• Alexander (9/5): Clean and efficient motel, mostly friendly and helpful personnel, great breakfast - I enjoyed my stay at this motel. It was convenient and good value for my stay in New Orleans, and the Downtown area was a short drive away. I wouldn't walk around the local area, but the motel and site itself felt safe. Most of the personnel on reception were helpful and friendly, particularly the main manager. The breakfast was also plentiful and a bonus addition to my stay, as was the use of the washing machine.
• Flip (6/5): Interesting stay, excellent employee - The room was okay. The stand out of the whole stay was the gentleman who checked me in. (I think his name was DJ. Not sure if that's initials or his name is DeeJay). He worked with me to get a room that would work for my wife and I. He offered on room that my wife didn't care for so he offered a nicer room at the same price right across the hall. Plus, while I went on a New Orleans city tour in the morning, he allowed me to leave my luggage in the room so I didn't have to leave it in a parked car. Thank you DJ. Very nice of you. Plus, it was a fairly short drive to the French Quarter. A area of town that it was in seemed a bit sketchy. Lots of gang-like youths hanging around and the area had gang graffiti everywhere. But we were not bothered in any way so maybe my inclination is wrong.

• Jones (3/5): DON'T GET TRICKED, SKIP THIS ONE - The room was faily clean and the bed was firm. Breakfast opened one hour and forty five minutes late the first day. On the second day, it was also very late. The biggest problem with that is that there is no one in the office. Several quests complained as we were all in the hallway seeking Breakfast each day. Eventually we went out to eat. When I complained later to the owners they made excuses said they do not leave it open because other people come in to eat the food. On day 2 when they opened again an hour late, I checked several times since my room was next to the breakfast area. I only saw 3 slices of bread. No bagels, no fruit, no danishe as advertised. Nothing. I complained again that there was no coffee so they did offer coffee in my room. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken.They brought me another, which was also broken. The third one worked, but the owner in his frustration, having to bring in 3rd pot spilled water all over the floor and did not offer to clean it up. The stove was also broken.It had no knobs. The area is very seedy with barb wire on the fence. The stores which are close but not a safe area... you should not walk to alone. Their advertising is misleading. For example, showing a complimentary breakfast that has many items is NOT true, saying someone is always available at the front desk, is NOT true. They are available on the property but not available to you. There is no buzzer, you can ring and no phone number you can call. When I asked about it, there was no apology. Just "what do you need" statements. But they do NOT come down in a reasonable time, if at all. It's unfortunate because this place, it could be better. If the owners/front deks customer service was up to par and transparent. This is definitely not worth the savings.
• Luis (4/5): Stay only if you really need to. - Price was very affordable: stayed 5 days here for the same price of 2 nights at the French Quarter. Located just one block away from Walmart and from bus stops. I was there 5 days, and only had my room done 2 days. What happened to daily housekeeping? Although it says Smoke Free, people smoke tobacco and marihuana constantly, making hallways smelly, and the smell seeps into the rooms. Breakfast was quite poor. Just waffles and cereal. Loud music throughout the night, noise and fights among guests...even had ambulance and police go to the property for a fight right outside my door.

• Tammy (3/5): Not good. - Laundry facilities available. Bed was comfy. I found the staff quite rude, the place grimy and it was surrounded by razor wire. The flooring was all lifted causing uneven surface and the towels were threadbare. The room hadn't been cleaned properly because there were green feathers at the side of the bed from Madi Gras the week before.

Zimmer waren sauber, haben aber sehr stark nach Putzmittel gerochen. Leider konnte man keine Fenster öffnen. Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Puis 3 jours après vous me dites que je dois payer un nuit ..de plus car je n'aurai pas honoré ma réservation..... Vous ou booking avait fait cette erreur je demande le remboursement de ces 2 nuits et le non prélèvement de la nuit pour annulation

• Totman (6/5): - I like the convenience! I've had a rental car and it was a quick and easy 8-12 minute drive to the quarter depending on traffic. And was right off the freeway. Which added to the convenience, but also added lots of road noise. It was load. We got a kitchenette so we could cook fish and crab that we caught and there was nothing in it. No silverware, no dished, NOTHING! If id known that I wouldn't have paid more for it. Also, it seemed a lot of people lived there and there was a couple load fights in the middle of the night.

There was no gym, the breakfast included was a DIY waffle in a made up cafeteria that had roaches in it, and no drinks. Neighborhood is sketchy, rooms were not really cleaned, and there were roaches in the bathroom as well, the tv had several pixels off on the screen. On top of that were charged $20 cash, because I got here 25 mins before check in (off course was only told about it after check in ws to be finalized)

• Delores (10/5): Vic and hiz staff are friendly& beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the area as well as accommodating - it was clean and conveienent to everywhere i needed to go there isnt a pool and no ion channel
• Matthew (2/5): Appalling sh*thole - Crack heads hanging around in the car park. Derelict and dodgy housing directly outside. The manager asked for my debit card pin infront of a lobby full of people including two discussing how to get cellphones into prison. We left and found somewhere else. Hands down the worst hotel experience ever and I have stayed in shack in part of Africa with no running water. I have never felt so unsafe. DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Literally sleep in your car if this is the only option.
