- Shahab (8/5): English communication is poor - The hotel has a good location near to most important touristic locations, is clean, affordable and recommendable None

- Francesco (7/5): - Staff accogliente e disponibile. Stanza basica, colazione essenziale. Ambiente casalingo ed ospitale. Ottimo per brevi soggiorni. Non ho riscontrato particolari criticità a parte l’estetica della camera e la mancanza di ganci e appoggi nel piccolo bagno-doccia
- Khalid Awmer (10/5): -
- Amale (6/5): -
- Noah (9/5): Superb -
- Hayley (9/5): Lovley hotel id happily stay there again for the price. - The staff were amazing so welcoming. You cannot moan about anything for the price which also included breakfast. Slightly hard to find but we got there eventually
- Alisala (10/5): Exceptional - Special thanks to mr Hamid for his kindness and help
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shwan (7/5): Good -
- Michael (5/5): Passable - Very friendly staff, lovely little hotel and great value. Great breakfast also Bed bugs. I stayed in room 204 for 2 nights and had 50+ bites
- Abdalla (10/5): Location + Value for Money - Location is perfect. Short walk to all main city attraction. Staff were excellent especially night shift staff.
Hotel is old and needs renovation but bare in mind for the price and location you won't find a better spot in town. Highly recommend if you're visiting Adana for a couple days Needs renovation
- Dag (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (10/5): Welcoming hotel in centre of city - A comfortable, private and peaceful room, shower with warm water, very friendly and helpful staff, nice lounge downstairs.
Quiet but central area of town The Internet needs to improve for videos
- Mohammed (10/5): Would deffo recommend for a short and good priced stay at Adana. - This place had amazingly friendly staff and I was very happy with my trip. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and I was glad that I had booked here. The location is genuinely good as your in the centre surrounded by many shops and things to do. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. Nothing I could honesty say I didn’t like.
- Ali (5/5): for that price hotel is ok, if they ask me to stay again definitely no - Hotel was quite cheap and location was great hotel needs urgent refurbishment, toilets ceramics was broken was and fallen apart, door wasn't closing, showers drainage was total mess and shower heads holder on wall was broken
- Sodek (1/5): not recommended - I chose this "hotel" because of air condition. So, it didn't work, I informed staff about it, they even didn't check, just gave me a fan. So they knew it doesn't work. A fan is not an air condition, especially if it's 30'C outside. Completely disrespectful behavior
- Benito (9/5): Superb -
- N24GTwilll (2/5): Avoid at All Costs – Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Misrepresented - Avoid at All Costs – Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Misrepresented
This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked for three nights but left after just one due to the appalling conditions.
1. No Hot Water or Functional Shower: There was no hot water during our stay, and the shower pressure was so weak it was nearly unusable.
2. Black Mold: The room had visible black mold, which is not only unsightly but also a health hazard.
3. Misrepresentation: We booked a three-bedroom room that looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. What we got was completely different and unacceptable.
4. Smoke Smell in Non-Smoking Room: Despite booking a non-smoking room, the entire space reeked of cigarette smoke.
5. Filthy Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit hadn’t been cleaned in years, making us feel unwell with sore throats after one night.
6. Flooded Bathroom: The bathroom floor was uneven, causing water from the shower to flow out into the main room, creating a huge puddle.
7. Dirty Towels and Bedding: The provided linens were disgusting—stained and unsanitary.
8. Electrical Hazards: Plugs were hanging out of the walls, with one completely exposed, creating a serious risk of electric shock or fire.
9. Language Barrier and Unhelpful Staff: No staff members spoke English, making it impossible to address our concerns. When we managed to speak to the owner, he was very dismissive and said it's a fine hotel that's been in his family for generations.
10. No Refund Policy: The hotel refused to refund us, claiming they didn’t have the money to refund us, since we paid at the door, there was no way to resolve it through Expedia. They said we'll see a refund in a week when they have the funds to do so, I'll update this review if we ever see this refund.
We showed Expedia photos of the conditions, and they have opened a case against the hotel for false advertising and will be investigating them.
This place is unsafe, unclean, and not at all as advertised. If you value your health, safety, and money, do not book this hotel.
The hotel is saying my review on Google is fake and the photos are not of the hotel, to prove them wrong I've also attached my booking.
- Bilal (5/5): Passable! - The Old Uncle at the reception All the rest
- Rick (8/5): A great welcome but poor finish - Ali received me warmly n I even talked with English speaking mgr who welcomed me. Ali walked me to a $ exchange place then took me to his barber across the street. All using Google Translate. Those funky shower valves! I had zero hot water nxt morn. When I went downstairs, the guy just shrugged his shoulders like there’s nothing he could do about it. Double bad. The bfast was fine but I asked for another egg in light of the hot water and he refused. So good start, but bad finish to my stay.
- Luc (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff. VERY secure parking in a locked down garage. Bathroom could be better
- Mihaela (7/5): Good -
- Yusuf (5/5): If you’re desperate and need a roof over your head for a night or three, it’s definitely worth it. - The location is quite central and the hotel is located in a cute street that kind of smells of history, though I couldn’t comment on the breakfast as I’m a vegan.
