- Alli (6/5): Okay room, not updated - Our rental was disappointing. There were holes in the wall covered up by paper and tape, holes in doorways that were unrepaired, filthy carpets with massive stains, and trash in the main bed room. None of the rental was updated -the TVs are very old, wallpaper and borders are taking off, overall the place seems to be falling apart. The rental company listened to us and had a cleaning crew clean up most of the trash. They tried to get the carpets cleaned, but we would need to out of the room for around 5 hours. Also, towing was a large problem. We did late check-in and did not realize we needed a parking pass on the 1st night (our over sight). However, we were told we had permission to park there by both the property manager and the rental company and that we never should have been towed. Several other vehicles in the lot, without permits were never towed during the same night. Overall very disappointed.
