• Debbiana (9/5): Small, peaceful and comfortable hotel in a great location - It was well maintained, clean, comfortable beds, wonderful staff and a great location. Small hotel. Quiet. Lots of restaurants, shops, massage options within easy walking distance. Short walk to the beach where there is a spot for Akana guests with comfy lounge chairs. Would definitely stay again 😊 The food (breakfast) was good but not great.

• Roberto (1/5): Disappointing - The staff were great The bed was extremely old and has lost all softness, the pillows were rock hard, there is a disgusting smell in the room that they cover with a strong air freshener but that unfortunately does not do the job, we were not able to sleep through the night and checked out the next day.

• Esther (6/5): Aardig personeel, maar heel gehorig hotel - Het personeel is heel lief, maar het voelde meer als een hostel. De kamer rook muf en was heel gehorig. Om 7u ‘s ochtends beginnen ze met schoonmaken van de gangen, toen werden we wakker op beide dagen. En om 8u begonnen ze met werkzaamheden aan het zwembad. Gehorig. Ontbijt kan je beter in de buurt eten, er zijn gelukkig meerdere goeie plekjes op loopafstand

Nous avions pris une chambre donnant directement sur la piscine. Malheureusement obligés de tirer les rideaux car aucune intimité. Chambre trop sombre également.

Провели в Akana Boutique Hotel 12 незабываемых дней, и это было просто 10 из 10! ​Персонал — это сердце отеля. Невероятно улыбчивые, заботливые и дружелюбные ребята. Самое поразительное, что они помнят всех гостей по именам! ​Отдельное спасибо за поздравление! Номер украсили, поздравили лично, подарили кусочек торта и даже спели песню. Это было безумно трогательно и создало праздничное настроение на весь день. ​В номерах убирались каждый день, полотенца всегда свежие. Сам номер очень уютный и современный. ​Никаких скучных шведских столов — здесь отличное меню а-ля карт. Всё очень вкусно и подано красиво. ​До океана всего 5 минут пешком. У отеля есть свои лежаки на пляже, и, что важно, они всегда были свободны! ​Отель компактный, но очень стильный, зеленый и по-домашнему уютный. Чистота идеальная везде. ​Мы в восторге! Огромное спасибо всей команде Akana за то, что сделали наш отпуск таким крутым. Обязательно вернемся! Такого просто нет. Не понравилось только одно — что отпуск закончился и пришлось уезжать!

• Sue (8/5): Overall happy with my stay and staff where lovely. - Had an accident and needed to go to hospital, staff where extremely helpful in organising . Would have preferred buffet breakfast. Too many things fried in oil
• Jodi (8/5): Quick stay in Sanur. - Loved the location and small size of the complex. Great breakfast that was included. Room was nice and clean and I slept well in the bed. Can't really fault anything, however would have been good to have a few milk sachets for tea/ coffee in the rooms.

Atelier de confection d‘offrandes (canant sari) très chouette. Petit bémol sur la cuisine qui pourrait être améliorée. Néanmoins le service du personnel du restaurant est impeccable.

• TRACY (10/5): Amazing, great central location and a 6 minute walk to the beach. - Lovely room, we had a deluxe pool access room with an outdoor shower. The room smelt lovely and was very clean. Great breakfast choices, always well presented and lovely and fresh. The hotel had bicycles that you could borrow, we took beach rides daily as there was a cycle path which made it easier. The hotel also had a spot on the beach with their own sun beds, which were allocated on a first come first served basis. Plenty of choices for eateries, some with live music. Everyone was so very friendly and such lovely people. Will definitely be back 😍 Nothing

• Aiden (10/5): Exceptional value for money - Great place in Sanur. The food was excellent, with both a la carte and breakfast menu for ordering. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was a decent size, with a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable. I will be coming back here next time I go to Sanur for sure. The only downside was the location, being about a 5 minute walk to the beach through some backstreets. But honestly, it's still close enough to the beach that if you don't mind a bit of a walk to get there, then this isn't really an issue. Everything else being exceptional offsets this relative inconvenience.

• Karissa (5/5): Canceled on arrival …. Didn’t feel the vibe - Unfortunately we didn’t stay. We cancelled on arrival. I felt hotel wasn’t suited to us as a family of 5. The hotel is quite small. However the receptionist was extremely helpful and understood our issue. I didn’t get a good vibe of location. Hotel felt dark and small. Pool very small and not enough sunlight if wanting to lay out in sun. Photos give a different impression.

Also enjoyed the lounges on the beach. The bikes the property supplied were all old and kept breaking: pedal and seat falling off, chain kept falling off, tyre jammed, seats ripped and very rusty - very old bikes in poor conditions edition. Comfy beds but very poor quality pillows.

I like the welcome message touch, was drafted nicely and explained everything we need to know. our room was facing the street, and right above the restaurant with live music, so we could not really had a quiet time between 11pm to 5am because other than music until 9.30, there were motorbikes and people taking loudly below.
• Nitza (10/5): - I loved it!! The staff is very friendly and they refill your water whenever you want to. After I checked out they let me use the outdoor shower and proved me a towel. Highly recommend. The beach is a 7 min walk and great spots for ford nearby walking distance too!

• Melvin (9/5): Great little hotel with a lovely designed open pool area. - Lovely hotel with a nice little pool area surrounded by amazing greenery. The room was so clean and spacious. All the staff were so friendly and provided exceptional service. The morning breakfast provided was delicious. Only a minor noise complaint. Unfortunately the road in front of the hotel can be a little busy. If you are a light sleeper, I recommended booking the rooms towards the back/overlooking the pool area.
• Louise (8/5): The staff completely makes up for the downside - The pool was great and the staff amazing with our daughter. We felt very welcome even with an infant. Unfortunately we got a room that was damp and smelled at bit moldy. With a 5 month old baby we had let the staff know that we could not have her sleep under those conditions. The staff immediately moved us to a new room on the top floor which was much better and provided a humidifier.

Internet a bit patchy at times Breakfast buffet could have been a bit better, but I loved the pick a meal from the menu and the small buffet theme though.

• Liam (9/5): A lovely boutique hotel with a nice pool, great location and great staff. - Lovely well kept human scale hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Cute restaurant and events throughout the week, with many small restaurants to explore in the neighbourhood. Beach chairs are good once you get to them. Beach chairs are a bit further than the closest beach access, and aren’t well labeled, but fine once you know! Some more variety in the Indonesian breakfast options would have been icing on the cake for a longer stay.
• 207lianb (8/5): Amazing find! - Great little hotel. Staff are an absolute credit. Clean hotel and breakfast was very good. Nice view from the balcony and close to the beach. Quite a few bugs but it’s Bali. The only thing I would have a grumble about is the pillows are so hard. These really need changing. Once this is done it would be perfect.

• Corina (9/5): Een verrassend goed hotel! - De kamers zijn prachtig en verzorgd ingericht, mooie badkamer en prachtige zwart/wit foto’s van Bali aan de muur. Een smaakvol ingericht hotel. De kamers bij het zwembad hebben een leuke “buiten badkamer”. Je waant je daar echt in de tropen. Het zwembad is vrij klein, maar het strand met bedjes van het hotel op loopafstand. Het restaurant/ontbijtterras ziet er gezellig uit met veel planten. Ik vond het een erg leuk hotel. Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Wij komen terug! Het ontbijt is erg simpel. M.i. te simpel voor een 4* hotel. Ik miste bruin brood en een plakje kaas. Maar dat was ook het enige.
