• Valery (5/5): For the amount of money it cost its a decent stay, but i think that a lot of stuff can get better. - There was almost everyday some kind of sewage smell through the hallways. We couldn’t use the pool and the gym because you need some kind of a special card for it and there was almost the whole time no one at the reception to assist you with that. The TV is pretty old so it doesn’t have netflix,youtube etc. The bathroom also looked different in the photos. And lastly our room was only cleaned the first day, i suppose the maids don’t enter without your presence in the room so if that’s the case then its not a negative thing.

• Eve (3/5): Very disappointing - The hotel was very clean The staff spoke very little English which was disappointing on arrival as we were unsure how to check in. Secondly, we booked a 3 person bedroom however, on arrival to the room there was only a double bed and a sleep set on the ground. This sleeping set meant that one person had to sleep on the ground with no mattress and just a thin sheet and blanket. This was not advertised correctly or shown in pictures what the sleeping set was. Completely unacceptable sleeping conditions

• Ella (1/5): Poor, did not stay - I am writing to formally complain about a recent hotel booking made through your platform, Connext Residence Phuket. I was due to stay here from the 8th-13th January. The property was significantly misrepresented in the online listing and did not meet the standards advertised. Upon arrival, we were immediately extremely disappointed and upset by the condition of the hotel, to the extent that we did not stay there at all. There was no one present at reception on arrival, and we were required to call a telephone number and wait approximately 10 minutes for a receptionist to attend. This was both inconvenient and unprofessional. Furthermore, the facilities advertised online were inaccurate. The hotel listing stated that there was a gym available; however, no gym exists at the property. The swimming pool was also in poor condition and not as presented in the photos or description. When we viewed the room, the bed was rock hard and clearly not of acceptable quality. Windows were built up with junk and the receptions put our bags in an old shopping trolley to wheel them to the room. Given that we paid £219.53 GBP for this stay, the overall experience was far below reasonable expectations and did not reflect the images or amenities advertised on your website. Due to the above issues and the misleading nature of the listing, we felt we had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for this booking as we did not want to start our holiday in Thailand this was. I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this matter and confirmation of the refund process. I have always trusted Booking.com when making reservations, and I hope this issue can be resolved fairly and swiftly.

• Marta (1/5): Horrible - L’emplacement Ce n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos.La chambre est vielle et le lit est très dur. Il aurait été préférable de signaler la caution sur booking afin que les clients puissent s’organiser en conséquence. Nous avons été choqués en découvrant notre chambre : la porte était grande ouverte à notre arrivée, ce qui a fait entrer de nombreux moustiques. La chambre ne possède pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, uniquement une qui donne sur le couloir de l’hôtel. Les chambres ne sont absolument pas isolées : on entend tout, mais vraiment tout – les pas, les conversations dans les autres chambres, les portes qui claquent… Et le pire, ce sont les ouvriers qui réparaient une chambre et jetaient tout au sol. Impossible de se reposer, même pas 30 secondes. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, la cuvette était sale… Et pour couronner le tout, le prix de la nuit est de 5600 bahts ! C’est vraiment excessif pour cet hôtel et ces chambres! Très très déçus !

Y que esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila lejos de las calles ruidosas por motos. No tenía suficientes cortinas para evitar la entrada de luz, tenía unos plásticos tapando una ventana. Las sábanas estaban bastante viejas y rotas. El colchón era muyyy duro.

• Joshua (7/5): Pleasant and cheap - Was a clean condo Was confusing check in process with the reception not able to help, had to call a number which was difficult without an eSIM. The condo is quite far from the old town which we didn’t mind as we walked or got a taxi. The facilities to the pool were in another building round the side which the door was not open and we couldn’t work out how to get there and no one at reception to help. The outside of the building could do with modernising as the paint is damaged and does not look as clean and neat as the photos

• Brian (6/5): - Great apartment. Nice size and floor plan. The owners of the property are lovely. Very responsive and nice. The location is not great if you don’t have transportation. You have a 20-30min walk to get to the closest 7-11. The photos of the gym at not a part of the residence. They are next door and you have to pay and extremely high day rate to workout. The photos of the gym and very misleading.

