- M E (10/5): Very good choice of accommodation - The accommodation was great - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Handy location - surprisingly easy walk to important sights. Most importantly I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are. Very responsive, engaged and caring. Travellers do need to be prepared for noise though, street noise can be loud but diminishes after 9pm. The internal walls and floors are not insulated at all and noise between apartments can be loud although the other residents were generally quiet.
- Holli (8/5): Clean & comfortable albeit noisy - Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very thin walls/ceilings/flooring meant I could hear neighbours clearly and creaking floor boards from above kept waking me. Otherwise a pleasant stay and well located.
- Trevor (6/5): Not terrible but definitely not the Hilton either. - The room itself wasn’t bad but walls are extremely thin, you can literally hear every footstep in the room above you. Bed was very uncomfortable. WiFi stopped working the next day.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable appartment in Aldgate East - Return visit after several comfortable stays in the past few years. The appartment (No. 3) I stayed in this time was around the corner of the building, so there was a lot less noise from the busy Commercial Road in front of the building. The appartment was a tad smaller than other appartments I've stayed in, but just as comfortable and large enough for 1-2 people. The walls and floors are thin, so there can be noise from adjoining appartments.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Noisy but otherwise great - Okay so it was next to a busy road and we could hear movement from the people in the apartment above. Once you get over that the location for us was good with the tube only minutes away with a choice of 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk plus other amenities. We arrived a little early but fortunately everything was ready for us and we could check in. The apartment itself was a little tired but served us fine. The space inside was great with everything we needed to fend for ourselves. We were also able to leave our luggage after we had checked out, as we weren't leaving london until later in the day, which was great.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great little apartment, well located just 3 minutes walk from Aldgate East Underground. The aprtment is clean and tidy and perfect for that central London meeting/stay. Shower needs a bit of WD40 - difficult to turn on and you are right on Commercial Road so yes you can hear the sirens! I would defintely stay again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent enough, bad for long periods. - The apartment was good, clean 3 rooms - bathroom - bedroom & kitchenette/lounge. The lounge was good and spacious and the bathroom was great. The problem was the road noise from the very busy commercial road outside and that the way the apartments are formulated that some have their bedroom window facing the staircase where people congregate and/or smoke. I'd stay there again for a short business trip, but don't expect to sleep well!

- Francesca (4/5): Needs some TLC - The flat needs a lot of maintenance, mould in the bathroom, and the bathroom was not a level of cleanliness that I would expect. Even after management sent a cleaner in to address it was still dirty looking from neglect. Cigarette burns on the sofa meant it scratched you when you sat on it. Kitchen was so small you struggled to open the oven door and get food out of the hot oven.
- Verified traveler (2/5): This is a student accommodation! - Not good. The neighbourhood is not good, a bit scary in fact. It gets vey noisy at nights filled with drunk ppl who break glasses and bottles and start screaming in the middle of night. So not a family friendly place at all. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, to the point we switched to sleeping on the couch. Overall not recommended.
- Nathan (10/5): Made our weekend even better - Staff member was very friendly on arrival.. quick tour of the apartment and gave us all the info we needed to know about the area in their booklet. They even let us have a later check out as our travel back home wasn’t until 7pm which really helped us and was a lovely gesture from them. If I ever need to go back to this area I would 100% return to here :)
- Helen S. (8/5): Comfortable - We were very happy staying in this apartment. It was good to know that there was an office on site staffed during office hours. Actually nothing was wrong so we didn't need to use the office. It was nice to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The kitchen was small but there was a good range of kitchen items including a dishwasher and washing machine though we didn't use either. The bed was comfortable, the towels fluffy, there was spare toilet roll, and a hairdryer and ironing board were provided- excellent! It was walking distance from Aldgate East tube station and there were a range of supermarkets and bars and restaurants all close by. The road noise too was much less than we had anticipated. Happy
- Mike (10/5): - This apartment was perfect! I was traveling here with a friend that had to work during the day. This was close to the Tower of London and I was able to cook breakfast, saving money. The apartment was large for London with a great modern shower and comfy bed! I would stay here again and again! Highly recommended!!