Zafer Bey who runs the Hotel is always helpful and so are the old chaps who work on shifts. They’re always willing to help. The hotel definitely needs an update, so the do bed linens and quilts, although it is fair to say they need duvets as the weather gets colder and wetter. The hot water in the bathroom was not he greatest as I had to make sacrifices with coldish water because one must upkeep with the cleanliness.
Also, the most off putting thing for me was for people to smoke in the hotel rooms that leak into other people’s room like a draft is coming through the doors. Seeing an ashtray in my room is a prime example pf how they’re relaxing and allowing people to smoke indoors even though it’s been banned for number of years.
The above are my personal opinions and as a result the price that is charged per night does night justify its price performance.
- Benito (9/5): Superb -
- Nigel (8/5): In the heart of the city. - The staff we incredibly helpful, making sure we had what we need and taking the time to talk to us and get to know us. They have us excellent recommendations for restaurants and local events that we would not have known about otherwise.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful english speaking staff. Situated in a quiet spot right in the middle of town, major sights within walking distance. Nice rooftop terrace. Strong Wi-fi
- Vasil (2/5): Very poor - Reception staff was friendly Absolutely filthy room. Never cleaned during the entire week. Broken AC that flooded the room.
- Stanislav (8/5): Very good - Staff is unbelievable friendly
- Mudhafer (1/5): Bad -
- Ben (9/5): Superb -
- Rawa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Salam (9/5): The owner (Zafer) is amazing. He was welcoming and so helpful around things that have nothing to do with my stay in the - The location and staff Nothing
- Jawad (7/5): Good -
- Galina (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived late, but we were greeted warmly. A place in the garage was waiting. And when we asked where we could eat at such a late hour, we were not just shown, but escorted to a cafe and helped to order a delicious adana kebab.
- Luke (7/5): Good - Staff were very helpful Loud air con
- Kardo (2/5): Very poor - They didn’t like the pictures
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Vadim (4/5): If you have nowhere to stay, it's OK for 1 night - The old man working in the hotel was nice and helpful (though he didn't call me a taxi when I asked for that). The bathroom is too shabby (it sucks), needs a serious repair. There is no an elevator in the hotel. Breakfast it very simple, no juices or coffee at all (tea only).
- Bazi (4/5): - Very boring hotel, nothing too bad as hotel, bathroom, balcony, air conditioning and fridge. I recommend not booking
- Sonia (7/5): Good -
- Suyog (10/5): Very nice stay and people are very good ! They are very much helpful ! Recommend to stay - Very clean and good location and the best part is hotel staff and owner very helpful
- Claudia-valentina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mahdi (7/5): In overall, my stay was delightful, thanks to the hospitable staff and convenient location. - I recently stayed at the hotel where the staff were incredibly hospitable and treated guests with great friendliness. The hotel itself was very peaceful and conveniently located close to the city's attractions and markets, making many places easily accessible on foot. While the breakfast was fairly basic and the room lacked a refrigerator and a hairdryer, the overall experience was very positive. I have fond memories of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
- Kate (7/5): Good - Perfect central location. Can easily walk everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants at the door step and very close by. It’s a little dated but considering the price and location it’s fine. Would stay again for sure.
- Araby (2/5): - You can not lock your room door while you are out!
There is no hot water in the bathrooms.
There is odd smell in the bathrooms.
No one can speak any English in the hotel.
I do not recommend it to anyone.
- Peter (6/5): - A budget hotel in the middle of the city. I got what I paid for and fair enough. The guys on reception only spoke Turkish but we’re always helpful when I needed anything. Breakfast is included, but basic.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Look for another solution because is bad.. - This hotel was really terrible, the rooms the bathroom and the breakfast doesn't deserve any stars.
- hamidj269 (10/5): Relatively nice Otel compare to its price... - Good location, low price, faire service and humble Otel owner. The Otel owner Mr. Zafer Unver was very frindly and easy going person with good character. The location was the best feature of this hotel! Most of the places were in ten minute was distance.
- 160adnanr (10/5): discovering the world - was a great experience, i really enjoyed such a humble and classy hotel .
the breakfast was okay but felt pretty safe at the nights and the prices aren’t high at all .
the adress of the hotel is one big advantage.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nostalji ötesi - Sadece 30 yıl önce kaldığım otelleri çağrıştırdığı,anılarımı depreştirdiği için teşekkür ederim.bu dönemde 21 ekran tüplü TV'ye her yerde rastlayamazsiniz.ve en kisa zamanda ilaçlanması gerek
- RitaKalindjian (8/5): Friendly and always smiling owners and employees - I felt right at home Breakfast offered is great . My room was very clean . If you want a sparkly, marbled floor hotel lobby and a front desk that simply checks you in, this isn't the place for you.
If you want to feel at home, stay here.
- lisagumbetgirl25 (8/5): Lovely hotel - Stayed in thia hotel with my partner for a week and it was a lovely hotel. Only thing i wasnt happy about was the room was never cleaned and no rubbish was removed for our room. But all in all nice hotel
