- Patti (9/5): Location is everything! - Salthill area was a perfect place to spend our first couple days .. close enough to everything but not overwhelmingly so. The bathroom was a little odd. It connected our two rooms and was quite small… the shower, showered the whole room

- Melanie (7/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte ideal! - Die Lage zur Promenade und zur Innenstadt sind sehr gut! Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren für zwei Leute mit Koffern etwas klein aber für 2 Nächte vollkommen ausreichend.

- Bobbie Khan (9/5): Great find! - Location: on a bus route and walkable to the Salt Hill area. Lockers: if you arrive early you can put your luggage down at no cost. Rooms: modern. We had a twin room and one of the beds was a bit sunken but the other was fine. And the room had a mini fridge. Vending machine: Coke was two Euro, Water was 1.5 Euro. Vibe: cool design over all and colorful decor. The one mattress was a bit sunken, and no hair dryer in room.

- Mylène (9/5): Très bon séjour !!! Super hébergement - Très bonne ambiance dans cet hébergement ! Très jolie déco, bon emplacement pas trop loin à pied du centre ville 20min environ. Lit confortable, grande salle de bains. Cuisine à dispo jusqu'à minuit, très bon pti dej pas trop cher, vraiment top ! Et parking devant un gros plus ! Merci C'est typique à l'Irlande mais pas de volet aux fenêtres donc lumière du jour qui passe autour du rideau. Et dans notre chambre il y avait un témoin lumineux au plafond qui reste allumé et qui éclaire la chambre la nuit. Sinon RAS

- Meike (8/5): Lovely and comfortable boutique hostel - I liked the bathroom, which was spacious. I liked the common area as well - it was clean and comfortable. The spaces were all tidy and hygienic, and quiet. The staff was very approachable and kind. There aren't a lot of bathrooms for the amount of people using it, so I had to wait a bit which was unfortunate. Even to just use a toilet. The curtain between the beds wasn't entirely secured, so I could look into the other person sleeping going down the steps, which can't be ideal. The gap next to the mattress is not nice. It is a bit scary, doesn't leave a lot of space to store stuff next to you while sleeping, and lets in a lot of light from the person below/above you. The room should also provide free to use lockers for personal use during the stay, which it doesn't.

- Martin (10/5): - Second time that I stay in this hostal and i will defitnetly come back when visiting galway, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is awesome, we had an amazing night and stay. The bed was a little too close to the wall, and when we tried to get to the plugs or the night stand we both hit our toes.

- Werner (10/5): Zum zweiten und sicher nicht letzten Mal... - Fast nur wegen der Nest Boutique bin ich während meiner Zeit in Dublin nochmals für zwei Tage nach Galway gekommen. Natürlich liebe ich Galway, aber schon der Gedanke an den gemütlichen Weg zur Unterkunft hat mich motiviert. Und natürlich habe ich wieder das Frühlstück genossen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die aber hilfreich wären: Haken, um die Handtücher und die Jacken aufzuhängen. Alles andere ist schon nahe an perfekt. Natürlich kann man sagen: Die Unterkunft ist weit draussen, doch der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus und eben: Der Weg ist einfach schön.

Les chambres sont simples et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner très léger. Il manque cette saveur salé du matin mais ceci ne rentre pas dans la thématique bio de l’établissement. Pour vous rendre au centre ville compte sur au moins 20 minutes de marche à pied.

- Orla (10/5): - Myself and my son went, he loved it and loved the brekkie, they kindly made him a hot choc with the brekkie option, the coffee was yum! Location was fab, super comfy, and quirky, little nooks and crannys, and just had the loveliest vibe in the place, lovely music. Will be back for a longer stay next time with the rest of the crew. I had to walk about half an hour to get to the city center. I shared the room with 5 people. Two girls were coughing all night. I was worried to fall sick because of them… if you’re not on a budget, get a room to yourself lol.

- Archie (9/5): - Arrived early to the hostel on the day of check in and they allowed us to store luggage and offered drinks. Very clean bathrooms too. Had an incident where a drunk hostel guest mistakenly tried to get into my bed at 2.30 am (hostel dorms I guess), but reception were very prompt in coming up to the dorms and helping sort it out. Kitchen and communal facilities were very large and well kept! Had a great stay at this hostel would def recommend!

- Kera (8/5): It was good. - The property was in a good location, and right by a bus stop. It had a lot of charm, very friendly staff, and clean facilities. It seemed a little pricey for the tiny rooms. Pillows were not great.

- Ciara (7/5): Good location but very basic room for high price - Handy walk to city centre with 2 buses right outside too. Close to Salthill pubs and prom. Funky lobby area and paintings on the walls. Coffee kiosk and terrace looked nice. Don't think it is value for money - €171 for a twin room, no breakfast. The beds were comfortable but the one under the window was under a draught which was not pleasant. There are no blinds. The curtains don't cover the whole window so it is bright early. And you could hear birds singing, seagulls, cars, buses, chatter clearly despite room being on the first floor. We just had shower towels - no hand towel for the bathroom or hair towels. The bathroom tap is too powerful for the tiny basin and always splashed on the floor.

- Berek (10/5): Excellent stay—friendly, clean, and well thought out. - We stayed for two nights in a private twin room with bathroom, and the hostel exceeded our expectations. The place is nicely presented, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is easily accessible, even though it’s not right in the heart of Galway. Our room (101) was spacious for two people, and the bathroom was particularly large, which was a great bonus. Having a fridge in the room was also a nice touch. The shared amenities were excellent—the kitchen was well equipped, even for more involved cooking, and the dining and communal areas were spacious and thoughtfully designed. Overall, the hostel feels very well planned and comfortable. Parking is limited and works on a first-come, first-served basis, but we didn’t find it to be a major issue. Highly recommended. Thank you. Nothing significant to note, everything met our expectations.

Camere semplici ma comode anche per viaggiare in famiglia, buona colazione disponibile al mattino Il bagno privato della stanza famigliare veramente basico senza neanche complimentary set e un lavandino microscopico. Vero, é un sempre un hostello ma il prezzo pagato era da hotel. Il centro é a quasi 2km quindi non comodissimo senza auto.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hat uns auch richtig, richtig gut gefallen. Es war einfach eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre dort! Absolute Empfehlung!!!!!

- Christian (9/5): Gemütliches Hostel für einen schmalen Taler. - Das Zimmer war klein aber es war alles da, was man braucht (inkl. Kühlschrank). Was nicht da ist wie beispielweise ein Föhn kann man an der Rezeption bekommen. Das Frühstück war super für 8 Euro. Es gab leckeres Brot (wichtig für uns Deutsche) und frischen Kaffee. Außerdem gibt es eine große Küche mit allerlei Küchengeräten, die genutzt werden darf um sich selbst Speisen zuzubereiten. Es gibt außerdem einen Kühlschrank zur Lagerung der eigenen Lebensmittel. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Betten war uns persönlich zu weich, wenn auch nicht unbequem. Außerdem ist das Hostel sehr hellhörig und die Straße ist immer zu hören. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte eventuell mit Kopfhörern schlafen.

- Neus (8/5): - La sala comunitària és amplia, bonica i còmode. Té ascensor i el personal és molt amable. La cuina és àmplia, està neta i té moltes facilitats. Cafè soluble gratuït. Fàcil i gratuït aparcament tant a les places d'aparcament pròpies com al carrer. A l'habitació l'espai entre llit i llit és molt estret, no hi ha massa llum al sostre de l'habitació, tot i així repetiríem.
