Boris (5/5): - Местоположение - место очень красивое. Это не 5* отель. Оптимально -3*. SPA условный: представляет собой одну сауну и турецкую парную (в которой слегка пахнет плесенью). Бассеина нет. За доп деньги можно снять джакузи. Все очень старое, требует реновации. Завтрак обычный. На мой взгляд, отель не стоит своих денег.

Don't underestimate how hard the climb is or how amazing the views are. Quad bikes need to be more fun

Personeel doet zijn best en is vriendelijk Heel uitgebreid en goed ontbijt Goeie saunavoorziening Bij het uitchecken werd mij gevraagd een review te schrijven en een 10 te geven. En of ik het direct wilde doen. Werd zelfs druk uitgeoefend. Dit is echt een hele grote no go voor mij > doe dit nooit meer!!! Verder is persoonlijke aandacht fijn maar het moet niet opdringerig gaan voelen. Verder wist men niet dat de kabelbaan gesloten was. Dus voor niets daar naartoe. Is toch wel iets wat personeel mag weten. Keiharde muziek aan de bergzijde van het hotel vind ik niet echt bij de omgeving passen. Het "meer" is een waterreservoir. Niet natuurlijk en dat maakt de omgeving toch iets minder natuurlijk.

Its so good, we’ve already visited five times, and the main reason we keep coming back is the incredible level of care and professionalism from the staff. From the moment you arrive, the check-in team and Ms Nigar Khalilova at guest service sets the tone for the entire stay. They are warm, organized, and extremely professional. Every visit they greet my family with genuine hospitality and make the check-in process smooth and welcoming. It really feels like they remember and value their returning guests, and they are always attentive to our needs. One of the highlights of every morning is the five-star breakfast. The selection is fantastic and there is truly something for everyone. You’ll find freshly baked croissants, breads, and pastries, a variety of cheeses and honey, soups, and a made-to-order omelette station. There are also plenty of drinks and other breakfast favorites. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and a wonderful way to start the day. The spa facilities are another standout feature with my go to being a deep tissue massage The rooms are always clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to settle in and relax. Mubariz (9/5): Great mountain hotel with beautiful views and convenient access to the ski slopes. - Beautiful location in the mountains with direct access to the ski resort. The views are amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well designed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a perfect place for a short ski getaway. The morning iftar breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and the quality did not meet the expectations of a hotel of this level.
Galyna (7/5): - Близость к подъемнику , хорошие завтраки , красивый вид , хороший ресторан Под окнами номеров паркуются автобусы с туристами , почему нельзя закрыть парковку под окнами ? Отель не уютный , толпы туристов, которые не катаются, а просто пришли сфотографироваться и не проживают в отеле . Намного лучше жить в Riverside hotel и на подъемнике приезжать уже на горку.

Fabrizio (10/5): - Приезжаем в этот отель не в первый раз. Очень нравится место, расположение отеля, природа. Ресторан Панорама радует разнообразием блюд. Помимо местной кухни, каждый раз появляются новые европейские блюда. Персонал очень вежливый и заботливый. Чистота в номерах - идеальная. Убирают каждый день, через два дня меняют белье. В этот раз нам сделала бесплатный апгрейд номера, было очень приятно. Если вы любите зимние виды спорта, то вам именно сюда. Несколько уровней спуска среди красивых гор. Очень опытные инструктора, как для взрослых, так и для детей. Мы остались довольны нашей поездкой. Радует забота менеджеров отеля во время пребывания. Отличный завтрак, широкий ассортимент. Каждое утро в меню что-то новое. Атмосфера в отеле очень дружелюбная и спокойная.

hedo013 (8/5): Забота персонала на высокм уровне - Размеры апартаментов, чистота, услужливость и забота персонала. За пол часа до окончания завтрака, персонал любезно сообщает по whatsapp, что если мы не можем спуститься, то они сами могут понять еду в номер. Парковки не было под зданием, она на открытом месте перед отелем и в 50 метрах от отеля. Номер нельзя самому обогреть, кондиционер только на холод стоит, а отопитель возле панорамного окна, много шумит нежели обогревает.

Shara (9/5): Excellent - Its very clean especially the couch and bed. Bathroom is clean too. breakfast had a lot of options especially with breads and cheeses. Lots of activities to do in the hotel. Has lots of restaurants to choose and not too expensive None at all

Additionally, the hotel staff was exceptional — very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
