- Linda (9/5): - Mooie kamer, niet heel groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De buurt is heel leuk, (Nog) niet heel toeristisch en op 10 min. afstand van metro Barberini en Republica. Bussen op 5 minuten afstand via Venti Settembre. Verblijf verlangt wel wat zelfredzaamheid, er is geen personeel aanwezig.
- MIB1969 (10/5): Tolles Zimmer, toller Vermieter, tolle Stadt - Unkomplizierter Check-In und sehr kommunikativer WhatsApp Austausch mit den mehr als netten Vermietern. Ruhige Lage/ sehr schönes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung und Blick in den Innenhof. Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig. 800m zur Metro, ins Zentrum knapp 3,5 Km. Zimmer sehr sauber und zu empfehlen!!!

Bir sonraki gelişimde yine aynı yeri tutarım. Oda biraz küçük ama sabah 8 de çıkıp akşam 10-11 gibi gelince pekde önemsemedik.

- Rosellina (5/5): soggiorno caro e privo di ogni confort - buona la posizione, in quartiere tranquillo Le dimensioni della stanza: ho scelto questo B&B, pur pagandolo un pò di più della media (225€ a notte), in quanto dalle foto sembrava offrire una bella stanza confortevole, tuttavia l'unico elogio che mi viene da fare è alla bravura del fotografo. Le dimensioni della stanza sarebbero state al limite per due persone, per tre erano impossibili: non vi era il posto per appoggiare la valigia, non c'era una sedia per sedersi o appoggiare le giacche, per scendere dal letto, dovevo spostare la tenda ed attaccarla alla finestra. Insomma le dimensioni erano così ridotte che il soggiorno è risultato veramente disagevole. Peraltro la totale assenza di una reception impedisce, al ritiro dei bagagli, anche solo di sedersi un attimo e usufruire del bagno anche solo per rinfrescarsi un pò. In sostanza mi è sembrato che non vi fosse nessuna intenzione da parte dell'host di fornire un soggiorno confortevole ai suoi ospiti ma solo di portare avanti un'attività in cui ottenere il massimo rendimento col minimo sforzo e questi sono esattamente i locatori che non apprezzo.

Agresif ve amatör bir işletme - Bizim için olumlu yönlerini söylecek olursak; Bulunduğu bölge güvenliydi, şehir merkezine 20-25 dk gibi bir sürede ulaşılabilir bir konumdaydı.Ayrıca valizlerimizi check out sonrası bırakabildik. En başta havluları çok kötü kokuyordu.Değiştirtmemize rağmen yine havlularda o kötü koku vardı. Oda içerisine sonradan tuvalet yapılmış ve fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi tuvalet kapısı tam kapanmıyordu.Check inde bizi karşılayan bayana bu durumu ilettik.Ertesi gün tamir için birinin geleceğini söyledi ama malesef ki dışardan geldiğimizde sorunun giderilmediğini gördük. Çocuğumuz ile konakladığımız için bu bizim için eksi bir durumdu. Ayrıca tek kişilik yataktaki çarşaf lekeliydi. Oda çok küçüktü.Oda içerisinde minik bir çöp kovası yoktu.Tek çöp tuvalette lavabo altında olandı. Mini buzdolabı içerisine daha önceden bir şeyler akmıştı ve kirliydi. Burası çok eski bir apartman dairesinin bir katına odaları bölünerek yapılmış bir konaklama yeri. !!!!! Verdiğiniz cevap profesyonel olmanın yakınından bile geçemiyor.Acınası…. Eğer bir yer işletiyorsanız olumsuz,memnuniyetsiz yorumlar olacağınıda en başında kabul ediyor olmalısınız.Bizim konaklamamızdan memnun kalmamak komiksiniz…Odaya zarar mı verdik yoksa ücretinimi ödemedik 😄Nasıl bir memnuniyet beklentisine girdiniz acaba. 4 puanı bile haketmiyorsunuz bu yaklaşımınız ile.. Tüm olumsuz yorumlara verdiğiniz cevaplar ne kadar amatör olduğunuzun bir göstergesi.. Fotoğrafta yüklediğim lekeli çarşaf acaba neden yüklenmemiş ilginç.. Adımı gizleme gereği duymuyorum çünkü yaşadığımız bu deneyim gerçek !! Size minik bir tavsiye daha iyi olabilmek için tesisinizi ve yaklaşımınızı gözden geçirin… Bu kadar yüksek puan ve olumlu yorumlar bizi oldukça şaşırttı.. Maselef ki bu konaklama bizde hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

- Simon (10/5): Perfect base to explore Rome by foot! - Clean and cosy, in a very quiet and interesting location of Rome - close to good cafes and restaurants - walking distance to many of the top tourist areas but also a short walk to the main Termini station. A little difficult to find the main door for the first time - but not really a major problem.

- Jacek (10/5): 5 days to visit all the Rome (and Ostia) - The room was big and clean, no smells, bathroom the same. Neighborhood was completly safe, we had no problems during 5 days. Everything was walking distance from the apartment - old city center, Colosseum, Forum Romanum, bus/train station, shops, museum, park with Galleria Borghese. No bus or metro needed. Best part - we could chceck-in at 12:00 ! and go sightsee the Rome withouth the bagage. +180 tv channels. Only. In. Italian. :)

- Bairaktari (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα ειναι πολύ κοντά (περίπου 8-10 λεπτά) από την στάση metro Barberini. Εξυπηρέτουν επίσης και αστικά λεωφορεία πολύ κοντά στο δωμάτιο . το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό με ότι χρειάζεται για λίγες μέρες διαμονή. Μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε με τον οικοδεσποτη για ότι συμβεί. Δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα να κρατήσουν τις αποσκευές μας για κάποιες ώρες μέχρι να αναχωρήσουμε. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα!

- Kay (8/5): - The staff were amazing.. Great communication with them, answered all queries quickly. They organized an airport transfer for us in the early hours which was greatly appreciated. Location perfect for sightseeing and having a lift in the building was fantastic, no hauling luggage up stairs We had booked the smallest room, which was fine for our stay but there was a bit of a short steep step into the bathroom which could be tricky for anyone impaired. Hubby managed to completely miss it and luckily fell onto the bed
