• Usina (8/5): I lved it. I will definitely be staying there again. - I loved how friendly our host was. From making it personal by addressing me by my first name. it was lovely. If we needed something, they were very quick to respond and help us out. The only problem was that the wifi didn't reach our room.
• Getrude (6/5): The apartment was okay despite the few hiccups with the payment and the pool. - It was clean and comfortable. The pool, only reason I booked the apartment was because of the pool,but when we got there the pool was dirty,we couldn’t swim. Secondly they tried to charge me more than what I was supposed to pay.my booking was £144.4 and when they did there dollar conversion into kwacha when I was just about to pay it gave me a total of £154.4 which was higher than the initial booking.

And we had several issues with the app. Very disappointed in the way our booking was handled. And the changes we made We only checked in on the 14th they charged us Then they didn't change it they declined it on the system We couldn't pay via card then we had to pay via EFT Very disappointed
• Mwenifumbo (8/5): we had a wonderful stay, the falls and the game drive were superb. except for a few concerns. - The location was convenient for our activities at the falls and it suited well with our requirements for self catering. The privacy at the apartment and swimming pool including the quietness of the place was also appreciated. The availability of power through out the stay was big plus especially with children around. The unavailability of the internet WIFI at the apartment was a huge challenge during the stay. The Washing machine was not provided which was expected during whole weekend stay. We had challenges extending out stay cause of somewhat exorbitant price offered.

Property was very run down and the owner needs to spend a substantial amount of money and time upgrading the whole place The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. No WiFi in the apartment but there was in the reception area. In our last night even the solar lights in the bedrooms stopped working
