- Christopher (8/5): Nice hotel conveniently located close to wineries and breweries. - This was your standard Marriott Fairfield. It was clean and mostly consistent to other Marriotts. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location wasn't right in the center of town, but we didn't mind the walk in (about 1.7 miles), and it was reasonable to Lyft back and forth, as well. It was very convenient to several great wineries and breweries in the area. Even though Marriott seems to be consistent with their beds, and they are usually very comfortable, this one was not great. It was extra soft, which made my back sore, and the fitted sheet kept sliding up (annoying, but not a big deal).

Oh no stepping on to the floor Was horrifying. !!!!!! was the wrong flooring for a bath area specified ? you are in for future law suits! Also the handrails in the stairs were painted with very slippery paint. No grip in an emergency ! !

- Maria (9/5): Relaxing and Comfortable. - Modern decor/cleanliness/location very convenient to Belhurst Castle Winery for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful; exception of the first night she was cordial but not as friendly as the others. Upon our arrival inquired if the hotel accepted AAA, she never said yes or no, after we checked in our room, I approached her again and said it was blocked unable to grant AAA discount she could have offer the information earlier. Great experience. Safe deposit was not in the room but in the main lobby, easy to forget your goods when leaving. Nice to have had a bar/lounge for cocktails. The bathroom had a tag that read "For your safety an anti-slip is available upon request" You might want to change the language if it gives the wrong implication as if our safety is already at jeopardy - it should be a given or least nearby the room.

- Parris (8/5): Great location for visiting the Finger Lakes area. - We stayed here three nights and were happy with our stay. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed having the extra room with the sitting area with a TV. We used the small fridge for our wine purchases and left over pizza was warmed up in the microwave. We used the coffee maker too prior to the included breakfast with lots of options. (I wish Marriott offered safe Gluten free options for those that have celiac disease). We were able to do some laundry is the laundry room for a small fee which was nice since we had been traveling for a few weeks. The Hotel was well maintained and friendly staff. When you stay at a Marriot brand hotel you know you will have a comfortable bed which I appreciate. Parking was easy and free. No complaints.

- Chris (10/5): - I like the overall appearance and construction of the hotel. It seems well kempt but it is a rather newer hotel. My room was good, very clean and roomy. The beds, pillows, and extra blanket were soft and comfy. My particular room didn't have a microwave, but I used the one in the lobby. The breakfast was extremely varied and had the hours from 6-9 a.m., which is great for the early birds. The assortment of breakfast was amazing, and I really like all the toppings for the oatmeal and the yogurt. I was surprised to see a nondairy milk(oat) offered there. I like the fresh fruit and the prepackaged tropical fruit. Some of the breakfast was prepackaged but of good quality, such as Jimmy Dean's sandwiches and three flavors of Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. The yogurt was a good brand also. I was a bit surprised at the location behind near a strip mall, but that didn't deter me. It was convenient to go shopping and near a Wegman's. I also liked the Seneca Lake pier and walkway and Seneca Lake State Park was close.

Appreciated the location had a few restaurants in walking distance for our evening meal - we didn't need a car. Offers breakfast, shuttle service within a 2 mile radius. Shuttle service was not 24/7.

The continental breakfast is probably better than other hotels in this category though I got an upset stomach from something I ate at breakfast so we skipped it the remainder of our 3 night stay. Good thing is there are good breakfast spots within walking distance. Only gripe is that the shower head in our room wasn't great or maybe not working properly as only one setting had adequate water pressure but it got the job done, just wasn't a pleasant shower, lol.

I also enjoyed the coffee machine with coffee pods, cups, sugar etc. In the room. There even was decaf. It was a perfect addition to my evening snack.
- Schneller (9/5): Superb - Far superior to the Airbnb originally booked and canceled due to a broken bed and insufficient cooling. Called same day and was able to get accommodations immediately. Very happy with the hotel location and staff. Food options for breakfast were quite satisfying. Hard to find anything other than exceptional. Perhaps the elevators were quite slow, that's all and insignificant .

- B7247RVroberth (8/5): Just a travel stop - I was traveling to visit family and my Bonvoy app directed me to this hotel. I didnt make the reservation through the app but stopped in and they had a room with a king bed for a reasonable price. The hotel appeared clean on the outside and plenty of parking. The lobby was clean and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room I had was 2 doors away from the lobby on the first floor and I didnt hear any noise all night and got a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The room has AC and is fairly quiet and does its job. The bathroom was good size and the shower was large and easy to use. One thing I would suggest is to get a non slip mat from the desk as the floor in the shower is very slippery. There is a notice on the shower door for this. There is a coffee maker with high test and no test coffee. The room was very clean and I always check for pests and none were found. Breakfast is served from 6-9am and was good. Typical free breakfast. Breakfast area looked clean. Would stay here again and recommend.
