Guests are requested to be careful, since the property features delicate wood in the building and the ornaments. Dinner is served between 17:00-19:00. Guests with a meal plan must arrive by 18:00. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The property has a curfew at 23:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time. Both breakfast and dinner are Japanese meals, and the dinner includes raw fish. Please confirm allergies with all accompanying guests and inquire at the time of booking or up to 3 days in advance. We are unable to accommodate requests on the day of check-in. Please note that if there are frequently used ingredients that cannot be used (such as kelp, bonito flakes), or if there are many ingredients that cannot be consumed, we may not be able to accept your reservation. The staff were also very accommodating and hospitable. Would highly recommend. And the space was clean, large, modern, and comfortable. Towels were pretty thin.
Yumiko (10/5): A classy traditional Japanese inn with authentic Japanese hospitality - It was a perfectly manicured property and every room offered a breathtaking ocean view. Their kaiseki dinner was delicious and their service was to die for. We told them that we’re celebrating our husbands’ big birthday there and we’re what they’d come up with. They offered them a lovely birthday cake with traditional Japanese celebration attire for them to try on! We loved their care and wonderful hospitality. The bath was smaller than I expected but it was clean and cozy.

Roxana (6/5): Pleasant - We thought we booked a ryokan.. but I turned out to be a beach villa. The ryokan has a couple of beach villa’s outside the ryokan. The beach villa had beach front, but was very European. Nothing Japanese. It was not so cozy. We asked if we could eat in the ryokan next door, and luckily we could. The food was very good and the ladies who worked there were very kind. The ryokan itself looked very nice, for the part we have seen. The beach villa had thin walls so we heared every noise. There was no hot water in the morning snd the airconditioning made a loud noise, which kept us awake all night. Unfortunately we spend to much money for this accommodation.

torao (10/5): 景観に圧倒された、とのさま気分で最高でしたよ！ - こんな素晴らしい景観は初めてでした。目前に唐津城が私たちをまるで見下ろしている雰囲気。フレームに遮るものがないので食事の箸が止まってしまうくらい。また、海側は浜辺から島々が迫ってくるようでこれまたフレームに遮るものがないので、景観に圧倒されました。部屋食だったのですが、2階にあるお部屋（城）にスタッフの方から勧められたのですが感動しました。ありがとう！！食事は最高級の品をいただきました。伝統的な生け簀による超新鮮な烏賊、イセエビ（とんさんなます）をはじめ、こだわりのうつわを愛でながら堪能しました。

Verified traveler (10/5): - 일어를 못해 대화가 잘 통하지는 않았으나 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 또다시 방문하고 싶은 료칸입니다. 가라쓰성 바로옆에 위치하고 있고, 버스터미널에서 약 10분정도 거리에 위치하고 있으며, 도보로 3분거리에 로손편의점이 있습니다. 가이세키요리는 식사만 하고 갈 손님이 있을정도로 우수한 곳입니다. (조식 또한 훌륭합니다.) 대중탕은 이용 시 숙박객이 없어 홀로 사용할 수 있었습니다. (규모가 작아 3~4명이 사용할 수 있습니다.)
