• Abbie (5/5): Staff and hotel great however unaware of the location. - The staff were great and very helpful! Arranged a bike for us directly to the hotel and the same when returning it! Only small place so the pool was always quiet and clean. Without any fault to the hotel or staff, the location of the property was within walking distance to the harbour which was handy when carrying suitcase however there was a lot of noise around the property due to being in close distance to the local mosque which we were unaware of. This meant that between the hours of 04:30 and 05:00 hours we were woken daily in the morning to prayer and also in close distance to a hostel which could be loud at night.

Wir haben zwar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein besseres zimmer bekommen, das aber leider auch nicht wirklich prickelnd war. Moskitonetz gehören ausgetauscht, waren sehr speckig.die Allgemeine Sauberkeit war auch nicht vorhanden. Trotz alledem waren die Jungs einfach nur toll
• Robert de Wit (8/5): Leuk verblijf met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - Huisje was leuk en personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk Zaten vlakbij Moskee, om 5u in de ochtend begint gebed. Geen problemen mee maar je wordt hier wel wakker van. Beoordeling voor locatie kan dus ook goed zijn als je hier geen last van heb of zelf in gebed wil. Matras was niet heel schoon, op verzoek hebben ze wel het beddengoed nogmaals vervangen

• laure (8/5): Séjour de 4 nuits un peu déçu par rapport au photo - Le personnel est très sympa le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus Au vu des photos nous nous attendions à mieux je pense que ça vient du fait que nous ayons un chambre à l’étage un peu comme si nous n’étions pas dans l’hôtel les petites maison avait l’air bien mieux notre chambre etait spacieuse mais donnait dans la rue et énormément de bruit le soir la salle de bain pas top il pleuvait à l’intérieur et tout etait mouillé mais vraiment je pensée que ça vient de la chambre

We had the family room and it had a little lounge so my son could sleep on it. The location was great and walking distance to the beach ⛱️ The ac stopped working so the first night we were hot but the staff quickly fixed it for us and offered solutions which we were happy with. • line (10/5): Une semaine au paradis 🌺🤿🌅 - La qualité de notre bungalow était merveilleuse ! elle comprenait tout le nécessaire : petit frigo, clim, nécessaire de toilettes, de l’eau potable à disposition 24/24, une petite télé avec netflix et youtube, une piscine sympa et surtout un petit déjeuné à la carte délicieux ! Au niveau de l’emplacement, vous serez à 5min à pied du port (lieu de vie principal de l’île), et nous aurez la possibilité de louer vélo ou scooter juste en face. Le personnel était aussi aux petits soins, ils avaient même appris quelques mots de français pour nous !

• karen (8/5): Earplugs need during Ramadan - This place is a little hidden gem in the back street not far from the harbour ,the staff are amazing the room are nice & big with a cold ac,breakfast is basic but nice They failed to tell us that it was ramadan at the time I booked & the mosque has speakers that covers 40% of the island very loud & goes off 5 times a day including 6pm - midnight then again at 3 am & 5am & Ramadan last 30days so check before booking.

They ask if room cleaning needs to be done every day, which is great. We had bad luck with weather so the open shower was not the greatest thing. As we also traveled in Ramadan so the call to prayer was very often, but overall very good, not much they could do about it!!

Der var huller i væggene, en evig summen og hul under døren ud til hvilket gjorde at det vrimlede med myrer. Udover termitter fandt vi konstant larver i sengen, om de kommer fra loftet er os en gåde. Problemet med insekter blev så kraftigt, da vi blev ædt i løbet af natten og efterladt med kradsene bid mærker, at vi blev nødsaget til at finde et andet hotel på vores sidste dag

Çünkü gece kulüpleri ve diğer eğlence merkezlerinden ses geliyor. Otele bin gün önce check in yapmak için mesajla irtibata geçtiğimde mümkün olabileceğini söylediler. Ancak Booking.com’daki rezervasyonumdan bir gün önce gittiğimde maalesef yer olmadığını söylediler ki aslında kendilerine mesajla sorduğumda Booking.com’da yer olduğu görünüyordu. Sonrasında bana kalacak bir yer ayarlayacaklarını söylediler ama ayarlamaya çalıştıkları oda üç yataklı olduğu için rezervasyon yapamadılar. Netice itibariyle kendim bir otel buldum. Valizleri taşımak konusunda yardımcı oldukları için teşekkürler.

Special mention to the staff, who are extremely kind and welcoming. A bit more soundproofing would have been appreciated. The breakfast was fine but could be more varied.

Perfect for small families, pretty close to the main street and beach. Very close to the minaret, started at 04:30 every morning. But that's their culture, so what to do? Outdoor shower and toilet, with “no” hot water. The staff told us to keep it in for at least 2 minutes, but it was not warm anyway.

• Mirjam (4/5): Super Lage, nettes Personal aber nicht sauber - Super Lage. In 3-4 min direkt an der Strandpromenade. Freundliches Personal. Leider waren wir bei der Ankunft bereits sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und hatte nur ein kleines Fenster. Die Luft im Bungalow war dauerhaft sehr feucht, sodass alles stets etwas klamm wirkte. Das Strohdach ist geruchstechnisch aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Pool ist bereits stark in die Jahre gekommen und hat uns persönlich nicht angesprochen. Das Badezimmer war leider wirklich sehr schmutzig. Die Toilette hatte offenbar noch nie eine Klobürste gesehen, und die Klobrille war bei der Ankunft mit Urinflecken vom Vorgänger übersät. Aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände können wir leider keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Auch das Frühstück hat uns anschließend nicht mehr angesprochen, da wir hygienische Bedenken hatten.

Tea and coffee facilities and room includes refrigerator. Small swimming pool Breakfast included with various choices available and fruit juices with tea or coffee. Staff were super friendly and very helpful The shower in bathroom is openair Unfortunately when I arrived building repair work was being carried out and a couple of the cottages being renovated. Even as I checked in I could hear the drilling and hammering. This continued for 5 days and so I booked in to another hotel for 2 days just to relax in peace and quiet next to a pool. This has obviously affected the rating I am giving - otherwise it would have been an 8. The thatch roof does attract insects but by using the mosquito net the bed was kept free of any creatures.

Les chambres ne sont pas entretenus. Nous avons fait enlever la moustiquaire qui était sale. Nous avions des mites dans notre lit. Il y avait un trou dans le plancher en bois. Les vélos sont en mauvais état. L’hôtel est situé à côté de la Mecque, réveil tous les matins à 5h.

• Ramona (10/5): exceptional place! - I don’t know where to start - everything was fantastic! Upon arrival we were greeted so nicely! The cute room was available earlier than expected and was well cleaned. Loved the open bathroom! Great pool and overall beautiful environment. Loved the cats! The staff was exceptional and so nice and smiley every time we got up in the morning, went out or came back. Huge thanks to them!! Enough breakfast options even for me as a vegan. Water refill all day was a plus. No noise after 10pm. Close to the port, restaurants, shops etc. The mattress could have been a little more firm but that’s just my taste. Nothing else :)
• Michael (9/5): Beautiful place will be back - Fantastic location, 5 minute from port, saves using horses, staff so polite and helpful, beautiful island, you must try the open air cinemas Nothing a few bugs, but that has got to be accepted
