- Sarah (7/5): It was okay - It was comfortable the first night. There are free amenities, towels, hair dryer, TV and so on. The breakfast is good. The room is also cleaned daily. It's also very close to the station. I could store my luggage there when I arrived before 3pm. I lost electricity the second night I stayed there. I couldn't use the TV, lights, power outlets or the Aircon at all. I couldn't use the Aircon so the room was quite hot during the night and morning.

- 鈴木 (10/5): とても快適に泊まれました。 - 朝食が美味しかった。 朝食スタッフの接客も良かった。 和室だったので足を伸ばしゆっくり過ごせた。マンガを部屋に持って行き読めたのが良かった。周りに飲食店が多く、コンビニも隣りにあり良かった。 シャワーのお湯の量が少なかった。少し駐車場が遠かった。

- ナカムラ ケイスケ (8/5): 便利 - バスタオルなどが2枚用意されていて良かった。(1人で泊まったがセミダブルの部屋だったからか…?) ユニットバスが広く、湯を溜めて入るのもアリです。 朝食がおいしいです。メニューが多すぎず選びやすく、郷土を意識したものばかりで嬉しかったです。 フロントに換えの枕(低反発などタイプの異なる)があるが、全て持っていかれていて、数が少なそうだった。換えている人が多くいるなら初期の枕を改善してほしい。 駅近くで、人気の飲食が近くにあるからか、ホテルの周辺が24時くらいまで騒がしい。

- kouji (7/5): - 原二バイクでの1人旅で利用でしたが、雨をしのげるペースを提供してもらえました。 梅雨の時期、翌日が雷雨の予報で急遽連泊に。 同室は埋まっていたため別部屋での新たな宿泊になり、チェックイン時間の数時間をロービーで待つ覚悟でしたが、スタッフの方がすぐに空き部屋へと手配していてだけて、とてもたすかりました。 ホテル併設の「六白亭」で夕食を楽しみにしていたのですが、人手不足の為か客の帰ったあとのテーブルを片つけることが出来ないようで、案内が出来ないとの事。 一旦部屋へ戻り40分ほど後、再来。客は引いていたが相変わらず片ついていず、通されたのはカウンターの最奥。 眼の前の釜の上に乗った黒豚の段ボールを眺めながら、揚げ油の味しかしない黒豚カツから衣を剥がして食したが気持ちが悪くなりギブアップしました。 本来は美味しいお店なのでしょうが残念です。

- KOUJI (10/5): - 全てにおいて、完璧でした。 毎日暑いので、ペットボトルを大量に冷凍して頂き、大変助かりました。 特に有りません。
- Eiji (10/5): - 立地がよく中央駅周辺にアクセスが良かった トイレ、お風呂周りが綺麗 子供との宿泊でした。予約段階ではファミリールームが禁煙しか無く仕方ないと思っていましたが、当日空きがあったみたいでスタッフの方が禁煙ルーム空いてますが変更されますか？など気を使って頂き嬉しかったです 漫画本などのサービスもあり良かった

- mat (10/5): - The staff are very friendly but limited English. The room a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The restaurant is also pretty good for meals at night and the shabu shabu was awesome. They also make their own ramen noodles. There is a rooftop Yakiniku beer bar with all you can drink shochu and beer bar for about 4000y. There is a 711 right next door. The Shinkansen train ststion is only a few minutes away on foot. I’d stay again as it’s quite affordable and decent.
- kazuhito (8/5): 想像よりかなり良かった。 - あまり期待していなかったが、トイレと風呂が綺麗で広かった。テレビも大きくてよかった。建物自体は古いけど、朝ごはんも種類がいろいろありとても美味しかった。また利用したい。

- Takahiro (9/5): 今回泊まった部屋から観た景色と朝食バイキング - 毎回そうなるとは限りにませんが、今回泊まった部屋から桜島が観れたり、時には電車がチラッと観えたり嬉しかったです!! あと朝食バイキングも2日間月またぎで、いろいろと楽しめました!!
