- Katherine Barker (4/5): Wouldn't be back - Had enough room in the villa The staff didnt come up to you at the restaurant or pool to offer food or drinks, we went to them. Had great looking cocktail menu but couldnt make anything as they didnt stock anything to make them. Had black mould fall from our fans in the bathrooms. Just noticed on my bank statement further charges after we checked out too so thats not great either

- Pamela (8/5): - The staff was very friendly; my room was nice and comfortable. Housekeeping made my bed and straightened up everyday. The staff that ran the restaurant were delightfully and extremely pleasant as I'm a vegetarian. There seemed to be an issue with my room card (key) if I left for any extended amount of time my key card would not work and I would have to go to the lobby; staff would then come and reset my key card. Housekeeping keeping despite my request for coffee brought tea packets and restocked my room with tea no coffee, no a big deal except I had to get up at 2am for an early flight and had no coffee.

- Janani (8/5): Loved it and thank you to the staff for making it memorable and helping me a lot. - I loved the pool, and how the location it’s more deeper inside seminiyak, away from the bustling crowds. The villa was clean and decorated for me as well for my anniversary. We can still get to the beach, and all the activities easily from the stay. Clubs and main streets are around 15 mins away. Laundry service is right outside too. The staff are really helpful, and clean the room everyday. Make sure to have umbrellas if it suddenly starts raining.

- Rachelle (1/5): Disgusting condition, old rooms, rude staff and refused a refund-do not recommend you stay here. - Nothing. There were so many bad things it was crazy! Yellow stained pillows. Blood on the mattress protector. Tv wasn't working and just flickered the entire time. Shower head was old and dirty and spraying water everywhere. The sink was broken underneath, so every time you turned the tap on it just flowed into the cupboard. The bathroom window didn't close and that felt very unsafe as someone could just come in if they wanted to as it backed onto another hotel. Also a real problem for mosquitos coming through. The bathroom door didn't fully shut so mosquitos came into the room. There was no safety box for passport or valuables. The spa was not operational at all during the whole stay. The main pool was out of order for 2 of the 3 days due to slimy green water. It was totally unhealthy to swim in. The pool was one of the main reasons I booked this property. I was forced to go to a café down the road to swim, which meant spending extra money on transport, food, and drinks. My son became very sick with food poisoning and they wouldn't allow any gojeks to my room, making me LEAVE HIM and walk to reception to get medicine from gojeks-this was really disturbing he is only 4 years old. After a big fight with them they finally allowed a doctor to come through and down to my room to treat my son at 1am in the morning!!! I asked for a full or partial refund they denied it was is disgusting as you can see from the photos how bad everything was, my son was sick so I couldn't leave until he was stable with vomiting. I do not recommend you stay here at all.

Deur badkmr sloot niet, wormen in douche en steekvliegjes badkmr. De tafelkleden ontbijt zaten gaten in. Voor 4 sterren hotel viel erg tegen. De villa s zagen er mooi uit en de tuin. Wellicht ben ik ziek geworden vh eten. Er waren nauwelijks klanten die bleven eten.
- Dave (10/5): An excellent place to stay - I spent seven nights in a one bedroom pool villa. The villa exceeded my expectations. The bedroom was spacious and well furnished. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. The outside area consisted of a deep pool that was daily maintained, and a kitchen area with table, fridge, microwave and sink. The restaurant was staffed with friendly and efficient staff. Every meal I had there was of the highest standard. The resort pool was large and well maintained.

Varierende kvalitet på frokosten. Vi hadde en veldig god og en litt mindre god frokost. Hotellet ligger litt vekke fra det meste og virket litt «dødt». Passer nok bra for dem som vil komme seg vekk fra folkemengden, men de som vil ha flere aktiviteter blir det noe reising.

- Michelle (3/5): False advertising, harrassing and inappropriate behavior by front desk/management - Clean and property was rather spacious with a restaurant and spa on site Management and advertising. The websites (Expedia, Booking and their own website) advertised the family pool villa as having 3 beds: 2 Queen and a sofa bed. There is no sofa bed. And when we arrived they attempted to charge us for the third bed (even though we had that in our villa already). They then held my passport while trying to resolve the issue. Their behavior was inappropriate and possibly illegal. They held my passport when you had no right to in an effort to extort more money from me for a bed that I already paid for. They then repeatedly called the room during late hours asking us to visit the front desk to pay for the extra bed. While the property is nice and the location is decent, the hotel falsely advertises its beds and the hotel staff behavior regarding my passport and the extra bed was wildly inappropriate and misguided.

- Xiaoyu (1/5): Don't go to the house with bad attitude and moldy house. Don't be deceived like me again. - The service of this hotel is very poor. When you enter the hotel, you will deduct money for no reason. There is a fine of 10 million yuan for smoking. Obviously, there is no smoking. Except for this matter, the waiter who tidying up the room will steal your things. My camera ccd is missing. Where is that motorcycle is 90,000 yuan. There is no motorcycle outside, which charges 10 million or no oil. There is also a lot of English that can't be understood in the front desk. Communication is simply a problem. Even if the front desk has a bad attitude, it will roll its eyes. The location of the room is not easy to get close to the road. It's very noisy. The toilet smells like a toilet. It smells like shit. The bath towels in the hotel are moldy, the floor is also sticky, and there is very dirty dirt on the sheets. The scariest thing is that the pillows are moldy. In short, it gives me the feeling that I live on the street and don't want to live here. Don't go to the house with bad attitude and moldy house. Don't be deceived like me again.

