Sigita (9/5): - The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance, and the famous Tram 28 route is right outside. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. If you are a light sleeper, it can get a bit noisy, but the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs. The only downside is that there are only two very small windows. However, since we didn't spend much time indoors, it didn’t bother us too much

Daan (10/5): Leuke locatie in een gezellige wijk. - Leuke locatie, de ouderwetse tram komt vlak langs het straatje en is leuk om te zien, leuke restaurantjes, pleintjes en uitzichtpunten op loopafstand. Ontbijten kan om de hoek, lekker en toffe plek, dit is leuke wijk van Lissabon. Ik kan het niet bedenken.

W5500IZhannahb (8/5): Fantastic location - We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at 1:30am and were greeted by Antonio (we did have to pay 35€ cash due to the late arrival - our flight was delayed so out of our control). He explained how to use the facilities and a brief overview of the local area. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, it is quite hilly but we didn’t mind the walk. There are some lovely coffee shops on the doorstep and the tram passes by which is great to see! We were in the basement studio room which was nicely decorated and a good size. As some previous reviews have stated, it was noisy on a night both from the street and other apartments in the block. There were also quite a few flies in the apartment although we kept all the windows closed. There were some bins and rubbish on the street outside and they didn’t seem to be cleared while we were there. I’d recommend pre booking an uber when you land in Lisbon. The prices are really reasonable from the airport to the apartment. Overall I would recommend these apartments and we really enjoyed our stay.

Found it damp for March. Loud street noise filtering through at night from the door behind the bed. Was loud during shoulder season would be intense during busy season.

Se escucha mucho a la gente de la calle y al tranvía. Es un problema de todos los alojamientos de ese área que están bien comunicados. Aún así hemos descansado y repetiríamos.

Abbiamo affittato un monolocale con giardino invece era una cantina senza finestre ben arredato, pulito ma senza una finestra che si potesse aprire per arieggiare. Ci sono due scuretti che fanno passare la luce ma i vetri sono sigillati. Inoltre per raggiungere il monolocale devi scendere delle scale. Il letto duro che sembrava di dormire sopra del legno, i cuscini pieno di nodi.

Jessica (10/5): - La amabilidad de Joao explicando y recomendaciones es genial. Me gustó mucho la personalidad. El tranvía 28 pasa justo al lado, por lo tanto, estás en Lisboa pura, además que para volver al hotel tarde está genial. La habitación está muy bien, la cama es cómoda y está todo perfecto, modernito pero sencillo. Quizás al viajar sola, ir por la tarde-noche hacia el hotel, daba sensación de inseguridad (en ningún momento ocurrió nada), pero son calles con poca iluminación.

Boglárka (10/5): - Szuper kis szállás, szuper helyen. Kényelmes ágy, klassz fürdőszoba. Konyha is van, akár főzni is lehet. Nagyon jó központi helyen van, mégis tényleg jó csendes. A kommunikáció végig nagyon gördülékeny volt, megérkezésünkkor egy fiatalember várt minket, pár perc alatt mindent elmondott. Szerencsénkre jóval hamarabb el is tudtuk foglalni a szállást. Szívesen ajánlom másoknak is.

Yvonne (8/5): Great accommodation, poor rental agent - Great location, close to the tram for hop on and excellent amenities for self catering. Just make sure to take a taxi there and not walk up all the steps with luggage. We had conflicting messages about early check-in which resulted in us waiting for hours outside to get the key.

Vivienne (10/5): - The team facilitated a late check in (for the pre stated fee) but check in was really easy and informative. Beds were made up ready (including the sofabed) and both were really comfy. Mini toiletries were handy as was tea and coffee. I like that there were enough plates and cutlery to not have to wash up constantly. Beautiful apartment, lovely balconies, and right in alfama - on the 28 tram route.

Michael (8/5): Very happy with our stay thank you. - Our host was amazing with accommodating us in a difficult situation. The place was very well equipped and presented nicely. The location was very central and what we were looking for. We were not aware our apartment was below ground level on one side, it felt a little closed in. Not all the apartments are like this, to be aware of this before booking would be good.
Jasmin (8/5): Great way to be introduced to Lisboa, safe and quaint neighborhood. - Nice cosy part of Alfama. Would have been great for a washing machine and drying facilities to be available - we made do, with a laundromat about 2 min walk down the hill. Copenhagen Coffee Lab was just outside, which was nice stop for breakfast. Aircon in the lounge and individual bedrooms made the stay very comfortable, as did having our rooms cleaned once during our stay. You can hear the tram from the room, lucky it ends at midnight but starts again the next morning at 6. So we kept the windows closed a majority of the time. Since the tram network and road was narrow, getting to and from the airport by car took much longer. As they had to wait for the roads to clear. The front gate also needs to be replaced. We came back sometimes and other patrons of the rooms hadn’t closed the door properly, but it was held by a flimsy bolt which could have been easily broken apart if someone leaned into it. The living space was also small for 5 adults and a baby.
GRAHAM (10/5): Good stay. - Spacious. Clean. Great shower. Good cooking facilities. Very nice, private outside sitting area. Nothing really. There are several, overfill garbage bins in ally outside. But they cannot be seen once you are inside the gated walls. Also, both nights someone stood knocking on our outside door in the alleyway quite late into the night. Strange, but the doors and windows were very secure.

