Eu tenho um agradecimento especial ao Hércules que foi com quem tive mais contato porque eu usufrui bastante de todo o serviço de praia (stand up, caiaque), cadeira e guarda-sol e ele foi muito gentil e solícito em tudo que eu solicitava. Comemorei meu aniversário lá e foi maravilhoso. Certamente, desejo voltar.

Nos ofereceram um upgrade para um quarto em categoria superior, que era bem amplo! O fato do hotel ser pé na areia é um ponto de destaque. Tivemos apenas dois pontos inconvenientes, que não atrapalharam em nada a nossa deliciosa estadia: (i) a falta de estacionamento - que é compreensível em razão da localização, mas a recomendação do estacionamento privativo gerou insegurança, pois o local é um terreno baldio sem iluminação; (ii) o quarto/banheiro terem apenas uma porta/janela para um jardim de inverno pequeno, sem bater sol, o que deixava um cheiro desagradável pelo excesso de umidade. De resto, foi tudo maravilhoso!

My wife and I stayed here for the first two nights of our honeymoon, and it was exactly the place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing time in the sun. Buzios is wonderful, and the hotel was a key part of the trip - we especially loved eating breakfast and dinner in the courtyard at La Gare. Special thanks to Dany at reception for coordinating our transportation to and from Rio!

Unpretentious refinement in every detail, the setting is absolutely gorgeous, beach front location in Ossos beach is perfect, only a short walk to all of the buzz of Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot, yet quiet enough for the rest and peace this heavenly place inspires. La Gare Restaurant is beautiful and highly rated, unfortunately we weren’t able to try it except for breakfast which was nice and fresh. Special note for top notch service, staff was simply incredible!! We had a family emergency and the hotel personnel went out of their way to help us solve it, we truly felt they cared. Thank you Matias - our life savior, Juan and Manuel for going the extra mile in welcoming all of our needs. Hope to be back soon!!

Ficamos em um quarto de casal no piso térreo do casarão que era espaçoso, confortável e impecavelmente limpo. O ambiente é muito agradável, muito bem pensado e muito bem cuidado. É possível ver o carinho com que os donos tratam do lugar e de seus hóspedes. A pousada tem serviço de praia (em alta temporada é bom chegar antes das 10h00AM), com acesso próprio para a Praia dos Ossos. Com uma curta caminhada é possível chegar na Praia Azeda e em João Fernandes. O ambiente da piscina é muito agradável e refrescante também, com guarda-sol e uma área coberta para quando estiver muito quente na praia. A localização da Vila da Santa é ótima, em uma ponta mais silenciosa de Búzios, mas muito perto de ótimos restaurantes e bares na Orla Bardot. Em uma das noites experimentamos o restaurante do hotel (La Gare), que estava com uma atração musical especial. Comemos um gnocchi ao molho de camarão que estava divino. O café da manhã é delicioso e cheio de opções que chegam quentinhas na mesa, como tapioca, ovo mexido, omelete, pão de queijo... Ambiente agradável e serviço impecáve! Nossa estadia foi excelente e pretendemos voltar em breve - já que não podemos ficar até 2020!! :-)

Everywhere has art to look at and enjoy. Beautiful seating areas and courtyard. Private access to pretty beach. Breakfast was beautiful and fresh and the staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Some lovely touches to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend. We really didn't want to leave....

- Rafael (8/5): Vale a pena! - Ao chegar no local a experiência iria parecer ruim pois o hotel estava em energia. Apenas uma fase estava funcionando e tivemos que troca de quarto por causa disso. Na primeira noite, ficamos sem ar condicionado e ventilador então foi uma noite difícil de dormir. Nos dias seguintes, tudo se normalizou. o Hotel é ótimo, tem u mserviço muito bom, muito bem decorado e aconchegante. Valeu a experiência (com exceção ao primeiro dia).

- mark (8/5): Tucked away, French Provençal style Hotel - Hotel is 15 minutes walk to rua Pedras, quiet location, pool is tiny but you have access to the beach where staff will set up chairs and umbrellas and serve you food and drinks via WhatsApp. Food although is not in keeping with the style of Hotel, pretty unimaginative and overpriced. Breakfast is good. Buzio is basically a one street seaview promenade and there are better beaches in Brazil
