Decor is a little dated but not tatty. Sturdy furniture small fridge with freezer compartment to freeze our cooler packs, microwave, coffee maker...all handy. Lovely woman at the office had info ready about dinner options nearby. Would stay here again!

Shower was within the bath tub with excellent shower head, good water pressure and lots of hot water instantly. Tap water also had great taste. The air conditioner was quite loud. We shut it off and opened the screened window at night which kept the room very comfortable in July. There is about a 10 minute walk into town. The very best thing about this place was how sparkling clean the room was. I will stay again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The Inn Keeper was helpful with explaining the TV remote, which is always a challenge when its different at every location. We were directed where to get dinner. Had an excellent hamburger at the local food truck, as indoor dining was all closed. A good nights sleep too.

It was a nice surprise. Beds were not the most comfortable, but we got some rest. We have stayed here before and would stay again. Good location for traveling though the area.

- Alexis (10/5): - The check-in process was amazing! The owner asked if we needed food (dinner) and gave us the three options available and had menus to look at as well. She gave us the wifi info and took us to our room (king bed) which was exactly as the pictures in the listing. She showed us how the tv worked, pointed out the complementary water in the fridge and made sure everything was to our liking. The room was immaculate and well appointed (bathroom had the usual shampoo/conditioner/soap but also razor, shaving cream, nail file, q-tips, shower cap etc.). It was incredibly quiet and comfortable. I had the best sleep of my entire journey here! I would note that the listing in Trip Advisor/Expedia says “bed sheets not provided” which is false. There was linens, a blanket and bed spread provided as well as an extra pillow.

Against one wall was a comfortable couch and coffee table and on the opposite wall was a table with a large, new wall-mounted TV above. There was also a good-sized closet so there were places to put things away and down on. The fridge held all of our cooler items, and there was also a coffee maker and microwave that we didn't use. The Bed by the window was comfortable and the night table lamp and clock had multiple plug-ins for our cell phones and IPad. The pull-down shades were excellent, letting in light and mountain views when in one position and blacking out all light in the other. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with a surprisingly nice supply of toiletries. The only thing I didn't like was the loud fan that came on when the light in the bathroom was turned on, as I would have preferred a separate switch for the light and fan. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night and though this is an older motel, I would definitely stay here when we are again in Greenwood, BC.
- Cheryl (10/5): Definitely the best in Greenwood - Motel selection in Greenwood is small. Greenview is definitely the best of the choices. The room was clean and comfortable. Not much for dining in the area as a lot of the restaurants are either closed permanently or were closed for the season. If I were in the area, I would stay again.

- Kevin (2/5): Poor Attitude - When I booked my room on line I made a mistake and booked for 09/10 rather then 09/11. MY MISTAKE. On the 11th I called because I wasn't going to arrive until after 6 PM. The person answering the phone at the Greenway was ignorant board lining on belligerent because I hadn't showed up the night before. Even after I tried to explain what that I had booked the wrong day by accident he was still on a tangent that I hadn't showed up the night before. When I was finally able to ask if he had any rooms available for tonight he told me that he didn't have a room for me and hung up. So although I have never stayed at this place I can say that who ever was on the phone when I called will never get any future business from me. By the way the room I didn't show up for was paid in full on-line at the time of booking and I was not and am not looking for a refund. This was clearly my mistake that I took responsibility for while trying to communicate with the desk clerk who I'm assuming was the owner.
