• Lutz (8/5): - Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe nach einem mühsamen online-check-in. Die in anderen Berichten genannten Probleme bestehen alle weiterhin: Das Türschloss ist sehr eigenwillig. Man braucht teilweise Minuten, um es aufzubekommen. Das Master Schlafzimmer ist schön und hat ein großes bequemes Bett. Leider ist der Balkon gesperrt weil baufällig. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn als wären sie in der Wohnung. Die Preise in Barcelona sind absurd hoch - dafür ist der Preis der Wohnung OK. Im Vergleich zu anderen Städten ist der Preis massiv zu hoch.

• serena (8/5): - Appartamento molto grande e in ottima posizione. Check in veloce e tutto ok, ci siamo accordati sull'orario e ci siamo trovati sul posto. Avevamo bisogno di contattare il proprietario per una domanda durante il nostro soggiorno, ma non ha mai risposto.
• Olena (10/5): - The apartment is located in the city center and has a great location. There is a supermarket in the neighboring building and many shops nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. Everything is good, except that one of the rooms doesn’t have a window facing outside. It would be great if there were a window.

• Bente (6/5): - Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung waren super! Auch schön, dass die Wohnung 2 Balkone hat, wovon leider 1 nicht betretbar ist. Sehr hellhörig, kaputter Fahrstuhl, teilweise Schimmelbildung im Badezimmer, WLAN hat teilweise nicht funktioniert, trotz Verteiler, lose Griffe an Pfannen und Töpfen

• Miriam Yadira (7/5): Puerta del departamento 3 difícil de abrir. - La ubicación Trate de contactar a las personas encargadas del departamento para comentarles que la llave de nuestra puerta de entrada se atoraba y estuvimos 40 minutos tratando de abrir el segundo día y a la hora de escribirles no obtuvimos respuesta en ningún momento, porque era fin de semana y no trabajan.

Hanno risposto il giorno dopo ad un nostro problema con i termosifoni e ci hanno fatto dormire una notte al freddo con un bambino di 1 anno in casa. La doccia ed un lavandino sono intasati. Call center inutile. Evitate come la peste se non volete rovinarvi il soggiorno a Barcelona.

• Dominique (1/5): Worst place I stayed ever. - Spacious apartment. The washer worked well. We were 3 lady friends with 2 babies. The lift didn't work since the beginning and we had to carry everything up 4 stories up and down every day with two heavy toddlers in our arms. Very dangerous. They kept telling us it would be fixed soon but that never happened. Learned later on, they knew it would take a week to fix. Knowing that they never found a solution or refunding so we could find a new safe place to stay. The entrance key took ages to open (only one worked). Only one room had a window. Both balconies were easy to access but hazardous, unsafe. One of the toilets was unavailable for use. There was suppose to be a bathtub, according to the information, but there was a shower that kept overflowing. The worst stay I had so far and they kept giving excuses instead of taking care of the problems. They didn't care for our safety. They denied a refund. Very unprofessional.

I like the kitchen because it has all the things you need like a washing machine and microwave oven. I like that it has air-conditioning in the big bedroom. The air-conditioner stopped working on the 2nd day of our stay..

• Figiel (5/5): Facilities and customer service lacking, but great location. - Location is wonderful. Many good restaurants and a grocery store are within a block. Washing machine didn't function. Wall plate between washer and dryer fell off when attempting to use the washer. I had to go to the Laundromat a couple of doors down and spend a little over 20€ to wash & dry clothes. Dishwasher didn't work. Old refrigerator was covered in frost. No sufficient towels for number of guests. Front door key was very difficult to engage. the mini splits for air con were in the living area and master bedroom which did not allow for any air movement in the other two bedrooms. We asked for a 1pm check in and were not met until 2:30pm. Then told we could drop our luggage but we would be called maybe around 4pm to check in. We were never called. One of our party arrived separately and was ushered right into the flat a bit after 4pm. She called to say she was in the flat.

The tumble dryer isn't working properly and the washing machine door is leaking alot . The place needs a bit of work to it. But I would say it gets alot of people staying and getting the time isn't easy

We had reservation for flateli aribau but we were informed 3 days before arrival that we would have to stay at another flat about a kilometer away (flateli Paris) due to some humidity at the one we reserved. It was larger and better but slightly more far from city center. Though, we were fully satisfied with the communication of the staff and the whole behavior and flat comfort. Market right outside and convenient cafe for having breakfast.
• Susan (5/5): Such a shame we could t use the balcony. - Location We were unable to use the balcony which was very disappointing as this is why we booked this apartment. The railings looked very unsafe so presume this is the reason why. We only found out as there was a message stuck to the window. There is still no plug so you cannot was dishes. There is an issue with the drainage so the shower overflows. Very disappointing,

• Mary (8/5): Great neighborhood- cafe & restaurants - lots within walking distance to enjoy. Accommodations are great for gatheri - Great space for gathering with family. Kitchen was very well equipped. 2 smaller bedrooms were a little stuffy - no a/c and no air movement.

• Jane (7/5): Great location, apartment not bad value for money, clean and comfortable but with a few issues. Fabulous city, Barcelona - Great location, pleased to find a small elevator given we were on the third floor. Spacious, bright apartment, relatively comfortable beds, comply sofa, good size dining table, well equipped kitchen, clean. Close to local eateries and small convenience stores to buy provisions, close to bus stops and only a 5–10 minute walk away to nearest Metro station. Bathroom basic and needed updating with a shower which left water all over the bathroom floor, sinks didn’t drain. Kitchen sinks didn’t have plug which made washing up difficult. Very poor soundproofing in the flat (not owner’s fault), so on the first night exposed to loud rap music until very late and next door neighbour’s phone call (in English) all about his holiday arrangements – I could even tell where he was going and what time he was arriving but thankfully he left the next day so it was quiet after that. Not impressed by response from owner about Wi-Fi. Partner and two adult sons, well used to connecting to Wi-Fi, couldn’t get it to work. I was told by the lad who checked us in to call if we have any problems and I did within 30 minutes of checking in. Response came several hours later telling me to turn on and off again which we had done. Contacted him again and had a message sent back to me on Sunday to say that it was a bank holiday so there would be no response and then I didn’t hear anything again until 13:50 on the Tuesday, basically telling me to check the password on the modem. We were leaving the next day so that was annoying. Password wasn’t the problem, just very poor/weak connection. TV box didn’t work. Thankfully, we had brought a laptop with downloaded films, so were able to plug in with our own connections. If you have children, particularly teenagers, it might be worth bearing this issue in mind.
