• viet (2/5): We do not recommend this motel. - First, the positives: the hallway and elevator are nice, we slept well, and it wasn't noisy. It's more like a motel than a hotel. However, words fail us to describe the negatives: - Horribly expensive for what it is - Entrance through a garage, not great - Almost no storage (no wardrobe or coat rack, everything is old) - The bathroom was really unwelcoming, even dirty (it needed a good scrub with vinegar), we didn't dare use it - Neither of the two rooms we rented smelled fresh, everything was dilapidated - One air conditioner smelled awful (we turned it off), the other didn't work - Condoms were available, like in a brothel Nothing negative to report regarding the staff, though.
• Mashruna (5/5): Except for location nothing else is attractive about this love motel - Location. Walk from seomyeon exit 15 Its a love motel cause there were condoms as part of amenities. Very late check in 8 pm and early checking out 12 pm. Ac doesn’t work at all only blowing at fan speed. Cleaning was horrendous found eyelash stuck to bathroom mirror. limescale in shower surface and really dim lighting. Apart from the location nothing else works so be really mindful before selecting.
• catan mania (3/5): 장단점 고루고루 - 위치 좋고 스타일러가 아주아주아주 맘에 듦 옛날 ㅇㅇ장이나 모텔이었던듯. 청소는 열심히 잘 해주시는것같으나 욕실 시설이 너무 오래됨 샤워기 헤드도 교체해야할것같고 욕실슬리퍼는 객실마다 좀더 좋은게 있어야 좋은 인상을 줄듯. 매트리스가 푹신푹신하진 않음

• Kateřina (1/5): For next stay is better find another hotel - Whole room smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay, the smoke could not be vented out, if you don't want to smell cigarettes for the rest of your stay, I recommend finding another hotel. The cleanliness of the room could also be better, for example the bathroom was not tidy and nobody want háve a shower or bath in the bathtub.

• PerkyNomad (9/5): Comfortable but dark room in good location - It's a very clean, efficient place with good facilities, excellent location, and a comfortable bed. My room was 9th floor and had a good view over Busan. Very good value. The window is very small so the room is dark. Not a problem if you're out during the day.
• Saurav (5/5): Cheap stay in central Busan - Location was excellent - right in the heart of the Seomyeon area with good places to eat and go shopping. Value was great to - very cheap rate for a private room The bathroom was fairly unclean with stains in the bathtub and generally looked old. The beds were quite hard. No powerpoints or light switches near the bed so had to keep getting up and moving to the desk area to charge devices and turn the lights on and off. No secure luggage storage after checking out - you just had to leave it in the open lobby right inside the entrance.
• Lea (6/5): Naja - Preis okay aber dafür auch Abstriche in Sauberkeit - Sehr gute Lage und guter Preis! Wir hatten Schimmel an der Wand und die Tapete hat sich bereits gelöst. Im Badezimmer kennt man keinen Kalkreiniger und wir hatten dunkle Haare in der Badewanne. Die Badewanne ist so geschnitten, dass das Wasser dort teilweise nicht abfließt, was zu Verfärbungen geführt hat. Die Waschmaschine ist unfassbar dreckig. Ich habe das Gummi der Waschmaschine mit Tüchern gereinigt und es kam dunkler Schlamm heraus. Das war einfach eklig.

• Yanting (7/5): - 地理位置非常棒！離地鐵西面站 15 號出口很近。強烈建議（尤其是女生）從這個出口過來，因為沿途都是走大馬路再轉進去，不用鑽比較暗的巷子，晚上走起來安全安心很多。 住宿位在傳統市場街邊，但還沒到賣魚肉的地方，所以不太會有異味。樓下直接就有兩攤韓式魚板和辣炒年糕可以吃，旁邊還有 CU 便利商店，生活機能滿分。 住宿的類型比起民宿，感覺比較像是汽車旅館。雖然設施偏復古一點，但房間配備算蠻齊全的（電視超級大！），而且櫃檯的大叔人很好，有需求都會盡量幫忙解決。 缺點就是插座太少！房間外面只有四個孔，剛好被電視、機上盒、冰箱和吹風機插滿。如果需要幫自己的電子產品充電，就得在這些設備上拔來拔去輪流使用，稍微有些不便。

• Simon (8/5): Good location, spacious room, good value for money - English speaking staff Size of the room and it's layout Amenities in the room View (no view from the window) I visited in early spring (outside temperature max. 18-20 degrees), but without using the AC, room got very hot. Floor heating was continuously on, maybe I just didn't figure out how to turn it off (despite trying to set the temperatures on the thermostat), but the temperature in the room could rise up to 26-27 degrees.

• Leah (6/5): Not bad if standards are low - The room is large and has a good tv. WiFi was good. Water pressure was good for showers. There was a great price for the days that we stayed here. Bathroom was really not clean. There is grime and limescale everywhere, water on the floor at first arrival. Bed was hard. It is about 2 minutes to the seomyon metro line but it takes a long time to get to any place on this metro like 40 mins plus. There is never any greetings from staff. Some items in the room are very run down like the table was completely covered in mould in the underside, there was a hairbrush ? Towels didn’t feel clean etc
• WAI (9/5): - Good value for the money Good location, just 2 minutes walk from the the Seomyeon Station exit 15. There are lots of food shop around the hotel and there is a 24 hours convinience shop just beside the hotel. Large room size, a big size queen bed, a 65 inch TV in the room, small fridge provided, big shower room with bathtub, housekeeping everyday and 3 mineral water also provided everyday. Only the facilities and equipments in the bathroom need to change new or renovate.

• hanako (8/5): ちょっと古いことに目をつぶれば、最高のロケーションに格安に泊まれる - 西面15番出口から3分以内、エスカレーター、エレベーターのある13番出口からも5分以内と立地がよい 釜田市場へのアクセスも抜群 部屋は広く、バスタブがついている 床暖房があり、いつも部屋が暖かい レセプションには必ず人がいる。英語も簡単な内容なら意思疎通ができる チェックアウトが12:00なので、ギリギリまで買い物をしたモノを部屋でパッキングできる 温水の水圧が低く、バスタブにお湯をためるのに1時間ほど要する チェックインが週末(金曜日含む)は20:00というのは遅すぎると思う。荷物をフロント近くに置いてどこかで時間をつぶす必要がある 風呂の設備とかが古い、水垢がついているのを気にする人は気にするだろう バスタオルはフロントに言えばもらえるが、部屋には置かれていなかった
