- Mariano (6/5): Se avesse avuto un bagno ben organizzato sarebbe stato buono. - Colazione perfetta. Posizione un po' troppo lontana dalle linee di trasporto pubblico. Il bagno. Non ha portaasciugamani e neppure una mensola dove poggiare le proprie cose. Lo spazio è grande ma utilizzato male. Ha un doccino che dovrebbe sostituire il bidet ma è una cosa obbrobriosa. E' stato progettato da una persona che non ha mai dormito fuori casa soprattutto con una signora.

- Landlady111 (10/5): GREAT HOTEL - Great hotel, great rooms, brilliant shower. Comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good. They have a restaurant on site, not a large menu.....food was very good. Apart from crab croquettes are not croquettes it was a sweet roll with crab paste in it. Bar snack menu is brilliant. Good drinks menu. Having to ask at reception for the bar man alot is also quite annoying. Hotel is around a 30minute walk to the main tourist area. So its good to have food on site. Also a very clean hotel all round.

Staff very friendly especially the beared guy in the bar sorry i cant remember your name but he gave us great recommendations for a couple of local family run restaurants . - M8676UJkimf (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and the whole place smelled amazing, which made a great first impression. The receptionist was very welcoming and took the time to show us where everything was on the map, which was really helpful. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, catering for different tastes. The hotel is a long downhill walk into the centre, but taxis were reasonably priced, so getting around was easy. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

Thought staff were lovely: very friendly and welcoming. The hot dishes at breakfast (eg scrambled egg) whilst nice could have been a little warmer. Bed was a little hard but helped by the cushions present. Otherwise hard to fault anything.

Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds , tv, coffee making facilities , plenty of storage and a safe. We overlooked the garden area so very quiet with very little noise for a city centre hotel. Breakfast was good with a large selection of pastries and cooked food which were replenished frequently. Bar area had plenty of comfy seats and served food at a very reasonable price , plus there is an outdoor seating area . It is well placed to explore Porto , takes about 10 minutes to get to the metro and 25 mins to walk into the centre but beware it's at the top of a very long hill !

Staffs are very friendly and professionals. The staffs were very thoughtful by giving my husband and me a ffsweet treat for his birthday during our stay. - Julia (8/5): Muy buena experiencia en general - El hotel en general estaba muy bien. La limpieza era excelente y tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones estaban cuidadas y en buen estado. El personal de recepción fue muy simpático y atento en todo momento, lo cual se agradece mucho. Además, el desayuno estaba muy bien, con buena variedad y calidad. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra a unos 20 minutos largos andando del centro, lo cual puede ser conveniente o no según lo que se busque. Como aspecto a mejorar, aunque la estancia fue en general muy buena, quizá podrían cuidar pequeños detalles como ampliar ligeramente el horario del desayuno o añadir más variedad en algunos productos. Son cosas menores, pero podrían hacer la experiencia aún más completa.
