- Léna (6/5): - L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la plage. La piscine ainsi que les équipements en extérieur permettent de sortir un peu de la chambre. A disposition des serviettes, un frigo, une télévision. Le parking devant la chambre est aussi apprécié. Parfait si vous restez dans la chambre uniquement pour dormir. La chambre était très humide avec une forte odeur. Les lits sont petits et ne sons pas très confortables. Le ménage est fait très (trop) rapidement.

- Gowie (10/5): Relaxing beach stay! - I love the little apartment option. it's great to have a bedroom separate from a living area and kitchen. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and glasses, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer! the sofa bed was great to have for guests to stay. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a deck. so nice the rug was wet at the door entrance . due to the large amount of rain in past few days, they may need to waterproof the door jam a bit more.

The only down fall was no outlet to blow dry your hair in the bathroom. Very close to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to stay at!!

You have a choice to use 2 pools! I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. I know they offered coffee in the lobby but that was after 9 am.

- mary (8/5): - Property was supper clean and steps to the beach, which was great. Free, tasty coffee and well priced water and snacks were a plus. We did not use the pools but they looked very clean and well maintained. Our room was in the newly acquired Blue Marlin property so maybe this is a work in progress, but the room, although very clean, was extremely musty and damp. We tried to adjust the AC and vent to address, but it didn’t help. Even the sheets and towels felt damp. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again!

- Kimberly (5/5): Budget motel, super close to beach with a pool. Nothing crazy - Location was beach block, so it was walking distance. Pool was great for kids. Room was less than to be desired. Super small, very old and run down. Also, the air conditioner was super loud and low to ground, and it was right next to bed. Made it impossible to sleep. Bed was super hard and you were laying on plastic covers underneath that made noise if you moved around. Also, I think there was 2 outlets in whole room, and lighting was terrible. Very dark Definitely in need of a serious upgrade. Room was super run down and old. Needs a total refresh and move the AC units up high so it hits the whole room

The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The free coffee in the lobby is pretty decent too! The bathroom is really small. Not much room to get ready in but worked fine for our long weekend trip.

The room itself was a bit stuffy and had a strange (stale clean) scent if that makes any sense. The clean filter light was on the air conditioner so I cleaned it in the bathtub which made it a bit better. The filter was pretty dirty. I also wiped down the lampshade that had a couple of lint pieces on it. This was my first time staying in a motel and it exceeded my expectations. They use a flat sheet rather than a fitted sheet on the bed.

Our room did not have a deadbolt lock on the door and it appeared all other rooms did. No elevator. You had to purchase ice, there was no ice machine. No coffee pot in the room.

The pool area was nice. The room was a little dated but very clean. It was quiet. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. My only complaint would be how bright it is in the room. At night the lights outside are bright and in the morning the sun shines through the blinds and makes the room very bright. But I’m a very light sleeper and need complete darkness to sleep!

The room had a full size kitchen trash can that was very useful. The sheets and towels were cleaned with unscented soap, which we appreciated. The bath towels were thin and smaller than usual size bath towels and there was one towel bar for 4 people and no bars to hang clothing or wet clothes and towels. We should have packed a drying rack.

The staff was excellent! parking VERY TIGHT! 2 steps into motel are greater than they should be. I hope no one ever trips! NO VANITY in bathroom! You must lay your toiletries on the microwave or table. An EASY fix! But hey, it's a beach motel from the 1950's!
