- Lisa (8/5): - Convenient Nothing all was good
- 995traciel (10/5): Relaxing stay - Fargo, N.D.off 12 th Ave N. Apon arrival we were greeted by a lady named Jennifer. She was attentive and made our check in quick and easy.
The place was very clean over all. Rooms had all the amenities listed. And were nice and freshly kept.
We had no problem with other hotel guests. It was quiet and laid-back. We had ann enjoyable stay and will reserve a room there when we are in Fargo again. Thank you ….and thank you Jennifer.
- Audra (3/5): Beds and pillows were horrible. - Clean Felt like checking into a hospital.
- Hacker (1/5): Horrible Couldnt not stay - We could not stay at this place! The sewer gas what crazy bad and the smell of covering up filth was intense too. No one with any kind of heath issues could not stay there and not end up in the hospital. We want our money back
- Esteban (10/5): Short and sweet as can be. - Did not have Nothing really, enjoyed my stay
- Tamera (1/5): - Not much of anything. It was a scary location. We got there and nobody was at the front desk. The lounge was bare minimum for seating. I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds and they didn't have one....they tried to put my 16 yr old son in a room by himself on the 4 th floor and me on the first floor. The room didn't have kleenex , an ice bucket or a hairdryer. You could see the hallway lights through the door frame. Sleeping really didnt happen because i didn't feel safe. Something i would have expected for a $50-$60 a night hotel. But I was charged $150!!!!

- J9673PCbillm (10/5): Good night's rest - I stayed one night at WoodSpring Suites in Fargo, North Dakota, and honestly, it ended up being exactly what I needed—and better than I expected.
From the moment I checked in, everything felt easy and stress-free. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a good first impression after a long day of travel. Check-in was quick, and I was able to get settled into my room without any hassle.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. I really appreciated the kitchenette—it had a full-size fridge, microwave, and stovetop, which is such a nice bonus even for a short stay. It made the space feel more like a little studio than just a standard hotel room. Everything was well-kept, and I didn’t run into any cleanliness issues at all.
What stood out most to me was how quiet and relaxed the atmosphere felt. I was able to unwind, get a good night’s sleep, and not feel bothered by noise or distractions. The bed was comfortable, and I woke up feeling rested, which is really the most important thing for a quick overnight stay.
The location was also super convenient—easy to find, with plenty of parking and quick access to the main roads around Fargo. It made getting in and out really simple, which I always appreciate when I’m just passing through.
Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s a great option if you want something affordable, clean, and comfortable without a lot of fuss. For me, it checked all the boxes and made my short stay in Fargo smooth and enjoyable.
- Todd (6/5): Short. Nice view of the landfill. - Staff was friendly and understanding. Price was outrageous for amenities provided.

- Ted (7/5): -
- Hubert (10/5): -
- Kristina (3/5): Our stay was very uncomfortable due to noise control and pests. - Close to where we were going. The bathroom had ants. The shower faucet was hard to use. The barking and yelling from the room next to us made it hard to get any sleep.
- Marc (5/5): affordable, grim, hard to get to sleep with all the #$*%ing lights. -

- Riley (10/5): -
- Gerald (5/5): - Location Bed were super hard half the outlets didn't work tv remote would not work
- Ryan (2/5): Gross - The room stunk of cat urine, out dated, uou have to drive though a giant truck stop to access the lodging. Would never stay here again.
- Lindsey (10/5): -
- Kevin (8/5): - The bed was low to the floor in thr room I had all in all it was an awesome place
- Nicholas (10/5): - I was perfectly satisfied. Great staff.
- Connie (5/5): Happy to leave - Location Looks like large prison cell
- Paula (4/5): - clean room. but we got bed bugs....they immediately refunded room. but still.
the night clerk was the most unfriendly i have seen in a long time.
- Raquel (4/5): - The room was not clean at all, the floor was sticky and there were stains on the ground. It smelled of smoke and it was hard to sleep due to the lingering smoke smell. Someone had stuffed paper towel to cover the smoke detector so they could smoke in there previously.
