- Sharidon (8/5): Was very happy with the hotel. - The manager Shuan went out of his way to help me with issues I had regarding my Alipay which was a big problem if wanting to travel in China. Although every one could not speak English, they really tried to be accommodating and friendly.

- Vladislav (9/5): Considering the price was one of the best we found, I’d say the hotel is definitely worth it. - Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, and the pool was large and very comfortable. The room itself was also comfortable – a bit outdated, but clean, which is what matters most. The park nearby is a big plus, perfect for a morning run or an evening walk. The gym was quite basic, but still better than nothing. The location seems central at first, but in reality there’s not much around, so you often need to use a taxi or the metro (though having a metro station nearby is definitely a plus). Also, most of the staff don’t speak much English, which can make communication a bit tricky. Overall, the staff were very helpful and always tried to assist. There was one non-Chinese staff member who spoke excellent English and helped us with everything, which made a big difference.

- Lidija (8/5): - Alles außer das keiner Englisch konnte. Im Badezimmer war der Silikon um das Waschbecken herum verschimmelt. Das ist eine so kleine Sache um sie zu beseitigen, aber es wurde nicht gemacht. Es war unangenehm beim Zähneputzen dahin zu schauen.
- Agarthan (4/5): Pas un 5 étoiles, mais ça passe - les lits sont comfortables, la chambre reste belle même si pas du tout la même que sur les photos, et la salle de bain est bien équipée tout est aussi assez propre, quelques poussières sur les rebords au dessus des fenètres mais rien de grave le fait que la chambre soit complètement différente que les photos (chambre séparée en salon et chambre, 2 lits au lieu d'un, salle de bain complètement différente, ...) la ventilation qui ne marchait presque pas/pas du tout pendant les 5 premiers jours, donc dormir avec fenêtre ouvertes, donc klaxons et pollution qui m'a irrité la gorge toutes les vacances la télévision en super mauvaise qualité (720p mais même moins honnêtement), qui 4 fois pendant notre séjour a arrêté de marcher (heureusement ils ont toujours envoyé quelq'un pour rebrancher le boitier très vite)

- Fernando (9/5): Comfortable rooms with beautiful views and relaxing location. - Great location. Close to park museum and nice places to walk around. Close to the Taoyuan metro station. Comfortable beds, good facilities, good staff, but only one staff member speaks english. Hotel manager went above and beyond when I required medical attention going with me to the hospital and assisting me back to the hotel. Rooms are big but not enough shelves to place my things.

- Jenny (7/5): Dated rooms, terrible check in experience and unfriendly front desk staff - Not often you’ll find a hotel suite with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Good for big groups The hotels check in time is 2pm. We got there at 2:50pm and were told that the room is not ready. I asked the front desk staff how long it’s going to take and she said 10mins. Ten mins goes by, a manager (I assume as she wasn’t wearing any uniform) came to tell us without any apology that the room won’t be ready for another hour because the group before was given late check out at 2pm. Late check out has always been subject to availability, it’s beyond me that the hotel would offer late check out to the group before knowing there’s a new booking coming in that day. throughout all this, the front desk staff and the manager gave such a “this is how it is” attitude with no apology whatsoever. except for the English speaking, non Chinese looking gentleman at the door, don’t come here looking for customer service. Room was so, so. Very dated and a little run down. Even though it was a suite with kitchen, there’s no utensils in the kitchen, not even a plate. And the outdoor furnitures in the balcony.. let’s just say I wouldn’t risk breaking my back just to sit on them.

- OiYee (6/5): Prima - Het hotel was prima. De kamer was prettig ingericht en het bed lag comfortabel. Ook de locatie was handig, want het lag op korte loopafstand van een metrostation, waardoor je je gemakkelijk kon verplaatsen. De tv werkte niet en het ontbijt bleek niet inbegrepen, terwijl bij de receptie werd aangegeven van wel. Dat was jammer en zorgde toch voor wat teleurstelling.

Есть балконы со штангой, можно вешать мокрое, это несомненный плюс. Кровати и подушки удобные. Очень хорошее питание на завтраке, большой зал, большая раздача, много разной еды европейской и китайской. Также на завтраке есть бутылочные кола, спрайт, Фанта и йогурты в баночках. Хороший выбор выпечки и ежедневно манговая панакота. Суповая станция с лапшой и несколькими видами мяса. В общем завтрак очень хороший, можно оплатить на рецепшн, на ноябрь 2025 стоимость 99 юаней за одного. Бассейн хороший, с видом на высотки, есть зелень, но нет укрытия от солнца, наверно поэтому с 11.00 до 16.00 не работает. В бассейне необходимо плавать в шапочке, если у вас нет - дадут при входе в бассейн (шапка будет мокрая после кого-то). Вода в бассейне не подогревается, бодренькая. У входа в отель магазин 7.11. В фойе отеля неограниченно черный кофе из машинки, сливки, лимонады и чай - очень приятный бонус, с удовольствием до и после прогулки отдыхали за чашкой кофе. По отелю ездят забавные роботы-доставщики, это вообще супер милое дополнение к отдыху в современном Китае. Отель находится в 5 минутах пешком от метро. На рецепшн разговаривают на английском. Когда зашли в номер был жуткий запах курения. Ещё сутки выветривается. Мы не курящие, для нас это было большой неприятностью. Сильный, глубинный запах плесени начиная с ресепшн и заканчивая номерами - мы меняли несколько и в каждом был запах. Видно, что за отелем плохо следят - окна не мытые около года, много брызг подтеков, разводов и т.д. на всех окнах, панели и стены в лифтах и т.д. тоже грязноваты и поцарапаны, перила пожившие и т.д. Вроде мелочи, но создает общее впечатление. Но в целом норм, переночевать можно.

