Ace (1/5): Canceled - They took the reservation, then contacted me 2 days before the stay & informed me “their system is down down for 6 month” I then had limited options (hotels) in the area, but fortunately found a place for my family to stay.
James (1/5): Bad - It was closed for renovation. You either knew or should have known. I had the res and confirmation. Don't expect to be charged BUT should be compensated for the inconvenience by you or Hatfield. I had to stay 32 miles away from the event I attended. See abovr.

William (9/5): I was only there one night, but it was nearly perfect for my stay - Easy in and out! The only complaint is that the rooms didn’t have USB plugs to charge phones/etc. I forgot my two pronged wall plug connector.

Wallace (8/5): Clean, friendly staff, spartan breakfast - The room was clean and comfortable. Has a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is a little older but seems to be well maintained. The staff were friendly though not pushy. The only complaint is that it was listed as with breakfast, and that’s an exaggeration. We were there for 2 nights. First morning there was some muffins, coffee, some juice, some yogurt in a little fridge. Very spartan. 2nd day, a Sunday, only coffee. Inquired at desk and was told someone walked out from work the night shift, but there was staff there in the morning that could have put something out, but for whatever reason chose not to. If breakfast is limited, listing should state that, and if none provided should be communicated.

The front desk lady told me “oh it’s just stains”

The biscuits and gravy were delicious but no protein at all. They also had cereal, muffins, bagels, and danishes. We will definitely stay again.

Ginger (10/5): Loved it! - The location couldn’t have been any closer to our event and many restaurants to (Farmers Feed Mill was amazing) for lunch and dinner. I loved it was only 2 stories, and especially since there wasn’t an elevator. The breakfast was simple, but very good, and the staff were helpful and kind, rooms were very clean, and grounds were beautiful ! We will definitely stay here again, but with elders in our group I will need a bottom floor. An elevator for top floor guests but I LOVE IT WAS A SMALL HOTEL

Thomas (8/5): Excellent, enjoyable, and most importantly, affordable! - The staff was friendly and the comfort and cleanliness exceeded my expectations for a non-franchised hotel. The Roku device on the TV gave the option for cable TV and or free streaming which was nice. This is also a pet and service dog friendly hotel with plenty of space to walk and break your canine companion. I also noticed that there was a large parking area in the rear to accommodate fishing boats, RVs, and the like, complete with power hook-ups. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you re in the Leitchfield area. The only negative remark I could give is the lack of an elevator but, given that this is an older building that has been remodeled, it is not surprising that there is not an elevator. This is just a minor inconvenience and luckily, there are only two floors. Otherwise, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