- Stelten (9/5): Nice and clean - The room was very clean and nice. No coffee in the room was the only thing but did get a great cup of coffee in the lobby.
- Mark (8/5): - Property is older but was clean and suited our purpose for the need of a place for a stopover
- Dawn (10/5): - IT WAS A NICE AND SAFE PALCE!
- Louis (7/5): -
- Darryl (8/5): -
- Edna (8/5): - Ty THE t the TTAT
- Jill (8/5): -
- Steve (6/5): - It is hard to get to, no road signs no true road in to the place, you have to drive around a truck stop gas station to get to it. Room is clean, string air-conditioning, lots of room to park. Basic motel.
- Judi (8/5): - Clean room
- Steven (6/5): - One staffer at night was very friendly and helpful, especially with local food recos and lending me his umbrella. Smelled smoke in the room despite non-smoking rule and found out it was coming into my room from the parking lot. Needs signage as to No Smoking in parking lot for those rooms facing it. Hotel has nice appearance but hard to get to without a car.
- Mike (6/5): - The room was clean but sparse.
- Tschetter (8/5): Will definitely stay there again when we visit our daughter at NDSU - Shower didn't work but front desk was able to move us to a room just a few doors down right away. One of the beds was rather hard so not the best sleep. Daughter's bed was fine.
- Kia (10/5): - The room was very clean and spacious. Nothing fancy which is what we prefer.
Everything worked great, good water pressure and temp, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.
Would stay again
- Bond (6/5): - Location right off the highway, next to gas station, easy in and out of lot. Bed had no skirting, mattress was rather thin.
- Roberts (10/5): -
- Scott (2/5): - Smelly. Dirty. Door wouldn't lock.
- Brandon (10/5): - The property was great and I enjoyed the fact that my room was close the vending machines
- Tamara (4/5): - Ventilation through building selled of cigarettes and Marijuana. Patrons were allowed by staff to let their children throw footballs around others guests vehicles while the parents sat watching drinking bud lite.
- Kaci (4/5): - To get to the property you had to drive through a busy truck stop parking lot. There were LOTS of construction workers in the parking lot and hallways. My daughter and I did not feel the safest! Walking in to the hotel the door was locked, we stood waiting with some men in a tiny lobby. Once the door was finally unlocked and we could check in to our room we felt a little safer. Our room was not the cleanest by any means. I found a used bar of soap in the shower along with hair left behind on the counter and floor in the bathroom.
- Hua (10/5): - I lived this hotel for one night, 8/2/25 in and 8/3/25 out. My wife called my cell in the morning on 8/3/25, but she could not get me because I accidently put my phone in vibration mode. Then she called the front desk of the hotel and the lady came to my room inform me. I really appreciate her.
- Hope (4/5): - Didn’t feel particularly clean. The first key we got was for an obviously occupied room we walked into at 1 am. Everything smelled horrific.
- 118angit (8/5): Very nice place - I have stayed in other woodsprings around the country, this location in Fargo is the nicest I have been to.
The lobby and hallways are always kept very clean and the front desk is attentive and helpful. The rooms are very nice and kitchen has 2 induction burners to cook on with a full size refrigerator.
The people staying here seem to be well kept, business and contracted workers . You will not see people hanging out in the front smoking whatever that I have seen.
Parking lot is very large and well lit and ample parking for work trucks as well as there is a Travel Center next door with semi-truck parking and a food court in the travel center.
I would recommend this if you need to stay in Fargo extended time, and I am very picky.
Laundry facility is 2.50 to wash a load and 2.50 to dry a load. They have nice carts to move your stuff to your room.
I stayed on the top floor, so I cannot say if it would be noisy or not to have someone above, my room had the laminate floors throughout.
- Paula (8/5): - Far from fancy but price was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): Satisfied customer - The staff and clean rooms made for a good experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable and enjoyable - We just had a quick stop and the night was peaceful, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
- Samantha (8/5): - The rooms are very spacious and cute! Thought the layout was very nice.
