• robert (6/5): - Proche de la Sagrada et à une demi-heure des ramblas a pied Plusieurs problèmes dans l'appartement. Carrelage cassé, la porte de la douche qui touche le carrelage au sol, robinet du lavabo mal fixé, très bruyant ( voisin, la rue , les voitures) mal insonorisé. Les lattes du lit ne sont pas appropriées au lit .
• Kateryna (1/5): - Помешкання абсолютно не відповідає своїй вартості. Меблі поломані, дуже брудно було і загалом квартира в жахливому стані. Фото і реальність абсолютно різні речі! Не рекомендую!

• Cristina (1/5): El peor alojamiento en el que me he quedado nunca. - El alojamiento no está apto para alquilar, no sé por qué Booking lo permite. Entramos más de una hora tarde porque la entrega de llaves por parte del propietario se retrasó a pesar de estar avisado, y al entrar nos llevamos la sorpresa: muchos baldosines estaban rotos y era peligroso andar descalzo, la cocina estaba llena de grasa y no se podía utilizar (hasta había migas en el horno sin limpiar), el grifo del cuarto de baño estaba roto, la ducha llena de pelos, el colchón hundido sobre tablones de madera sueltos, las ventanas rotas, enchufes arrancados... Sin duda uno de los peores alojamientos que he visitado nunca. Debería estar prohibido.

• Petra (9/5): Comfortable and practical - It was very close, a walking distance ,to all the important places like Sagrada familia and Arc de triumph. The view was nice, lots of fresh air, overall it was very comfortable and a pleasant experience. We will definitely stay here again. Turning the heating and the boiler was difficult but everything did work when we figured out how to turn it on.
• Natasja (5/5): Great location however safety hazards - The apartment’s location is excellent—within walking distance to the Sagrada Família, the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral of Barcelona, and just minutes from Passeig de Gràcia. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the city’s most iconic landmarks. That said, there are several serious concerns that impacted the quality of our stay. The apartment has multiple cracked and lifted floor tiles, which are not only unsightly but pose a real safety hazard. These are scattered throughout the space and could easily cause someone to trip and fall. The shower setup is also problematic—slippery and difficult to step in and out of, especially for elderly guests or children. It lacks proper safety features and feels like an accident waiting to happen. To add to this, although checkout was clearly stated as 11:00 AM, the cleaning crew arrived unannounced at 10:29 AM and entered the apartment without prior notice. Guests should be allowed the full time promised without interruption or intrusion. While the location is a highlight, the condition of the apartment and disregard for guest privacy and safety fall short of expectations.

• Cristina Fatima (1/5): Horrível. Horrível. - Nao gostei de nada foi uma experiência horrível Eu detestei.. não tem aquecimento por toda a casa. O WC estava gelado a água quente demora 15 minutos a ficar quente. Estava muito sujo. Muito velho . Precisa de muitas obras Tem muitas tijoleiras partidas quando andamos em cima parece que vai sair tudo do lugar.. tem tomadas partidas na cozinha . Não tem roupa que chegue nas camas tendo em conta que estamos no inverno não tem um único édredon quente. O apartamento fica no 4 piso. O elevador é muito pequeno só leva 3 pessoas de cada vez e nos éramos 4 pessoas não é agradável. Só tem um ar condicionado na sala que nao chega para toda a casa.. tem radiadores por toda a casa mas nao funcionam estavam todos desligados.. o aparelho exterior do ar condicionado estava mesmo na janela do quarto principal este fazia muito barulho durante a noite nao nos deixa descansar.. a cama de casal do quarto principal faz muito barulho e é mais dura do que dormir no chão.. o sofá da sala está tao sujo que dá nojo deitar nele.. o Butão da máquina de lavar loiça estava quebrado. Nao tem uma máquina de café.. nem uma garrafa de água de boas vindas... na cozinha tem uma gaveta partida deitas a mão para procurares alguma coisa dentro e ficas com a parte de fora nas mãos.. gel de duche tinha um pequenino para 4 pessoas.. toalhas tinha uma para cada um e tinhamos reserva para 4 dias... senti-me obrigada a deixar o apartamento nao suportava mais tal infernos .. neste caso achei caro de mais para o apartamento que é .

• Phil (8/5): Stayed two nights. Fine for a weekend in Barcelona. Comfortable, quiet and well connected. -
• Dikshant (1/5): poor experience - nothing 1. old apartment, floor tiles were breaking off 2. bed was broken 3. sofabed was uncomfortable 4. kitchen didn't have lighter to light the gas 5. bathroom was not clean 6. didn't receive the keys in time, whole day's plan was wasted

• Yuleiquis (5/5): Barcelona - Very near of La sagrada familia and very centric. The apartment is big enough for a family. Washer and dryer working good, elevator in the building. It has a full kitchen The bathroom was very dirt, it needs something that knows to clean because it has a lot of mold, the floor has a lot of tile floor loose, the Ac is not anough for the size of the apt. The beds are very uncomfortable. An also a lot of road noise.
• Ana-maria (7/5): Good - The location is very centered, and you can visit a lot a things in de vicinity. The apartment is spacious. The apartment needs an urgent update. Loose tiles on the floor, furniture that comes apart when you try to use it, the bathroom is horror with tiles put to place with ducktape. In one of the bedrooms you can smell everything that the other apartments are cooking. Best bring your own bedlinnen. The pictures are misguiding and you face soon a reality that you didn't expect.
• Paula (1/5): Dirtiest place in Barcelona - Location Dirt everywhere! The Tv, the oven, the lift are not working. There are no curtains, Floor tiles broken and unglued.

• Dylan (6/5): It was ok. - The location was good and the space itself was large. It felt like everything needed a wash. The cutlery was not clean. The coffee machine was dirty. The tiles were uneven. The shower felt like it has soap scum on it.

• Laitinen (7/5): Good - Good location, easy access, sights within walking distance. Noise from the street can be heard in the apartment. Stains on the pillowcases,. The other bed was missing boards, which is why the mattress has a hole. The dishwasher does not open completely and the baskets inside do not move properly, the start button is also broken. It was difficult to contact the host even though the check-in time had been announced in advance (20-21). No one answered the phone or messages.