Maurizio (7/5): Tutto sommato positivo - Appartamento confortevole è appena ristrutturato, magari non da artigiani professionisti, ma nel complesso buono, buona la pulizia e l’attrezzatura a disposizione. Bellissimi i bagni con docce spaziosissime Ottima la posizione NON PRENOTATE IL PIANO TERRA!!! Situato sotto terra, umido e con infissi non apribili, la porta d’ingresso deve stare chiusa perché dà su una strada diciamo non molto sicura Abbiamo chiesto la variazione della sistemazione, ottenuta con il raddoppio dell’affitto, ma ormai eravamo là!!! I due water perdevano, causando un gocciolio notturno fastidioso, anche perché le porte dei bagni non si chiudevano. La pulizia e sostituzione delle lenzuola era prevista dopo il terzo giorno, ma non si è visto nessuno.

Regine (2/5): Never again! - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage im Viertel Alfama. Die Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Appartement liegt im Keller, nach vorne zeigen eine Tür mit kleinem Fenster und zwei weitere kleine Fenster zur Gasse hin. Die Tür ist verschlossen und lässt sich ebenso wie die Fenster nicht öffnen. Man ist also in einem dunklen Kellerraum, den man nicht lüften kann. Ein no-go! Das Zimmer ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jede Bewegung g in den Appartements oberhalb und natürlichen der angrenzenden Gasse. Das Appartement wirkte geputzt, auf der Küchenablage haben wir aber ein große Kakerlake entdeckt.

We had a phone issue on arrival and couldn't communicate with Antonio and to his credit he came back to the apartment several times and checking to see if we had turned up. Forever grateful to him. SHEILA (6/5): - The location is excellent! The property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t except it to be in the basement so it felt like being in a cave. The walls/ceiling in our case were very thin and the people above us were up at all hours stomping around and moving furniture for that reason alone we would not stay again.

Warner (7/5): We had a fantastic stay- would 100% recommend. - The hosts were very attentive, providing free sparkling wine on arrival for my boyfriends' birthday and booking several recommended restaurants for us too, both of which we loved! The location was fantastic, with the tram very close to the property and it was so easy to get around. We were met on arrival which helped with check in and all the team were very friendly. They also organised transfers for us, which again our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. We did actually book a room with a kitchen, specified on booking.com that a hob was included in the room, but there was only a microwave in the cupboard. This changed the trip a bit, as we wanted to cook to save money. Definitely check this if booking a room. We didn't complain as everything else was perfect and we made do!

Nadja (8/5): Vi var rigtig glade for lejligheden og beliggenheden, men personalet har for travlt og deres kommunikation veje skal opd - Super lækkert sted og det ligger perfekt Vi havde super svært med at komme i kontakt med personalet. I forbindelse med check in brugte vi næsten 2 timer på at ringe og skrive på 5 forskellige telefon nr, før vi fik kontakt. Da låsen på ydre døre gik i stykker, tog det en time at få kontakt og derefter gik der en time før vi kunne komme ind.

Was a great balance for the dans city and for an extra space for the kids to relax and play. there were nothing like that!

Martina (7/5): Sauber und gepflegt, jedoch recht laut - Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, außerdem in einer Gegend, in der viele Lokale und Restaurants zu finden sind. Auch nahe mancher Aussichtspunkte, was auch bedeutet, dass es weit oben liegt und man ganz schon bergauf gehen muss, um anzukommen. Wir konnten schon um 13.00 einchecken, nicht erst um 15.00, das war positiv. Leider waren die Wände extrem dünn, man hat alles von den Nachbarn rundherum gehört. Also war ein ruhiger Schlaf nicht möglich.

Tanto es así que nos dieron tapones para los oídos
Miguel (8/5): - El anfitrión fue muy amable y al recibirnos nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias para nuestra estancia y consejos útiles para conocer Alfama y otros barrios de Lisboa. Situado en el bonito barrio de Alfama con una ubicación ideal para recorrer todos los encantos de este barrio. Nuestro apartamento estaba en el sótano con poca luz. Tenía utensilios de cocina, microondas y cafetera pero hubiera estado bien un pequeño fregadero para la vajilla.