- Sally (10/5): Excellent, well-appointed apartment - I wanted somewhere close to Tower Hill as I was at a 2-day conference based in an extremely expensive hotel that I wasn't prepared to pay for! This apartment is fantastic! It looked like it was brand new! I was shown around including how to get through the security gates (which made me feel very safe) and they helped me with my bags up the stairs. Well appointed kitchen, comfy sofa, wifi, digital TV, decent size bathroom with large shower cubicle, separate bedroom with full-size wardrobe. Handy supermarket across the road. I would definitely stay here again and would choose to stay here if I fancied a couple of days sightseeing around London.
- Verified traveler (4/5): I would not stay there again. - Mix up at check in. Although notified well in advance the office was closed and nobody answered the phone. A terrible experience. Other than that : 1. we had the same towels for the whole stay 5 nights..... 2. No cleaning service at all. 3. Wi fi not working. 4. Staff really non existent. 5. No air conditioning at all, only a broken fan and that was during the heat wave.... 6. We had to walk around the corner to throw our garbage every day .... Definitely not for me although the apartment itself was ok I would never stay there again.
- Pik Na Veronica (2/5): A very house and hot ap - The apartment and the master bedroom are just right beside a road with heavy traffic so it is VERY NOISY throughout the day. Unfortunately there is no air-conditioning so I need to open the window in the master bedroom which is just 50 metres above the heavy traffic to get a bit ventilatment. It has been so noisy and so hot inside this aparrment in early July and my family really didn't want to stay in the apartment throughout the day. The WiFi here is also very slow and has been disconnecting at times. The neighborhood has many homeless and beggars (I saw 2 right at the entrance of this apartment)

- Laura (6/5): Hot and loud... - Friendly staff, helpful as possible, but no a/c and right on a very busy street, so sleeping was minimal.. too hot, windows open, noisy and bright. Unfortunately I need it dark and quiet and preferably cooler to sleep... made love mg days in London dragging from lack of sleep. Neighborhood was questionable... when coming and going at night we were offered drugs by someone who appeared to be using drugs... not a warm fuzzy there... I won’t be back. Very clean.. & friendly staff
- Michelle (8/5): - The property is easily accessible from the East Algate underground station. The unit we stayed in was comfortable in size. The kitchen was well equipped. Do note that there is only one fan and it does get quite warm. Only thing I would suggest for the property owners is to be prepared for more than 2 guests. We only had towels for 2 and no bedding provided for the pull out bed. We were traveling with our child and arrived very late at night.

Beautiful compact apartment with the added benefit of air conditioning for one of the hottest weekends. Enough pots pans plates cutlery to be self sufficient and plenty local supermarket so our food out spend was minimal. Will return here it’s to good to miss!

- Warren (8/5): Great place--a bit noisy. - Would have been excellent overall and certainly a great location and great value for money; the only problem was the noise. We were at street level facing a main road and, despite the double glazed windows, there was pretty constant noise bleeding through. I wore ear plugs, which helped quite a bit, but prefer not to have to resort to such devices.

The apartment is comfortable and clean with full kitchen (although the water pot and non-stick pots/pans are worn out and not really usable). The convection microwave is a bonus. The small market (E1 Local) across the street is a plus and very convenient. The building appears new and well-kept, but we could hear the people upstairs walking around. However, the local area is not what we expected. During the day is fine, but at night (after 10p), it can be scary. There were two nights we came back after 10p (but before 11p), and there was a guy on the entrance steps doing drugs. We had to ask him to let us pass so we can go up the stairs. There is a security gate and a security door before entering the apartment, which is great; but, the automatic security gate is slow to close. We were afraid that the guy would follow us up the apartment. He didn't (thank goodness) and even apologized. But still, we were scared out of our wits, especially we didn't know how to contact the police if something happen. This is the place to stay if you plan to return back from your outings before 10p.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Apartments not a hotel - We didn’t have cellular access in Europe plus a delay in our flight caused us to miss the instruction on how to access the key after hours. The apt. was very clean. Groceries across the street and pubs all around. Very close to the underground and taxis are plenty. Very comfortable place. Be sure to have cell access before you go, no telephone in the apartment.

