- Paloma (9/5): Fin de semana en Granada - La comodidad de la cama, todo estaba muy limpio, y muy cerca del centro. Después de confirmarnos la recepción del mensaje que enviamos para reservar el parking dos semanas antes de nuestro viaje, el día de nuestra llegada, cuando llamamos para avisar que debido al tráfico nos retrasaríamos una media hora, nos informan de que han tenido problemas y no hay parking disponible. Dicen habernos informado mediante la app de booking, mensaje que no hemos recibido. Y nos remiten a otro parking cercano con un coste de 5€ más por día. En todo caso, teniendo todos nuestros datos, consideramos que hubiera sido razonable intentar localizarnos de algún modo que confirmara la recepción del mensaje.

Trotzdem sehr ruhig, auch am Freitag Abend.wurde in drei Tagen nicht gereinigt, war aber kein Problem für uns, wir fanden es total sauber vor. Konnten Gepäck vor dem Check-In abstellen, obwohl es keine Rezeption gab. Relativ günstig für Granada. Tolles Kaffee Agustin in der nächsten Strasse. Die online Anmeldung war nervig, aber das ist sie überall in Spanien, da man für jeden Gast das Formular ausfüllen muss, auch wenn man zusammen lebt.

- Robert (7/5): Convenient, good value for money. - Located in a small suburban street very close to bars , restaurants and within walking distance of many of the main attractions in old Granada. We stayed on the 3rd floor which had a private patio which was nice to breakfast on as there isn't a lot of space inside the room. The room had a small cooking hob and utensils but we didn't prepare food other than breakfast. Other than a very basic meal , you might struggle. The shower was always hot and the apartment was clean and tidy on our arrival. Communication with the hosts was excellent and check in / check out was very easy via a coded door entry system. There was some street noise at night from utility vehicles and revellers but I think to be fair you'd struggle to find accommodation in the area that wasn't affected to some extent. ( The hosts leave you ear plugs ) ! There was a limited amount of storage space in the room meaning we lived out of our suitcase. There was a rather large sofa in the room which may have doubled as a bed , ( I'm not sure), but a better use of the space would have been a wardrobe or dresser.

- Mario (8/5): Centriquísimo y suficiente - La cama era muy amplia y cómoda y tiene de todo en la pequeña habitación que es. El baño también está muy bien. Lo mejor de todo es sin duda la ubicación. Son pequeñas cosas pero podrían mejorarse. Que la caja de fusibles tuviera tapa. Y en mi caso no me afecta pero a alguien puede que sí y es que entre la puerta que da al rellano y el suelo hay un centímetro de separación y hay luz toda la noche hagas lo que hagas. Yo recomendaría un protector de esos como con escobilla que protege de polvo, insectos, etc y en este caso taparía el hueco por el que entra la luz.

- Susana (6/5): Good location - The location was great, there were plenty of options to eat and have a drink. It was very close to the cathedral and the street was quiet. The shower and the bed were good, comfy and with good water pressure. The property charged us twice by error and after complaining we got the refund two working days into our trip. We booked a parking spot with them but we were advised it was very narrow so we were put off and parked in a public parking nearby. I would say the apartment is quite small but it did the job.

- FERNANDO (8/5): Me costó un disgusto. - La situación en el centro, que es perfecta. Desde aquí se va a todos los sitios céntricos. Está al lado de la catedral, de restaurantes y andando un poco accedes a muchos sitios. En situación es un 10. El parking es muy malo y no vale lo que cobran, debería ser gratis y a mí me ha salido caro pues como cabe mal el coche y no se puede casi maniobrar y para aparcar tuve que hacer 20 maniobras, en una de ellas lo he rayado y aparte de los 30€ me costará un poco el arreglo. No aconsejo coger parking 🅿️ si no se tiene un mini o más pequeño. La puerta de la habitación abre fatal y está muy oscuro, no tiene espejo grande para verse y falta TV en habitación.

