• Joanna (3/5): Good location, but check everything works on check-in - The location is fantastic, and it's definately an affordable option so close to the City. The windows effectively kept out the sound of the traffic That the shower didn't work, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and there weren't enough plug sockets for phone chargers etc.
• Kenneth (3/5): Best to avoid! - Was conveniently by a train station, though there wasn't much to see/do in the neighborhood. Shower had good hot water. And the wifi worked well. This is not a hotel with a lobby or anyone on site to help you out. And instead of just sending check-in instructions on check-in day (which I expected), their instruction was to call the office. Problem is my US phone couldn't make local calls. (I eventually found wifi somewhere and called on What's App, but to figure that all out took nearly an hour.) The room did not look as good as the one in the photo, very bare/simple. The hallway was dingy/dirty. Upon entering, the room had an overpowering smell of body odor, like stinky feet. I had to buy air freshening spray and a scented candle. The only lighting was harsh bright lights. The mattress was thin and you could feel all the springs, and when you sat on it it sunk in. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. The refrigerator did not work. My advice - spend a little more and get a better place!!

• Vitali (6/5): Convenient room close to station - Greatly positioned right next to the station. Plus the free parking over the weekend just outside the window was nice brilliant. The bed was springy but surprisingly comfortable. Even our sensitive backs liked it Tiny and not the cleanest. It’s also quite worn down

• John (4/5): As a single woman staying there I would felt very vulnerable if my son hadn’t accompanied me - The room was very small but well equipped, clean and comfortable . The TV didn’t work, and unsightly cables hung down the wall The area surrounding the entry door was scruffy, dirty and most unwelcoming.
• Daniel (7/5): - Posizione vicino metro, il locale Turco all'angolo è molto accogliente e ci ha aiutato in alcune circostanze, inoltre le loro pietanze tradizionali, sono molto particolari e genuine La stanza è piccola, il letto piccolo, il WiFi non funzionava.
• parabita (1/5): Orrore!!! - Nulla....a parte la disponibilità di un ragazzo che ci è venuto ad aprire perché avevano cambiato i codici di accesso alle porte. La stanza era un loculo (400 sterline per 3 giorni) rumorosa perché sotto vi era un ristorante quindi fino alle 3 di notte l'aspiratore era !sempre in funzione. Pulizie inesistenti, bagno piccolissimo. Spazi comuni sporchi, scale ripide, odore di cibo dappertutto. Allego foto dell'entrata al loculo perché mi vergogno io stesso di come ho fatto a stare lì per 3 giorni. Foto della struttura "fuorvianti". Andate in albergo evitate le struttore simili a Londra.

• Eloves (8/5): A convenient stay - A very convenient place to stay, right next to a tube stop. The room has a lot of facilities and is clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating. The internet wasn't working while I was there, but that's probably temporary. The mattress, like many in this price range, isn't great, but it's fine.
• Giorgia (5/5): Comodo per la posizione ma non ci tornerei - La posizione era ottima, una zona anche abbastanza tranquilla e collegata comodamente alla metropolitana che rimane di fronte alla stanza, in 10/15 minuti si arriva in centro città. Il ragazzo é stato gentile che ci ha concesso di arrivare alle 2 di notte visto che il nostro volo è arrivato a tarda notte nonostante ci abbia fatto pagare 30£ in più per questo motivo, ma va bene lo stesso visto che è stato disponibile per aspettarci. La stanza era sporca. Molto sporca. il letto all’interno era pieno di capelli, e il letto molto scomodo sembrava quasi sfondato. Bagno altrettanto sporco , nello scopino nel wc era immerso in un acqua putrida. Pavimento non pulito . La tenda non si chiudeva ed entrava la luce a tutte le ore. Aggravante di tutto c’era un odore molto forte di cibo, quasi nauseabondo, probabilmente dovuto al ristorante indiano sottostante . Questo odore faceva passare la voglia di passare del tempo in stanza , infatti ci alzavamo al mattino presto e tornavamo la sera tardi nella speranza che l’odore fosse limitato. È un peccato perché se fosse rivista l’igiene della stanza sarebbe perfetto sia per la posizione sia per la gentilezza..

• Charlotte (10/5): Lovely hosts, Comfortable bed, Enjoyable area - Bed was comfortable. Host was incredible and so welcoming and friendly. Free amenities were lovely, as well as the fan and towels provided. Bit on the pricey end all things considered, room was smaller than expected, although it still did the job, security deposit discussion was unclear and confusing.

Dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem przez whatsapp. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach na klatce schodowej (papierosy, kuchnia indyjska); W środku nocy inni lokatorzy w pokoju obok puszczali głośną muzykę. Niewygodne łóżko (bardzo miękkie). W pokoju było dość zimno.

• Iris (1/5): Niet doen! - De prijs en het vriendelijke personeel. Absoluut slechte locatie in een onveilige buurt. Er werd iemand in elkaar geslagen ‘s nachts vlak buiten onze kamer. Ook zaten er telkens mensen voor onze ingang deur te chillen en te roken. De hele nacht door horen wij politie sirenes, het leek wel een crimescene. De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht. Wij snappen werkelijk niks van deze beoordeling van de accommodatie. 4 sterren en 8+, hoe is dat mogelijk? Hebben wij in een andere accommodatie gelegen misschien?

