• Verity (6/5): Good value hotel room, great location in Camps Bay - Recently renovated, spacious room, great location, decent breakfast, helpful staff Hotel is not easy to find as it is called a different name to what is listed on booking. 3 single beds was listed but instead we got a double and a single. All the doors were very difficult to shut, require slamming themes The hotel was very quiet and had an odd vibe, could tell there were a few teething issues post renovation but has a lot of potential!

We slept very well - The bed was sooooo comfy Incredible shower and bathroom Massive tv Issue with the outside doors locking but the property we’re getting it sorted when we left. Could do with hand soap pump in the bathroom rather than shower gel provided but we bought our own which was fine

There was no soap only shower gel in the bathroom just to wash hands and there should have been another waste basket in the bedroom. The one in the bathroom was so tiny. There was no umbrellas on our balcony so we couldn't sit outside in the latter part of the day and watch the sun go down but on speaking to Dee she said they had ordered them.
• Natascha (8/5): Freundliches Personal- Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Freundliches Personal und saubere gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Die Einrichtung ist modern aber eher einfach. Der Schrank, in dem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle stehen, wackelte bedenklich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber hervorragend. Es ist sehr hellhörig und die Türen zum Flur halten weder Licht noch Geräusche ab. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, mit 3 Koffern war das eine kleine Herausforderung. Die Dichtung der Duschkabine war leider nicht vorhanden, so dass nach dem Duschen das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Die Zimmer mit Balkon haben keinen privaten Balkon, es ist ein großer Balkon, der von allen fünf Zimmern genutzt wird.

Outside lights shine through curtains and under room door making it difficult to sleep. Fridge was not switched on and by the time we wanted to drink stuff from the fridge everything was hot and there was no ice available.

Emails, calls, door bell & alarm not responded to. Both numbers were not in existence - as per message from service provider. Felt stranded at a strange place for almost an hour.

We loved that the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. We will definitely be back. N/A

Place is secured buffet breakfast was the best Place was dusty, cupboard and closet were too small for 3 adults and combined, 2nd bed had no headboard and was single bed too small. Found no plates and cutlery in the room.

The staff tried to move us to another room, but equally smelly, stuffy, dusty and moldy. We were left no option but to look for alternative accommodation late afternoon and now they are refusing to pay my monies back! Staff were not accommodating. Mold. Dust. Dirt. • Charné (5/5): Not sure that I would book to stay here again. The location and the view are amazing, the accommodation just didn’t real - The location is great and view is beautiful. The bathroom was not pleasant. Mould and water stains in and around shower and basin. We went out for dinner and got back and struggled to get back into the building because the front door lock is faulty. Beds have wooden headboard and when getting into bed, one of the wooden boards fell off the headboard. Breakfast is only served at 8am, so if you’re traveling for business and working business hours, chances are you don’t have time for breakfast.

• Christelle (9/5): Très très sympa - Nous avions la vue sur l’océan c’était très joli. La chambre était grande, la salle de bain aussi. Le quartier est résidentiel +, calme et sécurisé, nous avons pu aller dîner à pieds et les restaurants étaient très sympas. Même le coucher de soleil sur l’océan peut se voir en marchant 5mn et même du balcon. Le petit déjeuner était hyper bon, copieux et avec du choix. Le personnel est discret mais disponible.

• Brent Murphy (8/5): - Excellent location and great value for money. Good hearty brealfast, although basic. Hot and cold options. Street noise from racing cars late into night. Shared balcony with neighbours. However, this is a plus if you book multiple rooms adjacent to each other with friends or family. Pool area rooms and main section rooms are very separate from each other. If you are a group, I suggest booking rooms in one or the other areas, but not both as this will split up your group.
• Nonhlanhla (7/5): Amazing place, feels like L.O.V.E!!! - The property is amazing, those sea views are absolutely stunning The breakfast was really nice, the portions were smaller for my student guest, she asked for an extra omelette and was refused, an extra omelette for a young adult wouldn’t have caused that much damage in the grander scheme of things. The breakfast options are limited and can be widened