Alles nodig voor een weekendje weg, verzorgde accomodatie. Spijtig genoeg een fout in communicatie: we hadden 6 weken op voorhand parking gereserveerd en de avond voor het verblijf werd ons gezegd dat we deze niet konden gebruiken. Dit was een minpuntje aan ons verblijf, voor de rest was alles ok. Zorg dus zeker dat je goed afspreekt als je een parking wilt.
- Masieh (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Ihnen Sauberkeit, gutes Internet und Erholung wichtig sind. - Nicht viel, die Lage war gut, aber das sind alle Standorte dort. Vieles: - Es ist viel kleiner, als dargestellt. - Es müffelt sehr stark bzw. stinkt schon. - Das Internet bricht dauernd ab und die Netzqualität vor Ort ist nicht gut, um es mit mobilen Daten auszugleichen. - Man antwortet nicht über das Kontaktfenster und über WhatsApp sind die Antworten sehr frech bis bissig. - Die Räume sind alle sehr hellhörig und man schläft dadurch schlechter. - Böden & Türken knirschen sehr stark und zur Toilette gelangt man nur durchs Badezimmer. - Das Bad wird komplett nass bei der Nutzung des Waschbeckens. - Überall liegt noch etwas Restschmutz und man fühlt sich dadurch sehr unwohl. - Ich würde diese Unterkunft unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen. Es hat ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis. - Es gibt bei weitem viel bessere Unterkünfte für dieses Geld. Wir waren im viel teureren Sevilla für den selben Preis doppelt so gut untergekommen. - Das TV-Gerät hat auch nicht funktioniert.

Teníamos cafetera, secador, el personal nos ofreció toallas, sábanas o gel extra. Había kit de limpieza y cocina básico para los primeros días. Solo había una sartén muy pequeña para cocinar. faltan utensilios de cocina. El espacio muy reducido. un poco justo. Era una planta baja, poco ventilada pero muy fresquita, se agradece. En general estuvimos a gusto!

- Cecilia (6/5): Terrible customer service - The bed was very comfortable and good location TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: They sent me A LOT of messages to tell me to complete the Check in procedures (days before the day of arrival), even though I answered that I understood and I would complete it as soon as possible, they kept contacting me. I completed the registration as requested. On the day of arrival, I contacted them to ask for the check in codes to access the place, they didn’t answer my calls or messages for hours! (they answered 5 hours after, at 20:00PM). The toilet smelled like humidity (there is no window or ventilation). One of the two window in the sleeping room doesn’t have curtains, so a lot of light enters in the morning.

- Mrs Jayne Bottomley (7/5): - Excellent and quite location in the centre of Granada. Comfy large bed. Parking available on site at a charge of 15 euros (although only 6 spaces available, so check with host).Free laundry use (washer and dryer) in the carpark area accessed by internal stairs by the front door. Car garage is in basement under the property by use of a car lift from the road through a garage door. The private terrace is big and in the sun depending what time of the day. I would stay again as the location was great. Self check in ok, but didn't have anyone to ask about information. Quite a strong smell from the shower (we put a towel over the drain to try and absorb it). No t.v. remote control. The door lock was quite flimsy from the bedroom to the terrace but we weren't too concerned as on top floor.

Parking con ascensor muy estrecho, requiere cierta habilidad para entrada y salida. Quizás podrían incluir alguna infusión. Al menaje de cocina le faltan algunas cosas básicas, sartén, tostadora. Baño huele un poco a tuberías

- Marco (10/5): - The location was great. Central, but quiet. Inside the apartment everything is new. Easy check-in and checkout with codes. The website for the check-in displays contact information that is not correct. The phone number is not the one of the owner and no one picks up. Same for the online chat, both on the website and on Booking.com. Very inconvenient if there are issues and it is necessary to contact the owner. Also, both pillows were a bit too hard in my personal opinion, but at least the mattress was very nice.
- Sara (9/5): Escapada en familia. - Me gustó mucha la ubicación. Estaba muy céntrico y cerca de todo . Ambiente muy tranquilo y la cama muy cómoda. Encarni y Maria un amor de mujeres. Siempre atentas por si necesitábamos alguna cosa y dispuestas ayudar en todo. El apartamento está equipado con lo necesario por si necesitáis cocinar algo rapidito y todo muy limpio. Lo único que no me gusto es que éramos 4 personas,dos adultos y dos niños y cada vez que montábamos el sofa cama (era grande para los dos) ya no podías acceder a la cocina xq no había espacio para pasar. Quizás un poco justo este apartamento . Por todo lo demás muy bien.
