before flying home
- Asako (10/5): VERY GOOD - staffs are very friendly and kindly, for example, they always write down because we are Deaf. I wanted variety breakfast menu. I stayed in 6 days. They changed menu everyday, but I wanted more change.
