• TRENT (2/5): Don't recommend. Didn't even get breakfast in the morning which was included in booking. No staff. - Location was good No staff, my booking included breakfast but no one was there cooking or taking orders. No staff were visible in the morning.
• Tognotti (1/5): 🤦 - Nothing The worst hotel that i have been , the position is next to beach, but next to the part of the beach most dirty in all kuta, the inside is full of mold look the photo, dont came here!!! Never ever

• Marie (4/5): - Der var mug og fugt i væggene, der var generelt ikke rent! Toiletter var klamt med tid, og loftet på badeværelse var ødelagt i et hjørne pga fugt. Håndklæderne og lagnerne virkede ikke rene
• Gaia (7/5): Fair value for money - Great location, everything is at a walking distance and there is a very nice beach right in front of the hotel. The first room we were given was full of mold, so we asked to change it and we were given a better room, more clean and very spacious. They don’t do room service of any kind apparently, but at least they give you all the privacy you want. There’s a very big swimming pool, although there isn’t the possibility to relax around to it, as the floor tiles are missing. Very loud neighbourhood, there’re bars and clubs all around and you can hear loud music till 3/4 am almost everyday.
• Ardiana (1/5): - Esperienza deludente – Sconsigliato Purtroppo la nostra permanenza in questo hotel è stata tutt’altro che piacevole. La struttura è visibilmente datata e per niente curata, con ambienti sporchi e trascurati. La camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva le lenzuola sporche, tanto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere che venissero cambiate. Il livello di rumore è stato insopportabile: musica proveniente dall’esterno fino alle 3 del mattino hanno reso impossibile dormire. Nel complesso, non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e non lo consigliamo a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e pulito.
• Pablo (1/5): INSALUBRE y SUCIO. - Por destacar algo, ya que ha sido un desastre, la ubicación cerca al mar. Hago la reseña para ayudar a la gente que NO se quede en este hotel. Es verdaderamente sucio e insalubre. Ponemos algunas fotos pero mirases donde mirases estaba todo sucio, deteriorado y dejadisimo. Una pena solo poder poner 4 fotos. El peor hotel que he estado. Llevamos varias semanas de tour por Indonesia y por supuesto hemos ido incluso a hoteles incluso más baratos que este y aunque estuvieran viejos siempre muy limpios y el personal super amable. De verdad, ahorraroslo. NO vayas!!
• Cagnina (5/5): Carino - La struttura è carina e c’è la piscina , parlano poco inglese tranne le due ragazze molto gentili e cordiali . La posizione è ottima , c’è una scorciatoia che ti porta nel mezzo di ristoranti e locali per bere I galli sono troppi e cantano tutta la notte , se vai per fare vita notturna a fianco trovi un locale che mette musica due volte a settimana Gino alle 3 di notte . Noi purtroppo eravamo andati per rilassarci…
• Bethany (4/5): Cheap price, run down - Good location near the beach, nice new pool The property is very run down, the room smells like mould and can see water damage on the walls and ceilings, the room wasn’t cleaned at all for the duration of the stay. Wifi is a bit hit or miss.

• Maarten (7/5): Prima gelegen - De locatie is prima, strand, cafeetjes, restaurantjes op loopafstand. Tegenover het hotel ligt het strand, daar zie je in de ochtend de vissers hun netten leeg maken. De kamer was vochtig en rook muf, wij hadden de deur vaak open dan is het goed te doen
• Ozge (1/5): - Nothing I'm sharing the pictures of the room they gave us. In the morning, the bed springs were still in our bodies and they wouldn't give us our money back. We had a terrible night. Don't make the mistake of staying here.

• Craig (4/5): - The photos that sold me on this place looked unreal. Nice Mediterranean looking accommodation next to the ocean. Amazing looking food, reviews stating how clean it was. But, this was 1973.. now it's run down & the uncared for. They ran out of toilet rolls & we had to source our own. The A/C & TV didn't work.. The rooms aren't serviced. The towels you start with, stay with you for the duration of your stay. No coffee /tea station in room.. the music from the bars on both sides & the doof doof crap seems to go all night..On the positive side, the pool was nice & clean beds to sleep in. Not too mouldy.. On the whole.. it's cheap & below average.

• Nicola (7/5): Convenient stay in Kuta Lombok. - Good location. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Our first night we stayed in rooms that smelled like damp (but we did move to nicer rooms that didn't smell as much after discussing this with the staff). Not particularly clean and the rooms/ bathrooms could use a refresh. The towels were definitely not clean. The drinking water supply didn't look very sterile so we decided to buy water and not risk it. Could have done with a kettle in the room. Just a note that grab doesn't work in Kuta and really a scooter is needed to get around.
• Jonny (3/5): We left after one night - It was cheapish The music from the bars next door was unbearable we cut out stay to one night as we couldn’t stay there any longer. Staff were nice enough but not really very helpful or eager to assist . Place was not in great condition and needs a lot of work . Is not beachfront there is a paddock in front where they are burning off smoking is out the after that there a fisher people shacks . Beach isnt that nice and not a place we wanted to swim

• Verified traveler (2/5): Naja - CheckIn ohne Probleme Koffer wurden auf das Zimmer getragen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte alles ordentlich und sauber, jedoch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Bettlagen sehr nach Salz rochen. Unsere Vermutung wurde am zweiten Tag bestätigt, da wir sahen wie die Servicekräfte die Wäsche im Freien zum Trocknen aufgehängt haben. Das Bad mehr als einfach. Recht dunkel, Dusche hatte nicht mal einen Duschvorhang oder Ähnliches. Die Toilette haben wir erstmal selbst mit einem Desinfektionsmittel desinfiziert. Für zwei Nächte, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und sich mit dem Einfachsteb zufrieden gibt, geht es schon.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 房間大，也乾淨，除了沒有吹風機這點都很棒，飯店位於KUTA BEACH進來後的右手邊快到底的地方，也是KUTA BEACH海岸線最前排，服務人員每個都很親切，進出都會打招呼，原定機場接送的司機很可惡的沒來，緊急請飯店幫忙，連保全都出動載我們去機場，當然有給錢並且給平時更多一點的費用
• Verified traveler (10/5): Super-friendly staff, great location - The name of the hotel is very suiting because they really make you feel like family! When I first arrived I didn't have a converter to charge my phone so the person working there took me on his moto to a store to buy one.

• Menno (8/5): Leuk hotel, goede sfeer, aan strand - We kregen een gratis upgrade van onze kamer, terras met zeezicht. Leuk personeel, erg eerlijk en behulpzaam bijvoorbeeld met het regelen van activiteiten of vervoer.

• Leslie (8/5): Beach view stay - General location is in close proximity to the beach, and slightly off from the busy streets of bars and bistro - Perfect for a quiet stay. The hotel has friendly service staffs that are helpful, and room is generally clean and well maintain. Hotel staffs are helpful at arranging transportation and bike rental. Huge help there! Breakfast selection is rather limited, but you could always go for something else along the main street.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel staff very well, greeting in every where, exellent service, this hotel has a wonderful view of kuta beach and hills arround that, i like that rooftop, you can see the wonderfull view, Very easy to get the transportation such as motor cycle, transport to airport, laundry with cheapest rate.... But the choise of breakfast very limited i hope soon this hotel can give the another choise of b'fast. Thank you very much family beach hotel i hope one day i can go there again.
• Hugh (4/5): Left halfway through our booking - Close to the beach but somewhat of a wasteland between. Didn't get the front room that was booked (at extra cost). Didn't get the bed arrangement that was booked. No soap!
