• Evelin (9/5): Perfect ending of a group tour! - I've stayed an extra night after my group tour had finished. The room change (twin to a double) was seamless and excellent - my new room was ready at midday so I just had to pick up the new keys. Short walk from the beach and the main street, convenience store and pharmacy right next to the hotel. The bed was super comfy, and the room is bright and spacious. The pool was great! The layout of the "bathroom" is very odd - the sink in the room but the toilet and shower in the bathroom.
• Michael plus (8/5): - Locatie is fijn, staff is goed en behulpzaam , lekker bed en dakterras met zwembad(en) ook een genoegen. Inmiddels niet echt modern meer, Geen ijskast. Kleine moeite, veel plezier lijkt mij. Allround prima hotel waar we na 8 jaar eerder te zijn geweest ons vertrouwd voelden, namelijk niets veranderd :-)

Donc je me suis retrouvé sans hôtel donc cela est inadmissible .

• Marilyn (10/5): - Nice, clean hotel. It’s a new building. A couple of blocks from 5th Ave and near many restaurants. We walked daily to the Beach near the Ferry terminal and felt the distance wasn’t too long. The mirror inside the room that’s adjacent to the wall slides to the sides to cover the shower area. Our room was located near the garage area so it was hard to use the balcony.

• Helene (10/5): Great comfy and quiet stay, will come back! - I absolutely loved the roof deck and pools, one for the rise morning swim the other oriented towards the sunset. The room was comfortable and bed very good. The check in with staff was very pleasant and quick. The balcony could have been great but the next door room opens up directly adjacent to the balcony door, creating lack of privacy. Sadly I don’t think it can be improved. Everything else was great! Even the view from the balcony.

• Richard (10/5): An excellent stay for a relaxing few days. - Great location near but not on the beach, next to a great supermarket and à training field with basketball courts. Had decent gym and great pools on top floor. Had a tea and coffee station on 3rd floor at certain times. Great and friendly staff too. Room was good size with great amenities. I even had a little balcony! It was all really good!

• Ohad (1/5): A week of cold showers - Location was great We spent a week here (Dec 24–31, 2025) with a family of 5 and it was an absolute disaster. We paid a premium price but received sub-standard facilities and zero support. For 6 out of 7 days, we had freezing cold showers with almost no water pressure. ​The rooms are dated, have no fridges, and the layout is bizarre (the sink is in the middle of the bedroom). Most frustrating was the management; we complained daily and were met with empty nods and total inaction. It took 2 days just to get a room change, and then the hot water failed in the second room, too. They eventually just started ignoring us, We’ve traveled to 20+ countries, and this was easily the worst service we’ve encountered.

• Lisa (8/5): The location was great. - The hotel's interior was beautiful, with comfortable, cozy seating areas. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The Wifi dropped a lot, which was an issue for me when I had Zoom meetings. I also had trouble flushing the toilet.

• Clara (1/5): Horrible ! À fuir! - Rien Tout. L’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout à ses photos et ce n’est pas un quatre étoile. Les chambres sont sales et le mobilier est cassé ou aurait besoin d’être changé. Le balcon était sale, chaise cassé. Des cheveux ont été retrouvé dans la chambre au sol, plus dans le lit. J’avais deux lits, je n’ai pu dormir dans aucun des deux car il y avait des tâches dans chacun des deux et des cheveux/poils. On n’est pas du tout sur un service de 4 étoile. On m’a changé de chambre et là encore pire : robinet qui fuie, toilette bouchée et toujours le ménage déplorable. Uniquement les lits étaient propres cette fois ci. D’avoir payé aussi cher pour cette chambre je n’en reviens pas. Aucunement à la hauteur du prix. Je ne comprends sincèrement pas les notes. Même à l’étage de la piscine, le mobilier est taché et un bon coup de ménage ne serait pas de refus. Bref fuyez n’allez pas dans cet hôtel ! Il y a en des meilleurs à moindre coût.

• Laura (10/5): - All the staff were really good. It was a stone's throw to lots of great restaurants, shopping and the beach. It has a nice shaded area between the two rooftop pools. We ate breakfast at the buffet, there was a lot of selection and everything was fresh. Will definitely go back to this hotel.
• Nofar (5/5): Disappointing - Honestly, this was very disappointing. The hotel doesn’t really look like the photos. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is great. However it’s extremely noisy, sound isolation is nonexistent. I initially had a room with a balcony and the noise was nonstop. You could hear the bars downstairs and people on the other rooms. I asked to get another room but it wasn’t so easy, and could only get it on my second night. It didn’t really help - I couldn’t hear the bars outside but I could still hear the other guests and people at the gym upstairs at 6am. Some of the staff were very kind and some were rude. The pool area was also pretty disappointing. There are two pools, one of them has no umbrellas at all and the other has 3, one of which is broken, that means only 2 people at a time can enjoy sitting by the pool in the shadow, so it’s practically impossible to use. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t come back.
