• Freerk (8/5): - Due to unforeseen reasons I had to book a last minute room in Hiroshima. This is hotel is located away from the main action and since it was last minute and in the weekend it was quite pricey to be honest. The hotel was clean and comfortable though. If I had booked in advance at a lower price it would have gotten a higher rating.

• Mitch (4/5): Should not be called a hotel as no service is available like in hotels. Locations unavoidable 10 min walk from closest t - This is not a hotel, it’s a self-serve Airbnb style accommodation with no staff available on site. It shouldn’t be called a hotel, there’s no daily service or tidy or fresh towels, you’re expected to take your rubbish out yourself and the staff are not willing to accommodate your needs. There is also nowhere to store your clothing or hang your towels forcing us to use the only chairs and little table for storage of clothes and drying of towels. They ask all patrons to be quiet and they can’t control how others act but you hear every sound, should consider investing in soundproofing.

• Carlos Arbey (7/5): Conveniente si te quedas poco tiempo. - Es conveniente si necesitas un lugar para descansar y si no te piensas quedar mucho tiempo. El auto check in es conveniente aunque un poco molesto ya que si no estas familiarizado con el procedimiento te puede tomar tiempo. Esta un poco lejos de todo, y las instalaciones no tiene ascensor cuando te pueden poner una habitación en el 5to piso lo cual se puede poner engorroso con maletas.

Strange man outside every evening watching us and what rooms we were going in, there’s no staff on sight but I’m assuming he was related to the hotel. Just made us uncomfortable.

• Yusuke (1/5): クソ - 雨をしのいで一晩過ごせたこと 値段に合わない、最低なホテルだった。 値段のつり上げが卑怯。足元見すぎで利用者をバカにしてる。新幹線動かない非常事態とは言え値段の10倍以上はやり過ぎ。通常の3500円なら納得できるクオリティも40000円なら許せなくなる。余ってる部屋のやりくりを考えたほうがいい。誰も納得しない。

• 名津美 (5/5): - 近くにコンビニもあるし、アクセスもそれなりに良かったです。 1泊2日で利用しましたが、短期の滞在には良いかなと思いました。 チェックインしてから外出する際に、鍵のかけ方がわからず戸惑いました。見たらわかるんじゃない？と思われるかもしれませんが、鍵の開け方同様閉め方も書いておいて頂けると助かります。 また、別の利用客の方が部屋を間違えてだとは思うのですが、明け方の4時過ぎ頃、部屋で寝ていると何度も解錠音→ドアガチャガチャされてとても怖かったです。三度ほどして隣の部屋へ向かって同じ事をした後その階を離れて行ったのですが、セキュリティ面に少し不安を感じました。

It wasnt clearly mentioned that there was no lift, luckily we were on the first floor up a circular staircase which was awkward with bags. • Jad (6/5): - A spartan place which is fine when on a tight budget, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the unstaffed check-in process was slightly annoying after a long travel day. The lack of elevator was less than ideal for carrying up our suitcase as well. I’d only recommend this place to backpackers and people who like camping.

• 神徳 (3/5): 1人暮らしの友達の部屋に泊めてもらう感じ - 急遽の泊まりで予約が取れたところ。 WiFiは早くて素晴らしかった。 値段が高すぎます。お盆シーズンなので高いと言われたらしょうがないですが、3万円は高過ぎです。素泊まりでこの部屋の設備なら2人で1万円(1人5000円)が相場では？

• Kiyoko (6/5): - 口コミを見て予約してたのである程度不便さは覚悟してましたが、チェックイン時まず施設に入るオートロックが分かりづらく焦りましたが、時間はかかりましたが無事泊まる事が出来ました。 今回は寝るだけの宿だったからあまり気にならなかったですが、壁が薄いのかこちらが無音の際は隣の話し声が聞こえてくる感じでビックリしました。 GW時だから、まぁこの金額で泊まれたから良しとします。
• Frederic (10/5): Cozy hotel - Good location, clean and cost effective hotel. The rooms are not very big but they are in good condition and functional even for 3 adults. They provided delicious coffee (which you can get more of from the lobby). The fridge and microwave were convenient. The area is quiet at night. There is no attendant to check in but they have a tablet with adequate English instructions. There is also no elevator but despite being on the top (5th) floor we didn't find this to be an issue (get a few more steps in!)
• James (6/5): - Walk up was 5 flights up, outside and in the snow one day: cold and slippery! Shared lounge was nice with seating and mini kitchen. Room was poorly laid out, furnishings didn’t fit well, needs redesigned. Property was 15 minute walk from nearest train station.