• Katarina (7/5): - Domacin izuzetno susretljiv,spreman pomoci. Lokacija dobra,metro stanica se nalazi odmah preko puta objekta,sto je veliki plus. Svakako smo zadovoljni smjestajem i uslugom,sve preporuke. Slabo grijanje,grijalica je spasila situaciju. Lokacija objekta nas je odvela na drugi kraj,ali uz pomoc domacina smo uspjesno pronašli.
• Melina (10/5): - The owner was very friendly and willing to help for anything we needed. The communication was excellent, whenever we called or sent a message we always had a quick reply. The room itself, although small, it had everything we needed and was clean. It surely met our expectations. The location was just next to the underground station so we quickly got anywhere we needed.

• Emma (7/5): Comfortable - It was a basic room, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and was hot. It was comfortable enough for one night. The room was cold, however we found an electric heater in the wardrobe. The wasn’t a bin in the room to dispose of our rubbish.

• SANTIAGO (4/5): No es Hotel, mucho para mejorar! - Lo mejor era que estaba frente a la estacion de Metro. Varias cosas: 1- Llegamos y la direccion indicada no era correcta. 2-Esperamos 45 minutos en la calle a que llegue el Asistente. 3- La habitacion muy pequña. 4- El colchon se hundia, en muy mal estado. 5- Supuestamente con cocina para compartir, pero no estaba habilitada. 6- El pasillo y accesos mucha suciedad, sin mantenimiento. 7- Habia solo 1 cuchara junto a los 2 juegos de tasas, no habia vasos. 8- Baño, no habia repuesto jabon o champu. En resumen sacando que la habitacion era pequeña, el resto es mejorable con un poco de inversion y voluntad. No es un Hotel, son habitaciones en alquiler, de baja calidad.

• johan (8/5): Excellent cost-benefit option , clean and confortable - Clean, comfortable for a short stay, literally in front of the tube station, restaurants and supermarkets in less than 2 min walk distance; fridge, coffee, kettle, towels. - everything an expensive hotel has and only 4 stations away from city of London. - I would definitely stay again. The neighbourhood is not as quiet as I would prefer

• Gerald (10/5): Great hotel BKG 🏨 well done - The staff very friendly helpful ..the room was great value for money and the location very convenient. That we could only stay one night ...we should've stayed longer and will in the future

• Keely (8/5): Great Location, Great Service! - Loved the Location, close to where I was going to class. Great friendly service! Very clean, and safe! It is on a busy road. I was set, with a mask and ear plugs. But if you are a light sleeper not for you. Just be aware.

• Alison (9/5): Great value London weekend accommodation. . - We were late booking our accommodation but everything was seamless. We made early contact with Ali and he happily gave us travel advice to get there. He arrived within minutes of our arrival and went through all the security access codes, room facilities and travel advice for our evening event. He even txt the numbers to us and made sure we tested it before he left us. A member of staff was available by phone 24/7 which gave us reassurance but thankfully we didn't need to use it. Due to the location there was a lot of traffic noise and sirens but that's to be expected near roads and in any built up area. It didn't bother us but future guests might benefit from taking earplugs with them. Our room was on 1st floor, 1 flight of stairs (inside the secure front door). I managed on my crutches, I hadn't mentioned my mobility issues at time of booking.

• Tsun (2/5): A bad living experience and I couldn’t sleep. - The location which is very close to the underground station. Supermarket needs 5mins walk. Lots of Indian restaurants nearby. The bed sheets have LOTS of fleas!!! Very dirty and bite me all night. Hopefully I didn’t bring them home. There is no body wash or shampoo. The guy said it was stolen by someone and needs me to buy it by myself. When I was arriving, I didn’t know the actual address. I phoned the guy and he said it was the emergency problem. I need to stand outside with my heavy luggage for half an hour on 30 degrees and waiting for him, but he said it just only needs to take about 10mins. Actually he was just walking to the place. The door was only locked password which is very unsafe. How about if someone knows about the password? The room like an oven in summer which is very hot and can’t breathe especially after you getting showers. The fridge was off and I touched the dirty water. Wifi sometimes very good and bad. I couldn’t use it. Anyway only saying sorry is nothing to help anyone, hopefully no one will be the next victim.

• Alexandra (5/5): Passable stay if you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to rest your head - Good value for money for a budget stay in London. Opposite a tube station allowing easy access around the city. The apartment is located on a busy main road, near a hospital, so it was very noisy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Although the bedding, shower, toilet and main surfaces were adequately clean, the apartment itself wasn’t the cleanest - things like the window ledges needed a good dusting.

It would be better if u put slippers in the room so we could use it for bathroom and toilet. A bit smell of restaurant food if u open windows. And also if u travelling with luggage i advise u to ask the room from first floor as the stairs are non that comfy

Also, I paid £30 for a late checkout, even though the property had a code lock on both the main entrance and the room door. However, they did not provide the room door code when I arrived. Very bad!, if your plane has a delay, you pay £30.