It was beautifully clean when we arrived, and the cleaning crew came once a week to replace linen and clean the apartment. The area and apartment building is nice and quiet. The hosts were friendly over WhatsApp and quick to respond to our messages. The gym facility next door is fantastic. Overall, it was a really great stay - thank you very much.

Сказал что вернкт денег за 2 дня хотя - Хороший персонал , спортзал хороший ( хоть это не их) и было чисто в комнате. Фото в букинге и вживую разные , очень старое всё , поломанное , бассейн не работал . Самое главное воняла вода очень сильно канализацией.

• Kym (1/5): Not recommended - unhelpful management - Friendly person checked us in. That's it. There was a very strong artificial scent in the room that was noticed on arrival. It made me very sick (extremely sore throat, nauseous and stinging eyes). Although we were booked in for 4 days, we needed to leave after 1 day due to the scent making me sick. I advised the issue of the scent in the room and was told 'sorry'. It was only after we had moved and I asked for a refund for the remaining time, was I offered another room. The refund was refused. Really poor customer service. I do not recommend staying here.

For us the location was a bit isolated and in the beginning taxis/transportation was a bit of a problem. I feel that the staff can be more helpful in this regard. Grab for example didn't work so we had to figure out how to get around. Bolt worked for us

• KAI LUN (6/5): clean buy nothing more, with free car parking - 2 adults + 13 age & 10 age kids with two separate rooms with a big bed size good, just the bed is not soft enough, my quiet room was on the top floor 8th at the corridor end, with a new washing machine free to use inside our room as photo shown. Only suggest if you rent car or motor bike, because not a walking distance to the town center, hotel staff is hard to find, we already lucky on check-in date, one staff is sitting on the reception politely bring us to the room, worst case was not easy to find the staff when check-out, we need to get the security in car park to call the staff come to lobby getting my room key return, even I whatsap the staff saying we need to check-out, no body response.

• Tirada (6/5): Quiet and clean - The room is quite clean and reasonable price but wehave to change a room due to the damage of air conditioning and the second day that I stay here , the power was suddenly off in the morning about an hour.
• Annie (8/5): Hôtel appartement - L'appartement est très propre et semble presque neuf (meubles de chez IKEA :) ). On peut y vivre aisément sur une longue période de temps puisqu'il y a une kitchenette et même une laveuse ainsi qu'un séchoir ainsi que beaucoup de rangement (5/5 pour l'appartement). Le déjeuner inclus est froid et n'est vraiment pas bon, le jus quant à lui est chaud (1/5 pour nous l'offrir gratuitement)... La piscine est vraiment bien, excepté le fait qu'il n'y a que 4 chaises longues pour s'installer au soleil. En fait, il s'agit de la piscine du club sportif... plus propice à l'entrainement qu'à la relaxation. De plus, il y est interdit d'y fumer, boire et manger (3/5 pour la piscine)... Finalement, l'emplacement est super loin du centre de Phuket à environ une demi-heure de marche. Il faut définitivement un moyen de transport... et même en louant un scooter, il ne faut pas être quelqu'un qui aime faire la fête et conduire en fin de soirée (2/5 pour l'emplacement)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel - The hotel itself was really great. Quiet neighbourhood, clean room, nice facilities. It was like a new built apartment, and the staffs were really kind and friendly. There were pans and dishes, so you could cook your own food. There was a washing machine as well. The room was bright and clean. I really loved it. However, there was no wifi in the room-only at the lobby. And the biggest problem for me and my sister was the location. It is located in an isolated area-a very quiet area in Phuket Town, with no stores and restaurants around. It takes about 20-30 mins by walk to the center of Phuket Town. It's not a big problem for group travelers, men travelers, or travelers with car, but for women travelers like me and my sister, it was quite worrying to walk to the hotel after sunset. Since taxi fare in Phuket is quite high, we just bought our own food and walked to the hotel before it got darker and cooked our dinner. Without that one problem, the hotel was really good and recommendable. Everything else was fine.
