- David (4/5): General Disrepair - This place has fallen into disrepair. One of the two elevators has been broken for two months. One of the rooms in our party had a missing fridge and several power outlets didn't work. Another room in our part had several outlets that didn't work. The breakfast room is always hot like the A/C isn't working well. The elevator carpets were disgusting. And they're flying a tattered American flag outside. Stayed twice, wouldn't stay there again.
- Ryan (4/5): - Hotel was undergoing construction and there was no notice that it was. There were construction vehicles parked in the parking lot blocking several spots which made parking impossible. Hotel shower had mold in it. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner was not stocked. Shower had seems like it was installed on the wrong side of the shower. The way the shower door opens, you have to get into the shower to turn the water on which means you will be blasted by cold water before you’re ready to get in. Slight inconvenience when you like hot showers.

We went to the pool and it was freezing, there were no towels so I went to get some from the front desk, they only had two. The tv remote was missing a back. I would not stay here again.

There was no one I could talk to at the brick & mortar hotel in Guthrie Oklahoma. I had no access to your website. I NEEDED to talk to a desk clerk AT THAT location.NEVER AGAIN will I do that.

Went to the 2nd room, toilet was broke, it wouldn’t even flush. Let front desk know. Given a 3rd room. It was 2 queen beds, I paid for 1 king, so that wasn’t going to work. Finally, given 1 king bed suite. It was just ok. This place smells like old stale cigarette smoke in every room. The floors in the hall and elevator look like they’re never vacuumed, there’s no a/c it feels like in the lobby, halls, or elevator. I chose this hotel because usually Hamptons are very nice and clean and it had just a slightly higher rating than the Holiday Inn that’s right in this area as well.

- Madskc (8/5): Friendly staff & great breakfast! - Great location off the highway and the pool looked great - unfortunately we had a sick traveler, so we were unable to get down there and enjoy it. Breakfast was great!!! Staff was friendly and was able to help us out when needed. Beds were comfortable and for the most part - it was quiet. Little things that could be taken care of before check in, but I feel the staff did such a great job accommodating us that it wasn't anything major to be upset about. And windows, it must be a requirement that all hotel windows be thin enough to hear all traffic on a major highway right outside? Luckily the air conditioner drowned out the car noise.

- Keith (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Upon arrival, our room was not properly cleaned. The floors were covered in dirt, and the bathtub contained debris. We were informed that housekeeping was unavailable and that the room could not be cleaned until the following day. When it was finally cleaned, the quality was poor. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, the room was not serviced again for four days. When it was eventually cleaned, the floors were still dirty, and the beds were left unmade. Additionally, breakfast service each morning was inadequate. Many items were consistently unavailable, and staff repeatedly stated they had no additional stock to replenish the offerings.

- Alynn (6/5): Air conditioner problems - The air-conditioning in our room did not work. First, the unit's fans wouldn't blow air, the front desk gentleman showed us a teick to get through the night. The next day they switched it out with a unit that didnt blow cold air, that night is was 76 in our room. I again had to request them switch units, the third unit finally worked. Did not like how the bathroom door only slid shut, didnt lock, and had a 1" gap between wall and door to see through. Breakfast was okay.

There’s a gross red spot on curtains that looks like blood with bumps in it !

These items aren’t necessarily deal breakers, but they do indicate there is room for improvement in attention to detail. I found the bed to be very comfortable and we slept well, and that is most important. I would stay here again.

- Taran (6/5): - We stayed here due o having state gymnastics meet in Stillwater. The hotel is nice. We picked this hotel due to indoor pool. And having kids they were excited to swim. The pool was closed. I called before we arrived and was told maintance was suppose to work on pool. When we showed up, pool was still down and told they weren’t able to work on it. It was a big let down for the kids because that was the whole purpose of staying at this hotel. Overall hotel is clean though. Beds are okay and pillows aren’t great. Take your own if you like different pillows.

- Mary (10/5): - RV’ers, this property had parking around the hotel and was fairly easy to access with our 21’ travel trailer.
- John (2/5): - TV did not work. Young lady at the desk tried to help but knew only to press the reset button, which did not help. Carpet was stained. Furniture was garage sale quality at best. I’m used to very nice stays at Hampton Inns but I should have saved some money and stayed at a Motel 6.
