Clearly no supervision on staff. - Location 1.⁠ ⁠There were no towels in my room when I arrived 2.⁠ ⁠The one rolled up hand towel in the bathroom was dirty? 3.⁠ ⁠There is a stain on the one duvet 4.⁠ ⁠We had a sock in our bed! 5.⁠ ⁠The shower drain is blocked and pools up. 6.⁠ ⁠Carpet in Molly is horribly dirty. 7.⁠ ⁠The rooms smells terribly of cigarettes. • Juergen (7/5): Ruhige Lage und fußläufig zur Innenstadt - Ruhige Lage und fußläufig zur Innenstadt, war auch abends sicher. Schöner Pool. Frühstück war gut, frisches Obst und frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür und die Besitzerin hatte keine Telefonnummer hinterlassen. Zum Glück hat uns die Nachbarin geholfen. Kein Kühlschrank vorhanden.

• Jan (9/5): - Prima plek om Stellenbosch te bezoeken, klein stukje lopen naar de restaurants. Dicht bij de VVV en het Village museum. Super vriendelijke dames en een heerlijk ontbijt. Kortom als wij weer gaan is dit de plek voor ons om te overnachten.

Responsive, friendly staff. Great bathroom, everything worked well, plenty of space. Sorry, the pillows were a bit like rocks. Upgrade those (or at least offer a combination) and the beds would be perfect!
• Anke (8/5): Ein optimaler Ort zum Relaxen in Stellenbosch. - Die Lage ist top, man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Innenhof sehr friedlich und erholsam. Unser Bett war riesig, doch leider ziemlich hart zum Schlafen.

The room was spacious and comfortable - Megan was amazing. There wasn't anywhere in the room to work and the dining area was exceptionally stale and stuffy. The breakfast was really poor - I got to breakfast around 8 am most of the stuff was finished.

• Moritz (9/5): Hervorragend - Das Frühstück war herausragend und auf Wunsch wurden frische Eierspeisen zubereitet. Der Check-In lief leider etwas holprig, wobei dies daran lag, dass ich seit Ankunft in Südafrika noch kein Internet hatte. Es empfiehlt sich also vor der Ankunft einmal das Handy mit dem Internet zu verbinden um die Check-In Anweisungen zu erhalten.

Man hatte mir zwar den Türcode per Mail zugeschickt, hatte allerdings kein Internet zur Verfügung. Ausserdem war keine Zimmernummer zugewiesen, so dass trotz Türcode telefonische Kontaktaufnahme erforderlich war. Unprofessionell.

• ROELAND (8/5): Graduation seremony - I have stayed here several times. Comfortable and excellent location within walking distance of everything. Over the weekend there was late night noise from picknickers along the riverbanks opposite the property.

• Izzy (10/5): Gorgeous stay in Stellenbosch - We had a great day at Kolonie’s Tuin in Stellenbosch. It was a self check-in which was really easy to follow. We stayed in Cornelia and it was an absolutely gorgeous and spacious room, the bed was super comfy, shower worked great and the doors open to the swimming pool and garden area. The breakfast in the morning was also grey a continental breakfast or cooked breakfast, including French toast and omelettes. We felt really safe in the accommodation too. Wish we’d stayed longer!

• Mats (9/5): A lovely B&B in Stellenbosch. - This is an intimate B&B with walking distance to most of the good restaurants in central Stellenbosch, but still in a very quiet area. Comfortable bed, nice staff, beautiful old fashioned decor and a possibility to park your car just outside the front door. Our room opened up to the small pool area and garden. Lovely and good price performance. We will come back.

The breakfast was individually prepared and tasty. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, well supplied and spacious. Airconditioning worked! There was no one to show us our room when we arrived. We had to wait for a guest to come out of the property so that we could get in the locked front door and there was no reception. I called the number in the booking.com message several times and there was no answer. Finally the proprietor responded in a text or What's App that she had sent a video with this information but I had not been aware of this. She resent it. Just be aware if you stay there that there is no reception when you enter so you need to get the information ahead of time. The swimming pool was very dirty - unusable. We also could not figure out how to turn on the lights by the bed and there was no instruction about how to do that and once again, no one responded to an inquiry on What's App. There were stains on one of the towels.

They have a nice pool. And the location is good for Stellenbosch. You can walk to all the restaurants in town. We were allowed to leave the bags because we were having a late flight and could change over there. It’s in a quiet street and safe.
