The breakfast offers rich variation of food and is very delicious. Also the room is clean and with beautiful mountaim view, you can peacefully enjoy your coffee from the balcony. • Adam (1/5): - Honestly, I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The hotel description on Booking claims beautiful views and spacious, nice rooms, but this is not true. The photos are misleading. When I arrived, the elevators didn’t work, and everything was dirty and old. The rooms felt like apartments, the carpets were filthy, insects were everywhere, and the air conditioner was old and didn’t work. The sofa was torn and moldy, and the air conditioning tile broke when I used it. The hotel is located among poor apartment buildings; the location is unsuitable. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and it should be closed. The trip from Baku to Gabala took five hours. Overall, this hotel is overrated and not worth its star rating.

• Asif (1/5): Don’t waste your money stay away at any cost - We had a terrible experience at this hotel, and the main issue was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the hotel manager told us the AC would start working within 2 hours — it never did. We called the reception around 7 PM, and they said someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up. We called again — still nothing. At 1 AM, we called again and were simply told to “open the windows and sleep.” It was impossible to sleep in that heat — temperatures were 37°C during the day and around 27°C at night. The next morning, I complained to the manager. He again promised it would be fixed, but the same issue continued into the second night. We finally checked out early and spoke to the manager again. This time, he admitted there was a fault and said everyone was facing the same problem. I asked him why they didn’t inform us at check-in, so we could have chosen to stay somewhere else. No apology, no compensation, no discount offered. This hotel is not cheap — and for the price they charge, the basic expectation of a working AC and honest communication should be met. They took the money knowing there was a major issue, and showed no professionalism in handling it. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. It completely ruined our trip, and we wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. We didn’t like anything about this hotel

• Farazi (5/5): Not choosing this hotel again - Location It was impossible to close the door of the balcony, I contacted the receptionist and he mentioned “yes, we know about this issue, that’s why we are not offering the room in your neighborhood tonight for anyone”. No one informed me about it before the check-in, though they knew about the problem. I could not sleep all night long due to feeling insecure with open balcony door.

Noticed very late that the other room was not getting warmed up as the room with sofas , but was not uncomfortable either.
• Daren (7/5): Pleasant stay - I got the triple room, and the space was spacious. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and the room was quiet. Parking was free. All in all, it was good value for money. one issue, which was the bathroom; smelly and have water leaking, but staff resposed fast and tried to solce the leaking as much as possible. Also, the hotel didn't have a sliding ramp for the luggage, or if you have a wheelchair so it was quite difficult carrying the luggage through the entry or through the stairs that led to the lift. Breakfast was ok but can be much better.

• Alexander (9/5): Superb - When I made a reservation for this hotel I was a bit skeptical. Because the appearance of the building itself did not look very attractive. However, inside everything is magnificent, beautiful and clean. The staff greeted me very attentively. As for the room, yes, the flooring is old, but it was super clean. Everything worked fine in the shower, there were no leaks anywhere. The bed linen was also clean. We checked in, went to have lunch, and when we returned, a kettle was already waiting for us in the room, although we did not remind the staff about this. Almost opposite the hotel there is a good medium-sized supermarket. So I got exactly what I needed from the accommodation, according to my habits during the trip. So I can safely give an excellent rating. P.S. There is also a parking lot next to the reception, which I also used
