- Martina (10/5): Kurzurlaub in Mainz - Die Lage vom Hotel ist super,man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt. Es war einfach fabelhaft, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer, sehr angenehm ausgestattet.Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und wir waren wunschlos zufrieden. Wir möchten sicher wieder kommen und sagen DANKE an das ganze Hotelteam.

- Jennifer (10/5): Small and modern AC Marriott hotel with a TOP restaurant - Cozy atmosphere. Sitting lounge was modern and inviting. I liked the room decor and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was top-notch amazing. I ended up just eating dinner all three nights there - ordering the same appetizer and main dish! The mattress tended to shift around.

Sobald man im Badezimmer Licht macht, geht die Lüftung laut los, was nachts neben dem durchs Milchglas sichtbaren Licht sehr stört: Warum kann man die Lüftung nicht separat schalten? Idiotisches Schrankarrangement: Wenn man nachts zurückkommt, knallt man beim Versuch, den Kartenschlitz für die Zimmerkarte (ohne die kein Licht angeht) zu finden, gegen das Metallgestänge.

- Heike (8/5): Angenehmes Hote in direkter Bahnhofsnähe - Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gleiches gilt für das Bad. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer nach vorne zum Bahnhofsplatz, wo es sehr laut ist, so dass wir mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen mussten.

Грязь,наркоманы, психически больные люди везде. Очень неприятно и даже страшно выходить на улицу . А в самом номере было холодно. Особенно в ванной комнате.

- Kristina (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit top Frühstück und in prima Lage für Zugreisende! - Schönes Hotel, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, aber dennoch ruhig. Im direkten Umfeld des Hotels fahren mehrere Bus- und Bahnlinien ab, mit denen man in kurzer Zeit in die Stadtmitte und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Bar im Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und prima, wenn man den Abend noch ausklingen lassen möchte.

- Andreas (8/5): Sehr schön - Die Lage ist sehr gut, trotz Bahnhofsnähe ist kein Lärm warzunehmen, das Frühstück war entsprechend meiner Erwartungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist überall sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtet, die Location im Chill Bereich und Speisesaal war im sehr schönen style, einladend In dem Zimmer war es uns einwenig zu kalt, das Bett müsste an der Wand angeschraubt werden weil während dem kuscheln das Bett und die Matratze darauf einen halben Meter verschoben war ;-)) und 2 Duschtücher mehr wäre super

Direct tegenover het station, maar geen last gehad van lawaai. De kraan in de badkamer drupte. Personeel wist niks te vertellen over activiteiten in de stad (bv. of er een rondvaart mogelijk was), ze moesten dit googelen om vervolgens met de verkeerde informatie te komen (rondvaart vanaf Koblenz ipv Mainz). Wel vriendelijk personeel.

- Daniel (8/5): Zentrales Hotel für ein Wochenende in Mainz - Die Lage ist super zentral, die Einrichtung modern. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu fairen Preisen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück und das Personal während des Frühstücks. Leider war unser Badezimmer nicht so geputzt, wie es hätte sein sollen. Dass wir nachputzen mussten, hat natürlich ziemlich genervt. Uns wurde aber auch ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Das Personal am Empfang haben wir durchschnittlich freundlich wahrgenommen, da geht sicher mehr.

Wasserkocher und Tassen, sowie Kaffee, Tee und Wasser vorhanden. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet in der schönen Restaurant-Veranda Ganz ruhiges Zimmer trotz Bahnhofsnähe Leider nur zwei gleiche Kopfkissen, die gleichermaßen dick und wenig formbar waren. Das Teewasser, das aus der Maschine kam, war nicht heiß genug
- Yasushige (9/5): 快適な滞在 - 快適な滞在であった。部屋は少し狭かったが，立地条件もよく，朝食も美味しかった。 今回，忘れ物に気が付き，ホテルに電話したところ，真夜中にもかかわらず，迅速に対応して頂き，直ちに回収ですることができた。フロントの皆さまには大変感謝します。 毎日のタオル交換をお願いしていた。その通り毎日交換してくれたが，その種類，数量が正しくなく，しばしばフロントに申し出て，不足分をもらったことが残念でした。

Die Zimmer waren super und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal zuvorkommend und das Frühstück lecker. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

- Groen (10/5): Keurig hotel, prima ontbijt mooie wellness, goed centraal gelegen. - Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, het personeel behulpzaam in meerdere talen. Er had voor een parkeerkaart gezorgd kunnen worden binnen de overnachtingsprijs eventueel tegen een gereduceerd tarief.

