- JENNIFER (10/5): Great for airport - Very convenient for Exeter airport, a short walk away. Good instructions, easy to access at night. Room warm & comfortable, very clean, good shower room, great bed & pillows. Parking for the week before our stay right on site, for a charge. Nothing.

The lack of a mirror near a electric socket was problematic as unable to see when drying and straightening hair and as we were flying off on hols after our nights stay that was a bit of an issue.
- Long (5/5): Only would say if you're due an early flight other than that don't bother - I liked the location of the property and how it is easier to get on foot to the airport The beds were like rocks and the room air con doesn't work properly it was roasting in the room

- Anne Reynolds (8/5): Great location to airport - The proximity to the airport. The accommodation was very clean and well presented. The beds were comfy. The tea and coffee facilities had a lot of choice. One of the pvc window latches did not close tight shut and some of the key holders are older and not so obvious.

- Janice (10/5): - Fantastic place to stay. Spotlessly clean and nice decor. The bed was heavenly. Biscuits were nice. They have thought of everything. 3rd time staying.so handy for the airport. Less than 5 minutes walk. Will definitely stay again next time we fly from exeter airport.
- Roy (9/5): A functional stay having flown in after a long day and not wanting a 3 hour drive - this was perfect - Proximity to airport. No issues. Coffe and Tea in room which is good but a coffee machine in the entrance hallway to grab a take-away coffee before setting of would have been welcome, no complaints though, just a suggestion.

- Nicholas (9/5): Excellent for over night stay when using the airport. - Very convenient for overnight stay when flying in or out of Exeter airport. Quiet hotel and exceptionally clean, spacious room that smelt fresh, comfortable bed and plenty of tea/coffee. Could not fault the hotel but be aware there is not much else in the locality except for the airport so if you want something to eat you will have to drive, take it with you or get a delivery.

- Jeff (8/5): Very convenient for travellers returning after buses and trains have ceased running. - Location, access, cleanliness, quality of the room and facilities free Wi-Fi. Would recommend Fair Oak and book again if the need arises.. Road traffic noise from A30, lack of black out curtains, no complimentary shower gel. Additional WiFi password notice in room number 9 would be most helpful for customers checking in late trying not to disturb others and carry heavy suitcases upstairs and having to remember the password once inside the room.

I struggled to locate key box as around the corner and lots of cars in the way when trying to navigate with cases and a young child.

- John (8/5): Better than expected - Cleanliness. Spqciour room. 1) No source of snacks or drinks (other than supplies tea / coffee and biscuits). As there are no shops or cafes nearby for pedestrians, a vending machine (at least for bottled water) would be useful. 2) Sink was half-blocked so drained very slowly. 3) Instructions regarding the codes. They need to explain the codes are embedded in the invoice. I am an experienced traveller yet this caught me out. 4) No body wash or shampoo

- Tracy (10/5): Our stay - The room was very spacious but cosy at the same time. We loved the huge fireplace. The bathroom was very spacious too. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I can say was that the bed could have done with a better mattress as there was a bit of roll together in the middle and there was a huge wardrobe next to the bed but I would have preferred another bedside table and a smaller wardrobe but that's me being picky.

- Adrian (7/5): A good if functional choice for an early morning flight. - There isn't a great deal to say - the room was clean, comfortable and easy to access with good communication. It's used for proximity to the airport, and is indeed as close as can be! There didn't appear to be anywhere around to buy food, no supermarket and the airport was closed in the evening. There is road noise, but we slept anyway.
