- Navid (9/5): i would stay here again if i visit antalya again. - we received a room with a lovely view, it was clean and spacious with a huge bathroom. we had booked a honeymoon suite. the staff was polite and ready to help always unlike other experiences ive had in turkey. there was a nice breakfast buffet and some days even a dinner. it is close enough to the city, that you can reach the center within 8-10 minutes with a taxi. we came for a chill time and didnt care much for the hotel but enjoyed the stay nevertheless as the service was so nice. the managers name is Eser Levent and he was there and available most of the time, for any questions.

- 981ghadirh (2/5): Terrible experience! - From July 19 to July 28, we were on vacation in Turkey. The first three days in Istanbul were amazing, and the hotel we stayed at was very friendly and cozy. We wanted to spend the rest of our holiday in Antalya. While looking for a suitable place to stay, we found Ellips Royal Hotel in Antalya through Uk.Hotel.com. We wanted a hotel where we could check in at the end of the day. On the Uk.Hotel.com website, we could indicate the time we wanted to check in. We selected between 00:00 and 01:00 at night, because traveling by car from Istanbul to Antalya takes about 10 hours. We left Istanbul at 11:30 and arrived in Antalya at 01:00 at night. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the receptionist told us that it was impossible to check in at that time. The hotel policy for check-in and check-out is between 12:00 and 14:00. They said we could only check in if we paid extra for another room. That night we were extremely tired and ended up spending the night on the couch in the lobby. This is why I am giving them 1 star. Unfortunately, it was impossible to reach Uk.Hotel.com in the middle of the night. This the Tru Story! Perheps sound good and It is what it is!
- Mustafa (2/5): Terrible - We spent a few days in Istanbul – it was super fun and cozy. The hotel there was amazing, and so was the staff. Afterwards, we decided to spend a few more days in Antalya. While searching for a hotel, we came across Elips Royal Hotel in Antalya via UK.Hotel.com. Since we had to drive over 10 hours from Istanbul to Antalya, we specifically looked for a hotel that allowed late check-in at the end of the day. According to UK.Hotel.com, it was possible to check in at Elips Royal Hotel between 00:00 and 01:00. We left Istanbul at 11:00 in the morning and arrived just after midnight. At the reception, however, the receptionist immediately told us it was impossible to check in at that time. He said the hotel's policy was to check in and out between 12:00 and 13:00 during the day. He said we could check in for that night only if we paid extra, and after 12:00 we would get the room we had already paid for. The receptionist was extremely aggressive and shouted at us. We tried contacting UK.Hotel.com at that moment, but were only met with a chatbot repeating the same message: "We’re sorry to hear you’re unable to check in." That night, we ended up sleeping on the couch in the hotel lobby. The receptionist also mentioned something about "Maxi Rooms", saying that the hotel’s rooms are offered on different websites through that company, and that the mistake came from Maxi Rooms. When we asked for a phone number to contact them, he refused to provide it. We were unable to find any info

- Aminul (2/5): Rubbish stay never again - Nothing The rooms were cramped there was no ac in the lobby or anywhere else around the hotel only in rooms. Most stuff in the room were either damaged or broken e.g wallpaper coming off cracks in the wall, broken shelves. The room is so cramped for kids and the bathrooms are soooo small. They were being really stingy with towels, toilet tissue and blankets as though they didn’t want to give it. They offer a iron service however you have to call the lobby to get the iron and wait for it as there is only ONE iron throughout the whole hotel. They offer valet parking however upon arrival they said they don’t do it. We had to park ourself away from the hotel. The hotel is also so dark inside nothing nice about it

This place truly deserves more recognition for what it offers. ## Accommodation & Comfort The air-conditioned rooms were perfect for our family stay, providing a comfortable retreat after busy days of exploring. The rooms were well-maintained and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. ## Breakfast Experience The breakfast selection was absolutely excellent - one of the best I've encountered. There was an impressive variety that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, with plenty of healthy options available. This was particularly appreciated as it meant everyone in the family could find something they enjoyed each morning. ## Location & Convenience The hotel's location is ideal - not too far from Mark Antyla, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. What really impressed us was having shops and restaurants within walking distance, which gave us flexibility for meals and any essentials we needed during our stay. ## Transportation The taxi service arranged through the hotel was exceptionally quick and reliable. This made getting around so much easier, especially when traveling with family and luggage. ## Spa & Wellness The spa and massage services were of excellent quality - a perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff were professional and skilled. ## Customer Service The customer service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always ready to assist with requests and provided excellent local recommendations. ## Final Thoughts This hotel offers such exceptional value and service that I actually suggested they hire a professional photographer to better market their property - it truly deserves to be showcased properly. The combination of family-friendly amenities, prime location, quality dining options, and superior service makes this a standout choice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a well-rounded, comfortable stay with excellent facilities and service. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to the area.
- Shaylin (2/5): Very poor - Upon booking the following aspects attracted me to the hotel; The location, the images of the place, the 4 star rating. However it did not live up to this in reality. Upon arrival to the hotel and room allocation we found the room to be dirty, the mirrors had stains, the room smelt of cigarettes and I have asthma. The kettle did not work, there was not saop, shampoo or conditioner and the toilet roll was not a sealed one. We then told staff at reception. We were taken and shown 3 available rooms to select from, the kettle was tested, the room looked clean with cleaning detergents. We shortly left for the day and returned late that night, only to discover that, the main light in the room was flickering, the bedside lamp had no bulb...all making poor visibility. The air-conditioning in the room was ineffective which made it uncomfortable to sleep in the blistering heat. The next day my son was not feeling well and couldn't make it to breakfast, I explained to the front desk and kindly requested if I could take some breakfast to my son, and this was rejected. This hotel, is certainly not worthy of its 4star rating. I have video clips of the issues I mentioned. I did email booking.com that same evening and no one got back to me.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Eşim ve çocugumla 1 gece konakladım. Otel diğer kaldıgımız otellere göre biraz eskiydi. Resepsiyon çalışanları ve diğer çalışanlar ilgiliydi her konuda yardımcı oldular. Oda temizdi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. En büyük eleştirim Spa bölümüne. Havuz ve hamam bölümü eski. Konforu az. Spa bölümünde erkeklerin çalışıyo olması eşimi ve beni biraz rahatsız etti. Çalışan erkek arkadaşlar iyi insanlardı ama ilk kez bir spa bölümünde erkek çalışana denk geldik. Spa bölümüne el atılması gerekiyor