• Yoshihisa (8/5): - 事前にレビューを見たみたら賛否両論ありましたが、実際泊まってみた感じはそう悪いところではなかったです。あくまで観光が目的で、寝泊まりできれば良かったのですが、部屋の中は綺麗で清潔感ありましたし、くつろぎやすかったです。気になった点は２つで、ベッドがギシギシうるさいのと、ユニットのバスが狭すぎたことです。お風呂は近くに入浴施設があればいいのでしょうが、探せませんでした。ベッドの軋みだけは何とかしてもらえたら良いと思います。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 問題なく宿泊できました、ありがとうございました。参考に、気付いた点書かせていただきます。 ・受付後に、部屋に上がるにはどこに行けば良いかわからずもたついていたら外国人の職員の方が教えてくださいました。ありがとうございました。 ・エントランスのあちこちに掲示があり、必要な情報(ラウンジに行くにはどうしたらよいのか、など)が分かりづらかったです。 ・ラウンジで調理器具、食器などひと通り揃っているのは助かりました。ただ、ラウンジのトースターが壊れていて使えず残念でした。 ・朝チェクアウト時に、青いパンツ(下着)と白シャツ１枚の男性に建物内(階段)で出くわしビックリしました。下から上がってきたようでしたが、なぜ？となり、防犯面が不安になりました。 以上です。 お世話になりました。
• Charlotte (8/5): - Chambre confortable, tout le matériel et les équipements nécessaires. La salle de vie commune est vraiment géniale. Je n'ai pas forcément eu l'occasion de l'utiliser mais l'espace est vraiment accueillant et l'on s'y sent très bien ! Quartier calme. Agréable séjour.
• Tomas (1/5): Bad - Not much. There're no curtains. There's no noise isolation So be prepared to wake up at 5 in the morning. It is small. It was advertised as a quadruple room. We stayed with 2 adults and a 2 year old. We had to play tetris with our bags. Good luck with 4 adults. Beds were nothing to write home about. We left after 1 night

No hassle but read the reviews beforehand - It was great being so self- sufficient and not having lots of people around I had read the reviews before so no surprises. Only thing I didn’t like was there was an internal door chain that didn’t have anything to connect it to. I wouldn’t have even noticed if it was there but instead it was there but unusable

• Logan (3/5): Poor - Clean. While it was self check in, the process was easy. It was over $230 a night thanks to Golden Week. The beds were uncomfortable, and the washing machine wasn't working. The location is pretty far from most of the fun activities in Hiroshima. If its a good deal, it may be worth it, but it was certainly not worth a high price.

I had troubles with the google maps showing the correct location. I lost all pmt for the stay. The list of rules and steps for check in was incredibly long. I ended up staying at Oriental Hotel for only 20 dollars more per night. The process for check in at this one is arduous. No front desk. Changing their hotel name. They make you do all the work.

• Ronald (9/5): Japanese Homestyle accommodation away from main tourist areas. - These rooms are like small Japanese apartments. They have a microwave and kettle, and there is a table I could work on. I really like this area as it is away from the main tourist centres and near an excellent supermarket. In addition, there is a laundromat close by. When I stay in Hiroshima for any length of time, I prefer staying here Because I just feel like I’m staying in a Japanese suburb rather than a tourist area. Another big plus, is there is a shared lounge area where you can eat and watch television and play games. It’s very good value for money, and the staff are very helpful and kind. it’s actually one of Hiroshima’s best kept secrets. It may not be like a big flashy hotel, but I find it far more comfortable, especially staying for a few days. It’s always my first choice. There is no elevator, and so you do you have to carry your luggage up a staircase. It’s not a problem for any able-bodied person, but just be careful if you have a disability. Otherwise it’s fine.

• Shigetaka (6/5): カーテンがない。 - 狭めの単身者用アパートですね。広島市の地理をよく知らなかった私のせいですが、駅から遠いです。しかも最寄駅は広島駅ではなく横川駅です。人によっては横川駅からさらにバスに乗るかも。狭いですが清潔です。ウォシュレットなしの3点ユニットは古さを感じます。エレベーターがないのは事前に知ってたので問題ないのですが、私の泊まった部屋の窓は遮光性ゼロの障子のような和風の戸がついていて、カーテンも雨戸もないので、夜明けと共に明るくなって目が覚めてしまいました。疲れていて、遅くまで寝たかったので残念でした。 あと、隣や下の人の物音が結構響きます。

• Miwa (5/5): It is more like Backpacker than hotel. - All well coded from checking in to entering our room. The bed was in an angle and really uncomfortable. I felt I was rolling towards left side all the time. We booked 6 nights but we had to wash our towels nearly everyday. We left the place one day shorter than booking.

• Shiro (6/5): エレベーターが有れば尚良かったです - 宿泊に対しては問題はなかったのですが、予約を５階の部屋にしたのですが、エレベーターがなかったため、外階段で５階まで往復する羽目になりました。 そこが残念でしたが、それ以外は部屋も綺麗にしてあり清潔感があったのでとても良かったです

• Verified traveler (8/5): 横川駅徒歩10分。コンビニおよび最寄りのバス停まで徒歩2分の5階建て(エレベータなし)マンションの一 - 横川駅から徒歩10分。コンビニまで徒歩2分。最寄りバス停まで徒歩2分の快適さ。5階建てマンションの1室だが、5階建てでもエレベーターがないことに注意。また部屋着もない。タオルはバスタオルとふぇぃすタオルの両方があり、コンディショナーも完備。冷暖房およびWiFiも完備。おしむらくはシャワーの水圧が低いこと。あと今回予約した501号室の給湯器が故障しちたこと。ただし、連絡後すみやかに確認をしていただき、503号室に変更していただけたことは評価に値する。