- joe (8/5): - Honestly I was looking at reviews and people were not happy but I had a great experience check in and check out went really well
- Angela (8/5): - Hotel is very secure once inside. Only allowed in with room key access, even the lobby.
- Katie (10/5): Comfortable and Clean - Perfect for our night stay. No frills but clean and comfortable. Good coffee to start the day.
- Shawn (10/5): - Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Clean building. The staff was really friendly
- Kaila (10/5): - We were very impressed with how clean it was and that there was a full size fridge in the room.
- Jessica (4/5): - This is a long stay facility located right next to a busy truck stop. It had zero amenities and felt unsafe. The hallways and rooms were loud
- Hailey (10/5): - M
- Alexandra (10/5): - Great!
- Judith A (6/5): - No coffee in lobby. Poorly maintained.
- Aaron (8/5): - NA
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Owen (8/5): Good price for room - Overall ok Hotel. Good AC, bed and room was clean.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pretty good stay - The property won’t clean your room if you have a pet. Need to ask for towels and toilet paper. Have a kitchenette- can purchase cooking utensils or bring your own. Hotel is close to everything.
- Sam (2/5): Poor - My stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. From the moment I checked in, nothing seemed to go right. I requested room service multiple times and was flat-out refused. Throughout my entire stay, I had to sleep on the same bedsheet—they never came to change it, not even once.
The level of service was unacceptable, and I seriously considered checking out after just the first night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic comfort or hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what I expected.
- Randy (8/5): - Nice to have a kitchen area
- Broderick (2/5): Terrible smell - The entire hotel smelled of smoke and drugs. The room was clean but no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, etc. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Reached out to mgmt and they didn’t respond. Paid for 2 nights and left after the 1st to stay elsewhere
- Celia (2/5): - Cans and garbage laying around outside and in hallways. So noisy all night people going in and out. We got no sleep was offered no kind of breakfast and no walkable restaurants. Rooms were clean but out dated I would never recommend this place
- Tina (6/5): - Out dated
- Denise (2/5): Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend - My room was no frills. Room was small for being a “Suites” hotel. Room smelled entire stay, bed was on a cheap frame, mattress was very stiff, bed covering was fraying. No carpeting in entire room, walls were paper thin. No coffeemaker. Didn’t want to sit in lounge chair because I was afraid it wasn’t clean.
- Michael (4/5): - The room i booked was supposed to be a king bed and I got a Queen bed and it was small , the room smelled like smoke and dust.
- Erin (8/5): - Na
- Hannah (10/5): - Great
- Laurie (6/5): - We were assigned a handicap accessible room…it was loud (very echoey), uncomfortable bed and there was no hairdryer in the room
- Lindsey (8/5): - Hotel was simple but seemed safe.
- Joan (4/5): - Did not know it was a long term stay motel - no amenities!
- Dalton (4/5): - I got ringworm from the bed
- Cheryl (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Willie (10/5): - Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and overall a good quality sleep
- Brandy (8/5): - A great spot for our weekend--excellent location and we appreciated having the full-size fridge in the room. Note that small kitchenware (plates, etc.) is an additional fee. Toiletries were available in the room. It's a newer building so everything was nice, and the building was secure. Our room was pretty humid and had an unidentifiable smell, even with the AC running. Overall a positive experience.
- Kris (10/5): - Kara was amazing. Big smile was willing to help and it made us feel. We were excited when the building did not come down during a tornado. Room was clean. Window dressing could use blackout blinds.
- Andrew (6/5): - Hotel is near a truck stop right off of 29. Can't say it was good or bad. Just not the best location for a hotel
- Tschetter (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, very clean, friendly staff. No dislikes.
- Sarah (8/5): - Comfortable and staff are very courteous and helpful
- Sally (7/5): Good - Room was clean and comfortable and close to airport. Air conditioner/heater was difficult to control.