Great neighborhood with an organic grocery across the street to shop for food at and cook in the efficiency kitchen. Feels like a home away from home. The only one complaint is that the mattress was terrible, felt like springs were going to poke through.

Didn't realize it was so close to mosque but overall it was easy location to navigate from. Very safe & clean- kitchen was fantastic. Washer there but no dryer and no oven.

- SUNGUK (2/5): Very regrettable - The mattress is too old and spring making a big noise whenever you turn or toss around. The smoking smell stuck inside room and gets me head-aching. And sound-proof does not properly it also bothering to sleep. It's quite challenge to sleep during my stay. Oh, they work only from 08:00 to 5PM. It is luck to have a key access to room.

- andrew (8/5): Good apartment in good location - We stayed in apartment 6. It was a good sized apartment, and we'll equipped. It was on the ground floor and facing the street, so if you're a light sleeper then would suggest trying to get one of the rear apartments. Only negatives, kettle could do with replacing (timescale on the outside), and shower needs regrouting (but was clean), but only minor criticisms. Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Aldgate East tube (on 2 lines), so it's easy to get around. Tesco Express 3 min walk away. Staff were great, very friendly. Would stay here again.

Much larger than any other place I've stayed before in London, very close to Aldgate East underground station and right across the road from a convenience store (also close to a Tesco). Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
- James (6/5): Four star service but two star facilities - The apartments are centrally located and close to the Aldgate East tube station, so it was easy for us to get about our business. We were placed in the basement apartment which seemed to be a lot more rundown than what's displayed in the pictures on the website. The bathroom especially was tired looking and small and the shower floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. We mentioned it to the boys at the reception and we were promised that it would be cleaned again but the result was less than satisfactory. The boys at the reception were otherwise courteous and genuinely willing to help and this was the best thing about our stay.

The entrance to apartment was up very narrow and steep circular steps from the main road and the road noise and sirens was disturbing in this first floor apartment. Overall not very restful and I will stick with hotels in the future rather than rent an apartment through Hotels.com.
- Samir (10/5): Nice, clean and great location - Hey Folks, This place is located in walking distance (3mins walk) from Aldgate east tube station. Location is convenient to reach to any touristic destination in London by tube or bus. Place was very clean when we arrived and Abu (the guy who runs it) was very helpful ( he allowed us to late checkout while our flight was in the afternoon), i have read other people comments that the street noise was annoying but our apartment didn't have any noise problem. btw i highly suggest to try the EFES Turkish restaurant next to the station or try an Indian restaurant in Brick lane.

I received a lot of information prior to my arrival and was confident my apartment would be ready for me. Complimentary toiletries, towels, tea and coffee were provided. I would recommend this apartment to a family member if they had to stay this side of London.

In the East of London undertaking gentrification - a short stroll to Brick Lane for a vibrant cultural experience or locally fro the new cafes and bars that were springing up - it did the trick! the apartment was basic but practical - best thing was modern bathroom.

The area, Whitechapel, wasn't as nice as other neighborhoods but still had plenty of hidden gems like good restaurants, modern and classic pubs, as well as the Jack the Ripper tour. For those wishing to stay just outside of downtown London or near the Tower, I would recommends SHQ.
- Harriet (8/5): Good location - Mattress on double bed was very uncomfortable, could feel every dent where the buttons were, definitely needed a mattress topper or something. Glasses in the kitchen were stained, frying pan was dirty.. Could have all done with a quick clean. Windows might need upgrading as can hear outside noise very clear. Other than that everything was good, rooms all clean and tidy, got everything you needed. Excellent location, fairly central and easy to get to from the tube station.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to help (e.g. arranged for us to collect our bags later in the day before setting back off for our coach).