- Christian L (7/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich top, der auf den Bahnhofsplatz war nett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Entgegen unserer Buchung bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit einem 1.40m breitem Bett. Das ist für zwei Erwachsene schon knapp bzw. wünscht man sich das im Urlaub einfach anders. Das Zimmer hatte alles was braucht, wirkte aufgrund vieler dunkler Brauntöne (Nussbaum!) leider etwas dunkel. Die Vorhänge waren etwas schwierig zu schließen. Die Belüftung/Raumtemperatur war nicht selbsterklärend. Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück für 25! Euro. Alles in allem war es gut, jedoch zu dem Preis dann leider doch in keinem.guten Verhältnis, m.E.

- Harald (9/5): - Ein sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder der Reinigungungsservice. Wir haben alle drei gebraucht und alle haben uns geholfen. Leider nur ein Lift und keine Bar an der man noch einen Absacker zu sich nehmen kann

- Guest (8/5): Ansonsten gut! - Frühstück war sehr gut! Lage Hauptbahnhof, dass spricht doch für sich! Staub in den Zimmern, der Geruch des Reinigungsmittel, welcher in die Kleidung geht und vor allem die Betten. die Matratzen sind völlig durchgelegen, Zimmer 402 und 407 und damit ist der Preis von 170€ pro Nacht nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir waren 3 Personen für 2 Nächte und haben dafür über 1000€ bezahlt und das ist ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartbar und in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Hierzu erwarte ich Ihre Gutschrift, Fettke vom 05. - 07.12.2025.
- bwing7173 (2/5): Disappointing Stay – Included Breakfast Denied and Poor Treatment - We stayed at the AC Hotel Mainz as Platinum Elite members and were very disappointed with how our visit was handled. Our reservation was booked under the “Member Stay for Breakfast Rate,” which includes breakfast as part of the package. As Platinum members, we also should have been offered a Welcome Gift at check-in (points, amenity, or breakfast), but no Welcome Gift was mentioned at all. The next morning, when my husband went to breakfast, he was told he was not allowed to eat there, even though breakfast was included in our rate. Worse, both a staff member and a manager spoke to him loudly in front of other guests and asked him to leave the dining room. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. This was not only a failure to honor published Marriott benefits, but also a disappointing lapse in basic hospitality. We travel often and have had excellent experiences with Marriott properties worldwide, so this situation was surprising and upsetting. We have contacted Marriott Corporate to resolve the matter, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property until service and benefit compliance improve.

La colazione. La pulizia della stanza non viene effettuata tutti i giorni. In tre notti di permanenza non è stata effettuata. Viene effettuata su richiesta.

- Bengt (10/5): Ett kort besök , som blev ännu kortare med försenade tåg, gjorde att vårt besök bestod i en fotbollsmatch, en hotellöl, - Vi kom med försenat tåg till Mainz och hade en Bundesliga-match en dryg timme efter ankomst. Att hotellet låg nära stationen visste vi och vad var det första vi såg ? Jo, hotellet ! Vi hinner i tid till matchen och tillbaka till hotellet och då håller baren på att stänga (egentligen hade den nog stängt) men bartendern kollade på oss fyra och fixade våra öl ! Just där och då, smakade den ölen….väldigt bra !

- Carolyn (7/5): Decent hotel close to the station - Conveniently across the road from the station (but unfortunately not so close to the centre centre). I was bit surprised for a hotel the rooms were only cleaned once a week, which meant mine wouldn’t be cleaned while I was there, especially given the price.
