- MD (10/5): - This accommodation is very cosy and very close to Windham Mountain. The room we had has a kitchenette and the only complaint is the bathroom door would be better as a door not sliding door. We went to see the fall foliage but please note Windham Mojntain does NOT do the skyrides anymore. If you stay here for that, you’ll have to drive to Hunter mountain.
- Ashley (10/5): - The pool was closed for the season but looked like it was very nice. It is across the street so wouldn't be the easiest to access. There was a game room with a few arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. Maybe consider a coin machine in the room? The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Would definitely stay again!

- David (8/5): Go for the views and town, stay for the pool - Interesting place. Obviously a ski condo, so not too busy in the summer. Top-notch pool in a gorgeous setting. Rest of the complex was surprisingly ramshackle and of motel-like construction, unusual for a condo.

- Alicia (8/5): - Nice simple clean condos located a 5 minute drive from Windham mountain. Clean efficiencies, no fancy frills. Bed was comfy. Pull out couch squeaky and off kilter for my son. Decent gym and game room. Water from tap is sulfuric and smells, so if you take a bath that’s the aroma. Surprised they don’t provided filtered water or a few bottles for drinking. I asked front desk, and the reception employee recommended a trip to the convenience store if I wanted drinkable water! The work around, I figured out in my own: there is a bottle filler in gym that has filtered water.

Our room was clean and the view was gorgeous. Great market next door. We will definitely come back again, even if we just want to get away for the weekend.

The walls are paperthin, we could hear the neighbor kids bouncing about at 10pm... Regrettably, the small restaurant that was part of the property has closed, so one needs to drive into W for dinner, also, no continental breakfast or any other service beyond the bare room.

- Aaron Harold (8/5): Overnight on the road in Windham - This was an overnight stay in with the surprisingly nice town of Windham The room was bright and roomy and well appointed but the queen size sofa bed needs a new mattress and the chair needs new springs or a brand new chair

There is a refrigerator and it is larger than the usual dorm size. They need to have something in writing to say there is free coffee and tea in the lobby area for guests

I complained but wasn't fixed. Also the 2nd night there was a family with kids who ran around the halls jumping from 6am. Also its advertised theres a restaurant but it doesnt say its closed.

Kids love the game room as an after ski activity. Only wish the kitchen was equipped with dishwasher and stocked with cooking oil.

Needless to say it was very disappointing since the website said they did. Therefore, after checking in i had to find somewhere else. Not what I had planned on at all.

Jason at the front desk was fabulous but everything else in the hotel was horrible. Room smelled. Stains all over the place. I couldn’t fathom sleeping there ever again. Bed was horrible. Pillows smelled like the sweat of the previous person that stayed there. Never again.

Love the location - right next to Hickory Hill Market and just 5 minutes to Windham Mountain and restaurants in town. Another bonus - they have electric car chargers! We’d definitely stay here again!

The property is very nice and has a convenient store next to it that has a lot of grocery strore items. We had a nice dinner at the restuarant. 5 minute walk to town for other restaurants.

The two-burner stove, sink and small refrigerator was good and there was a good assortment of pots, pans and utensils so we could prepare our breakfast and thanksgiving dinner. Family room area was good for relaxing and watching tv. Balcony would be nice if weather was warmer. We could have done without the snow blowing prior to 8am.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Haven in North Catskills - We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. This is an old property and there were the frustrations typical of such places. Like no wifi signal in the room, bugs in the room and finicky showers, dated game-room. However, this is a pretty remote area and one needs to have the right expectations. We enjoyed the stay. Here is why: The room was great, because it gave everyone the space and privacy we wanted. We were comfortable and the room was a haven to come back to after a hard day of sightseeing and hiking. Even though the property is old, it is clear that they had re-done the room with fresh tile, carpet, nice TVs, nice beds, etc. Even though it still looks rustic, it is clear that they put effort and money into it. For example, the windows are Anderson wood windows. What's one or two bugs when the point of the trip was to be out there in nature? This was quite glamorous from that viewpoint. The property had bikes available free for guests. They are clearly short staffed, but is that a surprise for anyone these days. They get a pass on this. They have an on-site restaurant that seemed to be quite popular with non-guests as well, especially the al fresco dining area. Windham is a very nice village to visit and we could hop on a bike a ride in. Very quaint and quiet with pretty good dining options. The Harvest Market (store and gas station) next door is heavily under-rated. We found a fabulous pizza restaurant in this store. The pizza was top notch.

The rooms are dark due to the every wall including the ceiling being the same pretty shade of teal. It's a bit overwhelming but fine for a short visit. The front desk people were very friendly.

- Verified traveler (10/5): A great stay! - We had a wonderful time at the Winwood Inn! Front desk service was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a little bit dark, but we really appreciated the sliding/screen door that led out to a small patio! The pool was awesome - clean and very well-maintained, with ample lounge chairs and tables. I might recommend signage within the room that provides the wifi information, as well as where to find ice (there was an ice bucket in our room, but no ice machine on our floor - we asked the front desk staff, and they were happy to help). Overall, a great stay!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very clean and cozy. All the staffs were very friendly. Loved the restaurant w/bar downstairs. Firepit in front is special! Enjoyed a glass of wine after skiing. Only wishes would be having a refrigerator and more lights in the room especially in the vanity area. Overall, it was a nice stay with very reasonable price.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Simple, upstate NY getaway - Hotel was clean. Staff was personable & accommodating. Heat was not working in our room the first day, but okay after that. Rooms need more amenities ie. more chairs for sitting, more hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc., more light - room was dark.

Warm and inviting clean and comfortable to sit anywhere either downstairs in the main fireplace living room in a comfortable bar or even dining adjacent to the bar. The unique warm colors of the inn Were enhanced by the tile work Wood floors and carpet. The food was excellent in the restaurant people were extremely friendly and polite what more could you say other than it’s a great place to stay

I wonder if the breakfast would have better choices if they have more guests since it was only cold and store bought items. but you can find other places for breakfast.
- Marie (4/5): - We stood for a long time at the check in desk while the receptionist was on the phone without acknowledging us or apologizing for the delay. The furniture and carpeting were old and dingy, the door to the balcony was dirty and difficult to close for security, and the breakfast was prepackaged pastries and a bowl of hardboiled eggs. And for anyone counting on the advertised Tesla charger: it was posted with a sign that it could not be used between 3PM and 7AM, making it basically useless.
