• Monika (10/5): - Perfekcyjna lokalizacj. Mieszkanie z dwoma małymi pokojami salonem i kuchnią. Osobne pomieszczenie z toaletą i osobne z łazienką. Ogólnie wszystko było pralka, mikrofalówka, naczynia, sztućce, garnki. Nie jesteśmy wymagające. Ale... podróżuje z dwójką dzieci. Mieszkanie posiada różne poziomy wiec są progi. Moje małe dziecko potykało się o nie. Mieszkanie jest strasznie ciemne pokoje są bez okien. Czuć wilgoć. I ogólnie przydałoby się gruntowne szorowanie bo do czystości mu daleko. Myślę, że jak za taki standard cena wygrywana. Ale ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone 😀

• Petra (8/5): - The flat is in a really good location, 3 min from metro/buses. It is spacious, good for basic needs. It is a little dark and noisy, but it was okay for us as we only spent the nights there.
• Holger (4/5): Es war sehr laut und alles war schon in die Jahre gekommen. - Wir musste 25 € Aufschlag zahlen, da unser Flugzeug einen delay hatte. Trotz Ausgemachter Zeit am ersten Ubahnhof in BCN mussten wir 30 Minuten warten.hauptsache err RR kassiert das Extrageld!

• Knut (7/5): Für eine Nacht okay, für eine Woche untauglich! Aber zu teuer - Die Lage war recht angenehm, direkt am Plaza Die Toilettenbrille war kaputt, die Klimaanlage ist ausgelaufen und hat einen kleinen See in der Küche entstehen lassen, Reparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt sehr abgewohnt. Die Schlafzimmer hatten keine Fenster.

• David (2/5): Poca seriedad - CHECK IN: Previsto a las 16.00h, llegamos a las 16.15h y nos hicieron esperar hasta las 19.30h con todos los equipajes en la calle Estuvimos sin agua debido a una avería y nos dijeron que nos compensarían pero NO ha sido así.
• Molly (7/5): - Great location. Not much lighting inside. No airconditioners in the room. Can be hard to communicate with staff as it seems to go through a portal where no one actually knows anything about your specific accom - franchise. Fake noise complaints while we weren’t home - could be from locals as they know that it’s a tourist flat due to writing on the speaker as you come in. Concern of scams leading up to arrival due to random WhatsApp messages asking for card details.
• Laura (6/5): Buen apartamento - El apartamento era grande y cómodo. La cuenta del alojamiento estaba hackeada y durante un mes antes del check in estuve recibiendo TODOS LOS DÍAS enlaces con estafas de pagos y mensajes falsos del alojamiento. Por más que hablaba con ellos o con booking, no se solucionó.

• Inselkind (7/5): Barcelona ist ein tolles Reiseziel, die Wohnung ist mega gelegen und in Summe auch gut ausgestattet. - Die Wohnung hat eine super günstige Lage. Von dort kann man zu Fuß zum Bäcker, in den Supermarkt, in die Apotheke, ins Restaurant... und mit der Metro in alle Richtungen. Angenehm war außerdem die Möglichkeit, auf der kleinen Terrasse ins Freie zu gelangen ohne auf die Straße zu müssen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, wenn man sich selbst versorgt. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht direkt zu belüften, heißt ohne Fenster. Kann man eine Woche machen... Einrichtungen in Küche und Bad sollten mal generalinspiziert werden (ein Gasfeld defekt, Leiste am Geschirrspüler fiel ständig ab, keine (funktionierenden) Handtuchhaken im Bad ...) Besonderes Problem im Vorfeld war die Infiltration der Website des Anbieters. Wir haben über 20 "Falschmeldungen" vom Vermieter bekommen, das hat genervt und zum Schluss wusste man nicht mehr, wer Freund und wer Feind ist.
• Marko (7/5): Good - It is on the nice city center location, well connected with public transport. Stress about spam mails and possibility of a scam. Gas stove wasn’t working properly, and sink in bathroom shower is jammed. Cleaning lady was pleasant but apartment wasn’t that clean…

• Iva (10/5): Great location - The apartment is fantastic, with all the equipment you need. It has a great location, close to the metro and bus station, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The only downside is that staying on the terrace is not allowed from 10 PM to 9 AM.

• Okuliina (7/5): Good - Excellent location, big apartment and comfortable beds The apartment was very dark and not very cozy. Some of the things were broken or banged up. We were hoping for a manual for some of the equipment (airconditioning, stove...)

• John (3/5): Poor - Not much. Key to open door is very difficult, try pulling door towards you before door opens. Not explained by lady that showed us apartment. Only got instructions after we called her. Looked in kitchen cupboards and on left hand side and sank my hands into something wet, This place is not great.
• Jose (8/5): Barcelona stay - Conveniently located near the metro station, with markets and other services close by. If you plan to cook, there's a mini market right in front of the building. Local restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment features AC, which is a lifesaver during the scorching summer heat. Communication with the staff was excellent; they meet you in person to check you in. Community organized a late party on Saturday night that lasted until 2 am

• Jill (10/5): Great space in a fab location - An excellent location close to the metro. Easy to find and check in. Lots of room and space with everything we needed. The terrace was an added bonus. Definitely recommend it Nothing at all. The only problem was the noise from above but it wasn't a huge issue.

• Ioannis (1/5): dark and dirty - it was very dark and dirty place, and for welcome present we found in the kitchen the rubbish from the people before,I can't understand how this place get license to work with tourists!!!

• Blahoslav (5/5): Having visited Barcelona is worth any discomfort. - No breakfast. Wonderful location with good transportation downtown. We had to wait more than 2 hours for the key. The rooms were not insulated against noise - we heard every step above and on stairs. We were not allowed to use the terrace from 22 to 9.
• Jarcalau (1/5): I don t reccomend - Nothing at all The property doesn t look like in photos, the floor very dirty and dusty, small bathroom and the shower was not working well
• Raymond (8/5): Barca moto GP trip - Easy check in, Marta booked a taxi for our departure, very much appreciated. Apartment was comfortable with air con, suited us fine. Shower head needs repaired, apart from that all seemed good.
• Lock (9/5): The appartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped in an interesting part of Barcelona. - I would have preferred a more sturdy bed.
• Penyo (5/5): Passable - Great Location, the Host was friendly and easy for communications. The flat is in quiet aria. The property was super dirty and neglected.