- Tugca (10/5): Kind,helpful and hard working staff - The receptionist Mrs.Asuman was helpful and kind and all of the staff were kind and smiley. Very efficient staff keeping a well maintained clean hotel for their visitors.
- julisU3136PE (2/5): Very bad experience. - I to give 0 , we had a bad experience in this Hotel. The two guys name Mr. Eser and Mr. Surcan. When we arrived in the hotel we made a check in Mr. Eser who attended us very kind always smiling while he was filling the form he keep saying that my name is nice name . On top of the desk there were catalogs for tour I asked Mr. Eser that if they are organizing tours he said that yes. I said to him that maybe you can arrange for a city tour he said yes as our guest we always make some discount. Ok we will arrange later because I have to go out first to have a dinner. When come back Mr. Eser offered me and my wife a couple of tea. While me and my drinking a tea . He showed us a catalog which of the program we wanted, we chose a city tour, he said ok for a city tour for you is 200euros for 2 persons. He told us that better to talk also to Mr. Surcan he can explain the itinerary. So I spoke Mr. Surcan telling that me and my wife want city tour for that day. Mr. Surcan asked Mr. Eser in their language I asked Mr. Surcan how much the city tour he said 200€ I gave 200€ to Mr. Surcan he received the money without any invoice. So went to the city tour the following day. During our tour we had a lunch with the group. While we’re eating the German couple in our table I asked them how much they paid the city tour the couple said 35€ each person. To be sure I asked also to our tourist guide, she said what? 200€ you paid is too much. Tell them to give you back the excess money they are cheating you. The tour guide said if Mr. Surcan refuse , call the police, is shameful what they did. When we came back to the hotel . A woman with black uniform in the reception telling her that I want to talk the manager,she said the manager is in day off but he will be here at 9:00 pm. Ok fine I said. So at 9:00 pm me and my wife went down to the reception, I saw Mr. Surcan only Mr. Eser wasn’t there anymore. I spoke to Mr. Surcan about the price of the city is not worth 200 euros only 35euros each person. He just smiled 😡I told him give me back the excess money I paid , he refused to gave back the money. I said to him I will call a police, he said very arrogance…ok call the police. So I called the police. Two police officers came i spoke them telling that I was cheated Mr. Surcan refused to return back the excess money I paid . The police officer invited me and my wife to go with police station to make a statement.when we came back to the hotel Mr. Surcan wanted to talk to us apologizing of his behavior, he’s willing to return the money I said Mr. Surcan just give me back the excess money. The following day , before breakfast the woman with a black uniform spoke to me that she will help us the only help she can do is giving me only 100 euros in fact should be 130euros . I accepted the 100 euros better than nothing. So those who read my comments beware of these 2 guys if you stay Elips Royal hotel never book a tour with them. Better book the agencies.
- Sinan (6/5): - Obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht habe, atand ein Aschenbecher im Zimmer. Im Zimmer hat es auch nach Rauch gerochen. An der Bettkante war auch ein Brandloch, was darauf schließen lässt, dass in dem Zimmer geraucht wurde. Ich habs morgens auch am Hals gespürt.

- Sadhya (2/5): - Being a four star this was far worse than a 3 star. The breakfast was repeated daily with same products each and everyday. Room air conditioner would work and turn off itself through the day and night. If you report or ask questions about something being wrong the staff became aggressive throughout your stay and dirty looks given by staff member. Beauty was a waste of money hamam was a joke, jacuzzi not working, rails broken in swimming and a lot misguidence. The nearest decent food is 20 mins walking distance and staff barely understand much. Town centre/bazaar is 30 mins walking distance
- Rehman (7/5): Nice hotel, but maybe too crowded - The room was big and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice sitting area near the reception. Not the hotel's fault, but some of the guests were very loud and undisciplined. My room was next to a family's, and the first night I couldn't sleep at all. Also, the breakfast room was very crowded and loud.

Esar who worked there was at our service with everything, arranged everything we needed, went out his way to help us with our luggage when we was leaving enlven though we said we would be ok with it.. everything was clean n tidy in the hotel

Hotel was really good, really clean and view from the hotel is not bad at all with a nice sunset view to the mountains. Everything a tourists needs is about 10-15 minutes away. Recommend this for normal tourists :)

- Doghearth (1/5): We left the hotel and could not get our money back. - Nothing Nothing in this hotel was close to the describsion. We have book a Deluxe Suite in 30 m2 - the room was not more than 12 m2. They write they could serve dinner for 10 Euro. They do not own a restaurant - so that was a lie as well.
- Flormaria (4/5): Disappointing - It's near a lot of stores. And it's clean. The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible. The curtains are seen trough, when the sun comes up, the outside lights wil be inside.I have booked for the 8-9 of July stay , I spoke with the manager because the booking was a mistake , he said it's okay we will help you, but booking is trying to contact them and they don't answer. I let someone call them and the lady was rude and hung the phone up. The staff can be nicer. 90% of the staff is rude to people after checking in.