We stayed for 30 days, we had raised all these concerns to the management/staff no one even tries to resolved this. unprofessional staff. please avoid this place it’s not worth the money you paying there’s plenty places that are better.

- Inka (3/5): horrible - nothing at all first they put me in the room 107, the ac wasn’t working, the phone line was off as well, the cleanliness of the room 107 little bit better than the final room that I stay. it’s very dirty, has spider web, the wastafel leaking, the wardrobe smell bad, the linen even worse so they changed the linen. no towels until I complain and asking for it. no hairdryer until the next day I ask for it. no cattle to make hot water. the floor is dirty and old

- Sophia (7/5): Good - It's just outside seminyak, which is nice due to traffic. Spacey appartment/hotel room. Friendly staff, nice view on the pool from the restaurant. I found it a bit untidy, not so clean.

The Spray Leak outside Bathroom door, dripping manky water onto the only place to walk in and out of Villa (so spraying on me as I walked in and out) - also causing a Black slimey, slippery Paver... I complained on 3rd Day - NOTHING was ever done.

- Charlotte (2/5): the property needs a deep clean and some refurbishment. but the staff were very friendly, happy and nice people! - the staff were friendly and food was reasonably priced the bedroom / bathroom were really dirty and crumby. The shower sprayed everywhere and the tiles were mouldy / dirty. the room smelt stale and the air conditioning was poor - our room was so hot. the swimming pool must have been really dirty as it turned my white bikini green?!?!

- Yvette (10/5): BEST VILLA I'VE STAYED IN. - My Villa was stunning. Most beautiful Private Pool I've ever had in all my Bali stays. The Staff at Restaurant were wonderful, fun and friendly. Reception were very helpful. I will never Stay anywhere else. Being picky - but I hated going outside to get a drink out of fridge (unlock doors etc in middle of night) Tiny fridge in Room would have been perfect. Also English Subtitles on TV.
- Boris (4/5): an OK one-night stay, much worse for longer one and inappropriate for remote work - the food was fine. the personal was pretty pleasant. beds were good and cozy. I’ve booked the villa for three people, and contacted the property in advance trying to understand the number of beds in the villa. The property failed to understand this question only answering that there’s two bedrooms. When we arrived the property asked us to pay in advance for the whole stay so we do. it turned out the villa has two large beds. so we asked for an extra bed. It was not free so we had to pay for it. it’s ok. when we go for the breakfast, it turned out that we have only breakfast for two people (despite indicating three in the booking) and since we have a paid extra bed, we can pay extra for our friend could have breakfast as well. so we did. the villa was pretty ok, except for two things: the telephone to connect reception was barely working. we could not hear a thing. and there was no restaurant menu in the villa. while combined those things led us to be unable to order food from the restaurant to the villa. the second thing is the private pool. it was not dirty but very close to this state. The water seemed to be flowering a little bit so it attracted tons of frogs or toads to the pool every evening. The poll illumination was very dim so you could have a face to face frog meeting while using the pool at dark time of the day. i love frogs, i really do, but they make a lot of jump-scare things in this scenario. The last but not least thing. it turned out the villa Wi-Fi connection is very poor. it was not enough to provide a stable connection for a call (even without a video). and it was not acceptable for us as we had to work remotely including a lot of calls. we found another villa with better wi-fi and booked it as soon as we can (not via booking though) but to our surprise Kesambi property refused to reimburse the money paid for the rest of the days that we were not going to stay there (3 of 7 days remained unused). Not even they agreed to return the money for extra bed and extra breakfast for the third person.

The WiFi was good Shower pressure kept dropping out & smelled when you first put it on. The main pool was filthy with grime on the bottom. Service at the restaurant & room Service was painfully slow even just for a drink we waited 30 minutes for it to arrive

- John (9/5): great value for money if you can get a booking special room rate. - food and prices were great. everything in one place if you wanted to stay at the resort. the pool guy need to be retrained or given money to buy pool cleaning products. once he new that I also need about pools and his claim to come back and clean and shock the pool. I never see him again. No plates or bows etc to eat with so you had to go the restaurant they happy gave. wash and leave in fridge otherwise house will take.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I stayed in the Superior Room. It was slightly noisy due to ongoing upgrading works. Not sure if it was due to the upgrade that I had reduced/inconsistent water pressure in my shower.. On my 2nd night, I didn't have hot warm to shower.. Which is okay for me, probably not for others.. Visited my friend in his villa and it was great. Definitely recommend the villa more. Location is a bit far off from Seminyak Area. About 10-15 mins motorbike ride. Not many food options around the property. A couple of convenience store.
