• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the resort is quite remote but that's what we were looking for. You can ride the bike (if you are in good shape) or take a taxi to the tip of Borneo. We drove with Jenny. She has an old car but it has AC and Jenny is very nice. The bungalows are spacious. Since it was low season we got a unit in the front row. We were disappointed that the "Biostation" does not exist anymore. Access to the ocean in front of the resort is difficult. You need to walk a little bit to have better access. Only the ares in front of the resorts are cleaned up. Overall we spent some nice quiet days at the resort.
• Jay Pee EvaneZ (2/5): The owner is rude. Very bad experience. - The owner is rude. The grass not trimmed. Really hard to walk on the trail. Beach is dirty full off trash. No wifi. Very poor service.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, clean and large. Resort is quiet. Snorkelling trip is wonderful. Food is tasty, but sometimes takes a while to arrive.
• Isabella (6/5): Sigh.. - The name is misleading in a lot of ways but nice location that is calm. Service in all areas is substandard and the beach is extremely dirty with very little access. Being a bio resort more effort can be done in trying to keep the beach clean. Grounds at the resort equally the same, unkempt which is a harbour for. Mosquitos to thrive
• Douglas (8/5): Peaceful stay - Amazing place but staff service let’s it down. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach is great. Very quiet. The scuba centre led up by Giovanni is the highlight. Giovanni was a great instructor and we went out for a great scuba dive one morning. The restaurant staff really let this place down. Unhelpful, no special request, very little knowledge of vegetarianism. Recommend for a short stay in peace. Need a car rental and eat out elsewhere
• Farhana (10/5): - Perfect for serene and tranquile seekers. Staffs are incredibly helpful
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 1) Too outskirt from other people and the road leading to the site is through a plantation, not proper tarmac road. It was too dark and dangerous at night. 2) Staffs at the cafe don't have basic serving rules, he handed the fork and knife pointed the sharp part to me. 3) Toasted bread was cold and hard when they served. 4) Orange juice only served when we were done with the whole breakfast. 5) Dogs were everywhere, even at the dining area and they came to our table asking for food. 6) Overall compound not kept well and the beach were left unattended. 7) No kettle in the hut, not even a mineral water bottle, no beverage facilities at all.. guests have to walk (distance depends on location of your hut) to cafe to get water from water dispenser or make orders if the cafe still open.
• Sheena (2/5): Terrible experience - Had problem with checkin, only able to checkin at 9.00pm. Had to wait for almost 3 hrs due to the hotel's system glitch (double booking). No refund received, no complimentary drinks, only an apology when they handed over the key at 9.00pm. Dirty restaurant with dogs sitting around while guests having breakfast & dinner. Breakfast finished at 8.30am. A lot of ants inside of the sugar pot. Cleanliness of the resort in overall is not well maintained. Will not come again and will not recommend to friends & family.

• ayumi (4/5): 自然を満喫？ - とにかく、何もない。それを望んでるならいい。 扉は歪んで鍵が閉まらない。 部屋は以外と清潔な感じだがヤモリや虫だらけ、テレビない。アメニティなし、WiFi繋がらない。 ご飯食べてたら、犬や猫が集まって来る。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Wonderful location - When you can find it, its a beautiful resort. The staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. Nice to be so close to nature but having creature comforts.
• alex (8/5): Beach behind the hotel is unique - The journey to the hotel location is exciting. Long journey drive to plantation and rural area to arrive at the hotel. The signage is not sufficient. The hotel should have more signage leading to the hotel.
• Francis J (8/5): Beautiful Spot - This is a very nice place to stay - great location, plenty to do (and plenty of scope to do nothing, if that's your preference). The cabins are fine - comfortable and clean, with a small verandah to sit on. The restaurant was pretty good - basic, but good. Strange that there was no fruit on offer, but that's a small quibble.

• Claire (8/5): Far from the madding crowd - A beautiful location far from the tourists of Borneo’s more popular tourist spots. Great rooms and nice food. Fabulous day snorkeling with dive instructor Giovanni & his wife.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Highly recommend, close to tip of Borneo. - The wooden huts are beautiful, clean, spacious and very well built. Lovely area to sit outside of your hut and lots of space around each hut. Really comfortable and a feel of luxury. The food was extremely good at the restaurant. You can swim in the little bays between the flat rocks and walks right and left take you to beautiful isolated beaches. Snorkelling is really good and lots to see in the rock pools. Quite nice to have the variety. Rubbish is on the beaches but no diff to other areas. Having the luxury of the rooms was really nice and great value for money considering other accommodation in the area. Very relaxing environment on the site as well. The management and reception were helpful and friendly.

• Kenneth (10/5): for jungle and sea lovers - tranquility, jungle and beach amazing, spectacular view of reef, coastal mountains and thunder clouds
• Charmaine (8/5): Great place to be away from the city - It was a pleasant stay with nice scenery and away from the town. Our dinner was great as the fish cook was fresh. Breakfast was so so and lunch was a bit salty. Great place to relax. However, the other guest was quite noisy late at night.
