• Zoran (10/5): - Extraordinary staff and services. Property with beautiful garden. All our needs and expectations were overachived. As we're in Bulawayo for sport tournament we had special requirements for time of meals. Meals were delicious and everything were made according to all our wishes.

• Cecilia (8/5): Very easy stop for travel through Bulawayo. - They did a packed breakfast for out party of 7 as we were travelling to Botswana. It consisted of 2 rolls each, yoghurts, fruit and hard boiled eggs. Excellent!!! The parking was a bit squashed and the kettle had to boiled on the floor due to the positioning of the electrical socket.

I didn't like the fact thst my 6 year old couldn't watch cartoons and were told that she can't watch cartoons in our room because other people are watching soccer.. that wasn't pleasant at all. The food, particularly the dinner , was very disappointed. The breakfast was quite fair

• musa (8/5): Beautiful hide out from life pressures, lovely attentive and kind host. Well trained friendly staff. - Male chef is very talented, eggs cooked to perfection. Filling , well cooked breakfast.Having mulberry and papaya straight from the property garden made a lovely addition to the fruit selection. The room scent pellets are ok but somewhat overpowering as the scent lingers into the clothes for a while even after leaving the property. Normal air fresheners could have done the same job in my opinion.

• Dumba (9/5): I loved my stay at Matilinda Lodge. Its indeed home away from home. - The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the delicious food. The place is so smart. The hotel staff is very helpful and cheerful. I think there is need for a mop and a broom in the rooms just incase there is a water spill or something of that sort so that as guests we can clean a bit as the staff thoroughly clean later.

Staff very friendly including guard as was always coming in late. breakfast was great, the dining are could use a little sprucing. Mismatch with the rooms which are quiet nice and the bath tubs!