- HAN KEONG (10/5): - My 2nd visit and stay there after 1st good experience. Didn't know my room was upgraded during my 1st stay. Thus my 2nd stay I need to upgrade n pay the difference from package deal which flight and hotel package deal. Only disappointment was there's no more free movies to watch from the room TV. Internet much slower as compared to 1st stay. As was the washing machine and dryer,suggest they do some housekeeping maintenance to it. At times the washing machine was quite dirty after several usage. Overall it a good stay throughout

- Ray (10/5): Very comfortable and very hospitable staff - I liked the facilities. We had a kitchenette which we didn’t make use of but which was very nice nonetheless. The best part was checking out. We were startled to meet Shaun, who is not Chinese, on staff. His English was perfect and talking to him was nice. Her assisted us to load our bags into a Didi and negotiated with her when she resisted taking our suitcases. The front door faces a back road behind the main street of the shopping complex, and there were no signs on that side to point us around. This is a small issue, but we had six bags, so that added a bit of stress.

- Jordan (1/5): Dont book this hotel. Worse experience in China. - the room was clean, thats all. breakfast ok and facilities ok (sauna wasn't working). The manager Shaun wasnt professional at all. we booked a 6 person room but the manager told us they only have room for 5 person (2 king bed, 1 single bed). The booking clearly show 2 king bed and 1 twin bed. Then they request us to pay for an additional bed (which wasn't really a good bed) We also had to insist to get the breakfast for everyone. The staff keep remind us that they cant do anything because we booked through booking.com. Not professional at all. The additional bed cost 200 rmb but was horrible, like a jail bed. you could feel the spring and the matress was very thin. Overall we paid 2200hkd for this room and it was an horrible experience. Because it wasn't enough, during checkout they didn't start argue when I ask for receipt and bill. Again they keep remind us that I should check with Booking.com. After 15min talking, they release the bill.

Whenever you take a shower the whole bathroom/toilet area got flooded.

- Kathrin (9/5): A beautiful hotel at the heart of modern Shenzhen next to a beautiful park, conviniently on Line 1 - The hotel can be reached with Line 1 Shenzhen metro Taoyuan stop, or by taxi (very reasonable price) directly from the ferry port or airport. The staff was always very helpful. A special shout-out to Shaun for helping translate how to use our foreign card, all his helpful hints and friendly help. The hotel is right out close to a beautiful park for a nice walk, as well as has a 7-eleven for delicious snacks and cappuccino, or any other needs, and the best icecream! It was super comfortable and quiet, very beautiful room and best price and comfort! We'll be gladly back! A small thing, but for couples relevant. The bathroom door couldn't be completely closed, there was a small rift as it was unleveled, could be fixed. Another small detail, maybe adding a help in English on how to turn the humidity remover, as add-on function to the air-conditioning (there are two different settings).
- Lana (8/5): Not bad - The hotel is beautiful, but almost nobody speaks even basic English, which I found strange as it's a 4-star hotel. The pool area was a bit gloomy. There was no music, no nice vibe and you had to wear a swimming hat to enter the pool. Just the atmosphere of the pool area was a bit cold. The hotel itself was at a nice location, the staff was semi-helpful, definitely not smiley. The room I booked smelled like cigarettes so the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a better room that didn't smell. I enjoyed my visit in China.

But being a vegetarian, the spread is not of much use. Initially, I was not alloted The category of room I had booked through booking.com. I had to explain this to the guy at reception which took lot of time. I changed 3 rooms to finally get the room that I had booked. The guy at reception told me that they had received incorrect information from booking.com. I don't know whether it was hotel's fault or the website's fault.

- ANNE (10/5): 慶祝生日之旅 - 我們一行六人，早上已到酒店本來想先放下行李再出去玩，但酒店已經可以提早給我們入住，酒店員工服務態度很好，還協助我們用手機叫車外出，早上還有免費咖啡可以在書吧休閒享用，酒店鄰近地鐵站非常方便，旁邊還有7–11，酒店性價比非常高

- Hsiuchin (6/5): - 我訂三人房，到了飯店說要多收我兩百元人民幣每晚，我懶得跟他吵，就同意給飯店多收每晚兩百元的加床費用，但是竟然加床的床是很搖晃的很便宜的行軍床，讓國二身高175公分的孩子整晚都睡不好，翻身就搖晃的厲害，隔天去換其他的房間，竟然也沒得換，讓我們這次真的快崩潰了，因為孩子去練棋，需要睡眠充足！
