- Guest (10/5): - 버스에서 내리면 바로 앞이고 호텔 뒤편이 주택가라서 조용하고 맛있는 식당들이 있어서 저녁은 맛있게 먹었어요 호텔 조식은 좋은 재료로 만든것이 눈과 입으로 느껴집니다 조금만 가면 호수공원이라서 산책하면서 힐링하였어요 호털 수압은 굉장히 세서 너무 좋았고 물도 잘 빠지고 일어났는데. 침대에서 나오기 싫을 정도로 안락하였어요 너무 잘 쉬고 갑니다

- Verified traveler (2/5): 청소상태 안좋아요 - 침대 린넨상태가 오염이 심해서 찝찝했어요 3번 방을 바꿔주셨는데 방마다. 오염이 심했고 머리카락도 많이 나오고 청소상태가 많이 안좋았어요 전에 갔을때 좋은 기억이 있어서 이번에도 기대하고 갔는데 너무 실망입니다 그래도 방을 바꿔주시면서 서비스해주신 프런트 직원에게 감사드립니다 재방문은 안할거같습니다

- Verified traveler (10/5): 파트니스 공간 업그레이드 되면 금상첨화 - 프론트 직원들 매우 친절하시고 숙소는 청결하고 심플했습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다. 일층 조식 레스토랑 직원 분들도 모두 친절하시고 인상이 좋으셔서 식사 하는데 기분이 좋았습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점 한가지는 피트니스가 지하에 있고 매우 협소하며 근력운동 기구들이 없다는 점이었습니다. 다른 동급 호텔들처럼 최상층에 있고나 넓은 공간이라면 호텔의 격에 맞는 금상첨화가 될 것 같습니다. 감사합니다. 또 이용할 생각 있습니다.

- SEOL (10/5): - 첫 군산 여행이었는데 위치가 넘 좋고 카페트 바닥이 아닌 마루 바닥이라 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 직원들도 모두 친절하시고 응대도 빠르셨습니다. 2박을 해서 하루 자고 외출 후 돌아오니 룸 청소도 넘 깔끔히 해주셨더라고요^^ 방이 엄청 넓은건 아니지만 성인3인 혹은 아이 둘 있는 4인 가족은 충분히 머무를 수 있어요~!
- Christopher (8/5): Too hot - After setting the thermostat to lowest setting 22 degrees. Came back to room after normal work day to room at 60 degrees celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Opened a window, set the thermostat again, came back couple of hours later at 30 degrees. Much better but still warm. Window stayed open rest of stay. 0-8 degrees outside January weather. Aside from that great hotel! Loved it.
