We went to visit the city, for a short period of time this hotel was the best option.It wasn't any receptionist at the hotel, everything was automated.The staff allowed me to use their parking space for a few hours after check out.

Raquel (1/5): A park bench is a better sleeping option than this hotel. - Leave this place It is a horrible hotel. Worst of all, the rudeness and bad manners they have. When I tried to tell them my opinion trying to help them to make things better, they answer with hostility, rudeness and no self-criticism. This is the hotel: - Very badly located (far from the center, in an industrial zone that does not give a feeling of security) - Clothes lines with clothes at the entrance of the building - Broken door in the shower that almost fell on us and caused an accident - Disastrous towels, pillows and duvets: old, wasted... they were pretty disgusting. - The blinds did not block the light at all - Noisy: the room next door could be heard as if they were with us. - Dirty. - Of course there´s not: elevator, breakfast, water, fridge, receptionist......or other types of things that you find in other hotels, even cheapers than this. ........not comfortable at all.

It seemed like a storage for stuff and most of all the hotel was extremely noisy. Neighbors were having conversations we could hear into detail and you could hear people discussing downstairs. It was noisy throughout most of our stay and seemed like a lot of people were gathering in the hotel. Compared to all of our other stays in Slovakia this was way too expensive.

Herwig (2/5): Böses Personal - Habe von 7.3. auf den 8.3. eine Nacht im Hotel Muza verbracht. Leider kein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Auf meine Frage nach einer Rechnung, gab es ein sehr böses " Rechnung gibt es keine" als Antwort. Ich buche auch sehr viel über andere Agenturen, dass ist mir noch nie untergekommen.
Juho (10/5): Better than it seems - Don't let the looks deceive you. This is a good hotel. They even managed my laundry free (I was willing to pay) and did nice extras (set up AC, gave me a mug to take home in the end). I'll likely go there again if I visit Kosice.
